I've been to this nail salon a couple of times and I normally don't have anything to complain about but today I was not pleased with the color I selected for my pedicure and I wanted to change it. At first I was told that I could not change the color and and that I should have said something before he finished, then I was told that there would be a $10 fee (absurd). I've been to many nail salons over the years and never ever had a problem with changing my nail color if I changed my mind, but today I was told that I couldn't do that without being charged. And when I mentioned that I've never had any problems with this salon and how much I enjoyed coming and that most likely I would not be back based on the owner's son response I was told that that would be fine. Came in about an hour and a half before closing time, tried to call many times before I came but there was no answer. The person that did my nails sat for at least 45 minutes doing nothing and finally when it got closer to closing time he started on my nails. He rushed me to pick out a color and to sit down. He couldn't seem to find the base/top coat that went with the gel polish so he picked up a random one and they were not the same brand. He had to paint my nails 4 times for them to even look half right. I asked him about the bubbles on my nails and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I kept looking around for his license but I didn't see it. I've been to this place several times and I haven't been satisfied once. If I could give it 0 stars I would, I do not recommend this place. The salon was beautiful and everyone was friendly. That's about all this place has going for it. It was quite possibly one of the sloppiest pedicures I've ever had. These results are after I had them "fix" my dead skin on my heel. I had streaky polish all over my cuticles. The polish was even messed up when my flip flops were put on. Pretty great service, the young male nail tech did seem agitated by my requests to have my nails reshaped and look a certain thickness, other than that he kept his cool. The fill and gel polish looked great and he worked with me wanting to change the color after I realized it wouldn't cover the layers developed in my nails from previous fills. Overall GREAT manicure, but I would say the nails techs could sound less aggravated about providing customer service. read more

I went to this salon while on a work trip. It was one of the worst experiences. The lady that did my pedicure and full set had an attitude the whole time. My 10 year old sister could do a better job on my nails. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Two thumbs down. read more

first time I went they did a decent job. I add polish to my nails and can got 2 months or so in between. had a full set cost me 35 and thought that was a good price and good work. so after a few months i return to have an older lady that told me not to put the glitter or paint on my nails again. I don't go weekly or monthly so i make do until i an get in to do them. then I had polish picked out and when it came time to do it she said they didn't have it. I said really!!!!! picked anther color and should of looked more like sparkly diamonds and looked like miss shaped yellowish semi sparkly jelly beans. my middle finger on one hand was so short could hardly see the nail she didn't size them up at all they are all just a random size. then I go to pay and its 38 bucks. I thought I paid 35 for a full set and 38 for a fill and now I have missed shaped jelly beans on my fingers! amd the staff was rude! go wash your hands! what do you want ! will not be going back again, oh and my cuticals on most of my fingers are red from her grinding my skin not my nail!!!!! read more

After having a really horrible experience at Bliss Nails on 23rd street, I went to this place. I loved it. The service was great and the people were really nice. The prices were good and I liked their pedi chairs. had a holder for your electronic device. They do not do any nail decorations except for what they have though. that was a little disappointing, but not a breaker for me. I will keep coming back as long as the service is good. read more

After hearing good things I'm not impressed. First of all they are way overpriced! $29 for a shellac manicure?? Wow! At first it was $15, then the guy (owner maybe) changed my ticket to $29. I almost puked. I had my toes done first and probably sat with them drying at least 30 minutes. Got home and already a giant smeared off portion. And to top it off, my heels are still rough. My husband and I have tried several salons in PC and we will return to this place. We called ahead to make an appointment and they had an opening in 30 minutes. When we arrived, we were greated and seated immediately. They have comfortable massage chairs and the place appeared clean. My husband had Anna and she gave him a fabulous leg massage. I would not go back and would not recommend this place for new customers. The customer service was horrible. They seemed a little more accommodating for regular customers. I asked for an eyebrow wax and not to thin. She did exactly what I asked her not to do. I started not to leave a tip but I did leave a 15% tip, only to have her make a comment to a Male staffer. I didn't understand it all but I knew enough to know it wasn't nice. Horrible customer service and horrible service. I will stick to my regular place. I come to this nail salon at