The buffet was very basic like the standard free fare you get at a Hilton when it's included - I had paid upon booking for breakfast included bc I knew the resort was secluded so it was about half off if you did that and was like $24 for two people instead of the $20pp or so if you pay walking in. They did not have anyone manning the omelet station but our server, the one time we talked to her, did take our order and said they'd make it in the kitchen. When they arrived they were big and fresh and my husband's which had ham in it included a huge portion of ham so it was generous. Pastries were not that good. Overall, quality wasn't good of the food and service was terrible. Best thing was the fresh fruit and the French toast sticks. Do not recommend at all unless it's free/included.
