Little Branch is a cozy speakeasy. We showed up as a group of 7 on a Saturday evening and they were able to accommodate us in a cozy booth in the back. It was a little tight, and the booth probably fits 6 people more comfortably. The menu is no frills and straightforward. They don't serve food. The bartenders can pretty much make anything, even if it is not on the menu. I asked for a Pimms Cup which is off the menu. They made an excellent Pimms cup!! Other members of the group had various classic cocktails or beer. Every one enjoyed their drinks. The bar is not ADA accessible. Stairs required to access the bar. Two bathrooms that are tiny and have a stair to enter. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great place. Will definitely be back.

This place was recommended by a friend. And it did not disappoint. The fun part about this place is that it is cozy, it is charming and it is a throwback to a time that was creative, funky, jazzy. You do not need a password to get in. You just show up. Service was friendly. We put our name for the table and wandered to the bar. I recommend the bartender's choice. Just tell them what you would like and the drink is created especially for you. It is a small place but that's what makes it impactful. The three-piece band played wonderful, old school. I was bewitched by this place and would definitely recommend for anyone reading this review to check it out. You would not be disappointed.

Ordered: The Bee's Knees (~$19): Brooklyn gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup Aya's take: Now this is what NYC is about. Little Branch is an awesome speakeasy that's hidden in plain sight. It's not very spacious inside (or maybe it just felt that way because of how crowded it was) but the bartenders make it worth it. You can tell they value their craft and make every drink as good as possible. The Bee's Knees was a good drink to sip on as I caught up with some friends. Cool vibe and definitely recommend stopping by a bit early (we got there at 10pm and didn't wait at all) to avoid the lines.

First time back since 2017 and LB definitely holds up. My boyfriend and I came at around 8 PM on a Friday and waited outside for about 30 mins to get in. They were, at that time, a tiny bar upstairs while they renovated the downstairs. The upstairs had maybe 15 seats, so it was very cozy and intimate. We became best friends with bartender Alex, who is a wizard. We returned a week later, and imagine our surprise when we saw the downstairs had reopened (and thus the upstairs was now closed). Our party of four snagged a booth after about a half hour wait, but due to them having more room, we were able to order drinks and stand at the bar. Incredible experience both times. Will be back again and again!

True to its Speakeasy aspirations, the vibe here is intimate, shadowy, and fun. As a nerd, the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack on the stereo was appreciated. The drinks are innovative, expertly constructed, and delicious. Plus the bartender was happy to discuss the thinking that went into them, which is always nice. The Frantic Atlantic was insanely tasty.

This was my second visit to this speakeasy and I absolutely love the vibe here! Just like most speakeasies, the way you enter this place is pretty discreet and it is located underground. They have very limited seating available and this place is almost busy every time and I say this because I've visited this place on a weekend as well as on a weekday night and it was always packed. We wrote our names down for seating and just ordered drinks and hung out by the bar. I got a Moscow Mule and my friend got a Manhattan ( because why not?) The drinks are slightly on the expensive side but it's SoHo NYC! The music is pretty mellow which we couldn't really enjoy as much as there were a lot of people. The crowd and vibes are great, we eventually took our names off from the waitlist and hit another bar as the wait time was a lot, but I guess that was kinda expected!

Medicine Latina. Really nice and spicy (including the ginger)

Nice dimly lit bar for some good chit chat. Their menu of cocktails was interesting. Worth a quick stop by.

Ordered a Cadillac Margarita (Casamigos) for me + Vodka Martini (Grey Goose) for my partner + thick Fries + Slice of Chocolate Cake Drinks weren't anything special but the fries were hreat and cake hit the spot. Actually, I'm so glad we stumbled in because their cute and short food menu is PERFECTION for lovers of small bites -- crab dumplings, caviar deviled eggs, spicy tuna crispy rice, shrimp cocktail, oysters, sardines, etc... Things I dream of all in one sexy, cozy place that whisks you far away from the streets of Manhattan. Our chairs were comfy, and there were many seating areas that looked equally as inviting. The bar was gorgeous, lighting was super moody. The room was daaark and not very busy on a Friday around 8-8:30 P.M which we appreciated. Our waitress was fabulous and so friendly, great with timing and checking in!

It delivered on both fronts, but I really was blown away by the wine. The sheer quantity of available wines is really impressive, and the sommelier was able to recommend a rare wine that fit our interests (a fantastic, effervescent, creamy Txakoli that had lovely fruit and minerals). Later, I tried amazing ice cider. The food rundown: -Sesame pizza Bianca: complimentary bread! This was very good and quite sizable. The bottom is entirely encrusted with sesame. -Scallop crudo (rhubarb, shiso): very good and the plating was gorgeous. Meaty scallops with tangy and pungent flavors. -Snowdance chicken (spinach, sherry, thyme): Super tender, crispy-skinned chicken in a savory sherry sauce. -Sea bass (asparagus, hollandaise): I was surprised at how remarkably well this dish worked. The asparagus was so good with the rich, buttery sauce. Definitely a smaller portion, but the chicken was huge so it balanced out. -Potatoes with ramps: Yum. Served hashbrown-style and the ramps were added as little sauce dollops. I loved the space, and by that I mean the ambience and also the literal amount of space we had to ourselves. We got to stretch out in a roomy corner booth. The room featured a lot of exposed brick and grey and utilitarian ceilings, but it manages to be cozy all the same.

We came in on a Friday evening and it was pretty quiet inside. After we were sat down upstairs, it took a long time for our waitress to come to take our order. We got the Butterscotch flip, Getaway driver, and Big trouble. These drinks were not it. Although the prices are okay($19 each), they definitely need some improvement. All three had very strong flavors that were not balanced with the rest of the drink. After we finished our drinks, we waited an especially long time for the waitress to come back, check on us, and give us our bill. It was especially frustrating because we were the only ones in the bar at this point and we could hear them chatting downstairs. Overall, both service and the drinks need improvement. My friend really enjoyed her drink as well. At $19 per cocktail, it's not the cheapest in the area, but also not the priciest either.
