First of all, this place is extremely overpriced.. how is gel $25 more on top of regular prices? I hate writing negative reviews like this but I just want to spread awareness... My first visit was delightful. Small hiccups but nothing to get excited about. My pedicure was relaxing. The pink and white powder full set was expertly done. Unfortunately, on this, my second visit to get a fill-in was horrible. The technician burned and cut up my fingers he was extremely rough and careless. Was very sloppy with the acrylic and gel topcoat getting it on my skin. To top it off, another patron (who didn't have an appointment) complained that her daughter needed her nails completed by 3 pm, (it was about 1:40 pm) so the technician rushed me out of the chair leaving several of my fingers with a rough finish. I am rating it a two because my first visit was great. This visit gets a zero. I was in a lot of pain after this visit and do not want to experience that again to it may be my last visit. Had a Gel Pedicure today by some small the had no idea what he was doing. Literally hurt both of my big ties by digging under the nail and didn't know how to clip the cuticles. Painted over a spot he touched with a drying machine. Never did a massage of either legs. The owner had to repaint both feet and gave me a $10 discount. My ties are sore! My nails turned out decent but it was a struggle to get to that point. I went through 3 nail techs just to get a decent nail job. My toes were painted very sloppy to the point where I had to ask the guy to start all over and then send me a completely different nail tech... The second nail tech cut me 3 times before we switched again to a third nail tech. At this point I was ready to walk out but they insisted I give her a try... She did a decent job however after all of that they totally overcharged me and added in services that I did not ask for. I go here ALL the time. I see one lady in specific because she does AMAZING. Today I came in there with four pedicures, two manicures and two fills. I dropped my sister and my daughter off to get started. I came back one hour later and one was still finishing and the other done! They looked great!! So us three were waiting (no worries). I walked in the same time as someone and she called in ahead so she goes first. Another lady walks in and she asks a time and the lady says 20 minutes wash your hands. I asked Lisa how long for us because my wife wanted to go grab a bite IF it was a longer wait (no worries) she got an attitude and said you have two ahead. When I said only one because the other walked in AFTER us, she did not respond. So we waited. (NO WORRIES) my wife went to grab a snack. A few minutes later Lisa said "we're almost ready where are they?!" I said they will be here they ran to get a snack NEXT door because you said 20 minutes to the other lady. Well...we finally got sat bit before she told us to make sure we had our color (which we did) during this time her SON was getting snippy with my wife and myself. When we explained the situation he got irritable because I was "talking shit about his mom" my wife and I still calm were ready to get our pedicure. He kept going. We told him she was having poor customer service and than he THREATENED ME! He literally said " If I was a female I would whoop your ass!" TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. So my mother told him to step outside. The lady who always does my toes was apologizing to me over and over and holding my hand. I paid for the two that had theirs don't and we left. Well, I wasn't going to post this...but after it being a full day, I'm still just appalled by this experience. I basically bought a $65 bottle of water yesterday... I had limited time yesterday before clients and wanted to treat myself to a mani/pedi, which I haven't had in a hot minute. I usually do my own manicures and pedis. Anyways, I needed to go somewhere close to the house so I drove to Lisa's Nails (best buy plaza) only to find they were closed even though their hours showed they were open and the "Open" sign was on. Nope. Not a swinging you-know-what. So, I drove to the other location, Lisa's Nails II (23rd next to Dunkin) and being they just opened, I got right back for my Mani/pedi. I was given a water. My deluxe spa pedicure lasted 15 minutes... 15 minutes!!! That included her not even paying attention to what she was doing (watching TV the entire time ) and didn't include cuticle care or straight filing. Then she had me stay in the chair for mani. She repeatedly hurt me with the nail clippers and never said anything when I commented, just kept right on. Then she filed them crooked , again watching TV and repeatedly dropping stuff on the floor and tried to use on me after dropping. Nah. Here's the kicker... As she was buffing my nails, she burps right in my face!!!! No "scuse me" or any kind of embarrassment. And it STUNK. I understand those burps kind of creep up on ya sometimes. She does it again!!! Its not even a big deal to her! Bitch, step away or excuse yourself!! I then told her "We are done here" I'm over it at this point, and disgusted. Then I proceeded to reluctantly pay my tab (NO tip, which i normally dont do) to which I told the guy who seemed to be "in charge" that I would NEVER come back. He said "OK. Thank you" So much for treating myself ‍ I had to come home and finish my manicure so I didn't scratch my afternoon clients with my cuticles and crooked ass nails. Yall, never again. The service was great and as expected but I'm reviewing 1 star because there was no enforcement of masks. There are signs that say, "no mask, no service" and that masks are required, however in my time spent here today, 5 people entered and received service who were not wearing a mask at all. This is really frustrating to see more and more bay county businesses not requiring masks as our cases continue to rise. Beautiful environment. I got my eyebrows waxed. There were plenty of employees and not a lot of patrons. I counted 5 employees and 4 patrons including myself. My eyebrow girl did a great job but for some reason there was a guy outside the wax room (they kept the door open for some reason) who kept rushing her to finish and literally sat at the door entrance until she finished my brows. This sucked because they didn't end up exactly as I would have liked, but she did good all things considered. There's a 50/50 chance I'd return here but only after looking for elsewhere first. A bridal group of us went to Lisa's to get manicures and pedicures, to have a little fun, and get pampered during a stressful week. It was a horrible experience for each one of us, especially the bride. Upon arrival, we were very rushed, could not even pick out a color. None of us were offered anything to drink. Not even a 25 cent bottle of water. The bride and Lisa had a communication problem, the bride was almost in tears because this is not what she wanted after a few nails she expressed her concerns to Lisa and she basically said she would have to pay full price to get a different color. One of us had to wait 40 minutes after pedicure to get manicure. We have been going here for many years, but they have lost six local customers. They turned what was supposed to be a fun experience for a bride and her family to a horrible one. It was the worse 95$ I ever spent! read more

I have to agree with some of the reviews here stating they lack customer service. My pedicure and full set were a 50/50. The older man doing it didn't file my toe nails evenly. Then when I asked to get a full set coffin shape nails he insisted to get them long and not the length I was going for to only find out it would cost me $15 more so I opt out and went for a shorter size. I asked for Clear and the used a pink tinted one that was Blochy, uneven and I've used children's nail polish that looked better. The pedicure was ok but not worth the price. Lisa's Nails 2; Went for a pedicure since the last one I had received from them a few months prior was good, not a good idea. My pedicure felt rushed, the girl didn't run my feet/legs in an adequate amount of time like I've received at other salons. I asked for French on my toes, which we all know they have to be painted on. Well my big toe is painted too thick and my second toe is already chipping. I just got them done 3 hours ago. I also asked for a full set which I had a guy starting then while I was sitting and getting my pedicure (I'm sure to cut down on my overall time being there or they just wanted to keep the line moving). He didn't trim my nails down at all and put the tips on. Then when he needed to sand down the acrylic he would use his own nail to push down on the sides of my cuticle, with brute force. Not a comfortable experience by far. Then as he was sanding my acrylic base down he tore up my cuticles! One of my cuticles ended up getting ripped open. He was super rough with the entire process. And he left gunk under my nails. Paid $69 for all this by the way. Save your money and your cuticles; go somewhere else. read more

Great space, great prices, and nice staff! I got a full set of acrylics with regular black polish for only $22. They turned out to be perfectly shaped and shiny. My nail tech seemed like she was a pro; she applied the nails and nail polish very quickly but neatly. They have a wide selection of nail polish and even free drinks. The space is beautiful. There are lots of tables and chairs for manis and pedis and the lighting is beautiful with chandeliers and TVs to keep you entertained. This is my second time coming here to get my nails done. The first time was okay nothing spectacular. I say it was okay because the nail shape was not what i asked for and they all were not consistent. The second time coming here my experience was not great at all. I waited for 30 mins because they were busy which is understandable, I didn't mind the wait. Once I got in the chair i mentioned that i asked for a mani and full set, just because my cuticles were bad. She told me she can just fill my cuticles back with the drill. So once again the nail shapes aren't consistent. Then she brings out the wrong color and when i told her she said it was the right one. She also applied the color kind of sloppy and when I told her about it she just used some clippers to get the nail polish off of my skin.