least once per month. Usually I pay approximately $45.00 for a mani and pedi. Haven't had a gel manicure for a really long time. Thought today that I would have a gel mani pedi. I asked for a price and explained that I wanted the toes painted and fingers just French tip with the gel. I was quoted $45.00. I agreed to that. I very much enjoyed the main pedi this salon has never let me down. So since I was expecting to pay only the $45.00 as I was quoted I thought I would have a chin wax and an eye brow wax done as well since it wouldn't be too much more expensive. I was charged $102.00 all up. When I had to pay I felt sick in my stomach and at the same time just in shock of the amount that I had been charged. I even gaped at them when they gave me the price I had to pay. I paid the amount with a $10.00 tip but I was disgusted as I walked away. I did however notice that there is not a price board in the store to review. I felt that I was severely over charged. My card that I have stamped each time I go in wasn't stamped and was left just laying on the counter. Not sure that I will return to this salon. I normally went to the mall location before hurricaine Michael and I miss the people there. They never let me down with the experience or the prices. They had a price board on show. I am only giving 1 star because I have too otherwise Lisa's NAILS would get none hands down worst experience ever I don't mind paying $87.00 for a gel full set & pedicure if it is done right !!! The lady that did my pedicure was very sweet & she gave the best leg massage ever but bottom of heels still rough after pedicure .Then I picked out my gel polish color I wanted to use and I was told the color wouldn't show up on my nails looks like it showed up fine to me !!!!!! Then another lady did my full set mind you have been getting my nails done for a long long time I told her I wanted square round she told me it would make my fingers look too wide lady FYI if you knew what you were doing it wouldn't have... also she made them super wide & got acrylic on the edges of my nails & tried to file it away causing sores all over my fingers very painful got them done yesterday & they hurt really bad still today I didn't realize it was going to run over 2 hrs ...so I had to stop & get my kids from school & come back for gel polish ...They made me pay first for everything but polish was told to pay that when I came back ..When I arrive back no one greeted me @ the door or said anything so I sat a few minutes then finally they acknowledged me back & I wanna say the owner painted my nails very very very rude my nails weren't even done being properly filed & she just brushed over them for a second really fast with a file then she had the nerve to say if I would have know this is the color you pick with no bottom coat I would have told you no Wow lady last time I checked I was trying to relax with a mani & pedi as your customer paying you MY MONEY don't you think you should do how I like I only picked the gel color polish that was on display with no undercoat on it wow I hope this review is helpful for some in choosing a place with much nicer customer service & better nail tech everyone can't do acrylic!!!!!!! I have been a customer of Lisa's Nail since moving to Panama City a few years ago. Service always with a smile; however today I was appalled by their service. Before the conclusion of my pedicure, I was asked to change chairs/seats (all that remained, polishing) because a group of "three" wanted to sit together. Be mindful, I waited for my seat next to my daughter without issue and no one was asked to move on my behalf. The nerve to ask an already seated customer to move prior to the conclusion of service - absolutely horrible! The only reason that I am giving it two stars, if you will, is because the young lady that was my attendant was awfully kind and a sport to ask me to move; for she knew the request of management was insulting and sheepish! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I just had a horrific experience in Lisa's Nails in Panama City across from the mall and beside Best Buy. When I came in I noticed a female employee make a comment about me (she looked and motioned with her hand) and instead of doing my nails (she appeared to be the next employee available), she called another employee from the back to do my pedicure. I noticed several of the employees, two men and the woman that refused me service, turning around looking at me and laughing. I tried to ignore them, but my mother wasn't going to allow it to continue. She told the man that was making fun of me that she knew he was talking about me and that I was her daughter. He apologized, but they continued to talk. My mother asked to speak to the owner, Lisa. My mother and I both spoke to Lisa and she repeatedly asked if we'd recorded the incident. When we said no, she said unless we recorded it we "have no proof." She also asked if we spoke Vietnamese. She said unless we did, we had no way of knowing what they said. I didn't have to know what they said because the POINTING and LAUGHING was obvious! The owner, Lisa, asked the employees if they were talking about me and they denied it. Why else would they be turning around looking at me and laughing? Lisa demanded we pay, and even threatened to call the police if we didn't. She ended up giving us a $5 discount because we skipped part of the pedicure and left early. The very kind young girl doing my