He anticipated poblanos or jalapenos so that was the only disappointment but perhaps we didn't read the menu close enough? Service was great. Wow! What a surprise, this place was packed on a Saturday morning when we stopped by and all the staff was so helpful, 20 minute wait was only 10. Everything was neat and clean with fun inspiration messages all around. ( I bought the bottle @ $75 ) Now for the food; I ordered a ham cheese and onion omelette and chose an English muffin and a side of fruit. The omelette so so fresh and fluffy with the cheese shedded on top and the ham n onions cooked perfectly inside and piping hot. Fruit was very fresh. The menu has options for EVERYBODY from meat lovers to vegan/vegetarian. Everything I saw come out of the kitchen just made me hungry to try more dishes! It was actually quite entertaining watching the controlled chaos of the restaurant play out from our seats at the bar. They clearly know what they are doing here and it was only more so confirmed once the food arrived. I ordered the farmhouse platter and everything was delicious. The biscuit was large and dluffy and no need for me to add salt to the gravy, which normal I do. I got the pancake burito with potatoes. The food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and arrived hot. All of our food was seasoned so nicely and the portions were large!
