Last week I purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick truck outright from this dealership. I'm not from the area and drove 3 and a half hours eager to purchase this vehicle I seen online and had communicated with Carlos. The car was ready when I arrived around 6:30pm and I went on a test drive and the truck drove well. I completed the paperwork and was told the truck would be ready soon and that they were filling up the gas and washing the vehicle. I realized the gas was only filled halfway but thought no big deal. The next day I was checking out the vehicle in the daylight and realized the seats were filled with dog hair and had a stench. I contacted Carlos but he was unresponsive. I had requested if it was possible to get a deep clean car detail which is standard procedure. I later called to speak with Luis or Tristin the sales managers and left multiple voicemails with no response. I'm really disappointed with the customer service and can't recommend this dealership. read more

First, the customer service is nonexistent. I was ignored when I arrived, and once they finally took my keys, I couldn't get a single proactive update. I had to call multiple times just to find out if my car was even being worked on. The worst part, however, was the bill. They are absolutely overcharging for labor and parts. I was quoted one price, but by the time I went to pick up my vehicle, the total had skyrocketed with "miscellaneous fees" and marked-up costs that were never cleared with me beforehand. I worked with Steve who found the right car for me and we both thought the deal was done that night. Steve called me the next day and said it was sold after we talked to someone else. Steve was very helpful locating a similar Equinox EV but it pushed the deal to the end of the day. I was handed off to James. I hope this dealership comes through but I wasn't impressed when the first car was sold out from under me and neither was Steve who work so hard and assured me we had a deal.