nails repeatedly apologized to me. She knew what was going on but was too timid to stand up to the owner. Another customer who witnessed the incident even walked out of her appointment and assured me she would not be back. Took over an hour to get a pedicure (I didn't even wait long to be sat). Then, I was escorted to the drying area and left there. Noone ever said how long or came back so I assumed I was done. Two nails were smudged in the evening. I called and they told me I left too early and should have waited 40 minutes for them to dry. It is BY FAR, the WORST customer service I've EVER experienced at a nail salon. The owners make recommendations and if you choose something different, they snub you, especially her. During one of my visits, I wanted an acrylic set and she was pushy about just doing a manicure. After declining, she was so sloppy and rough with the dremmel, that she repeatedly hit my cuticles and skin with it. She is one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. As soon as I walked in the door I pleased with this beautiful solon. The atmosphere was inviting, the staff was so friendly. I was certain this would be my regular salon. As I sat waiting for my pedicure to start, I was super excited. The young man who sat down in front of me was very attentive. I chose my spa treatment and started to relax. But wait- the young man reached into his "tool" box and grabbed a nail file- I immediately stoped him and asked if that was a new file. I told him it looked used. In his broken English he asked if I wanted a new file- of course I did. Why would he expect otherwise. He went and got a new one and tossed the one he intended to use on me in the garbage. Then he reached for the bigger foot scrubber file thing. To my horror it looked very worn and well used. I stopped him before he touched my feet with the germ infested file. No problem he said and went and got a new one and through the old one in the garbage. Seriously why should I have to request clean, new sterilized utensils? Sorry Lisa's nail you failed me. If I could rate this place 1/2 a star I would. My friend suggest I get my nails done here, he dropped me off and left. Assuming I would actually get them done. I experienced the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. when I walked in I explained I wanted a Gel fill and nail fixed. The lady gave me two books to choose a gel color. I showed her a picture and asked, what colors were similar. She said, "pick your own color because if we mess up it's on us, if you pick it's on you." I agreeded. I picked the color that I wanted it and was escorted to the table. When the nail tech asked the lady for the color the lady told me my nails were short for the two colors. They will look ugly, so they will not do it. While I was choosing other colors despite the rudeness the lady told me to basically hurry up and choose, then she told the lady to start servicing the lady sitting next to me. Not knowing that I was going to write this review this place is horrible! I would NOT recommend them to anyone nor WOULD I tip them half a cent. I will never go or recommend this salon to anyone. I went to get a pedicure and my acrylic done. I told them this when I walked in and one hour and 10 minutes later they finished my pedicure and told me it was going to take another hour or hour and a half to soak off my nails and do them. My Cousin and I have been coming to this salon for a while and the OWNER has always been a little rude here and there but we have always rolled it off our shoulders. The last time we went it was HORRIBLE. She charged us the wrong price and then when we asked about it she YELLED at us and was being SO disrespectful to her long time paying customers. Called to make appointments for two people. Young man answered and hung up on me twice. Too busy to give me any info-- like what time we should come in. Very rude. Services are mediocre at best. $15 manicure is only manicure they offer-- "people won't pay more than that" they explain. Cheap, high volume, low quality services. I will never be back! My daughter and I went today as a present for her 16th birthday. The woman who barely performed the hot stone pedicure I ordered was rough, rude, and went we went to pay she and the manger complained in front of the entire salon about the tip I gave them. I should have asked for the receipt back and crossed out the tip. Very little attention was paid to me or my daugther the entire time. We were not asked what kind of pedicure, scents, colors, shape of nails..... I got gel nails and she painted all of my finger tips!!!! Do not waste your time or money. These people have no clue what customer service is. My nails were jacked up after I left because they had not completely dried. When I called the next day to tell them about it, he said that he would fix them but it was not his fault. He said that it takes an hour for them to dry. After asking him why they did not tell me that, he said it was common sense. I told him that I had never had to wait that long for them to dry anywhere else that I had went. He told me that he recommended that I go back to where I had went before. I had no problem with the women that painted my nails and waxed my eyebrows but the manager is a joke. I called him back and told him that I was unhappy with how our conversation went. I asked him if he even cared about customer service and he said not from me. I will never go back to this salon.
