Another lemon in my tea--do I need financing? Second straw--hard credit pull? We've enjoyed Colton's food, but we'll be taking a break due to their nickel and diming policies. There are too many good restaurants around town that value their customers to spend $450 and still get shaken down for cupcake money and ranch fees!!

Walking through the front door and seeing him sitting at the bar instantly sours the mood and makes you want to turn around and walk right back out. We were promptly seated on the patio, but after 15-20 minutes we left without ever being served. Not one staff member acknowledged us. We still had all our menus on the table, no water, and even had a highchair brought to our table after we asked our server to bring it to us when we were seated--so it was obvious we were there and had not been helped. What made it worse was that the tables around us were seated after us and received water, drinks, and even an appetizer from the same server, while we were completely ignored. When I spoke to the manager on the way out, instead taking ownership, her first response was an apology followed by, "The host must not have told the server." That may explain it, but it doesn't excuse it. The manager had a great opportunity to own the mistake and try to make things right. Instead, she offered an excuse. Very disappointing experience.

We've also had several orders over the years that simply weren't what we ordered. Mistakes happen, and that's understandable. But pizza isn't cheap anymore, and when you're spending that kind of money, you expect the order to be accurate. We'll probably continue to order from Marco's because when they get it right, it's excellent. I just wish the consistency matched the quality of the food. If they can tighten that up, this would easily be a five-star review.

Stopped into this Little Caesars just trying to get a $6 pizza and ended up in a full on action movie. Just as I grabbed my order, th'; furious dude barges in yelling about how I cut him off in traffic earlier. Before I can even respond, he throws a punch but then out of nowhere the guy behind the counter jumps over it like he's been waiting for this moment his whole life and just beats the living hall out of the guy. The guy ran off and the cashier just dusted himself off. I said "are you ok man" and he looked me dead in the eye and said "Bitch, this is Little Caesars. Of all the. Little Cesar's locations I've been to over the years I have to say I am impressed with this new location on Herndon and Sunnyside! The employees are pretty friendly and the store is usually always clean and tighty! Also I had a small complaint about our cheese bread being burnt and the manager Neil totally made it right on my next visit! Awesome dude and a great choice for a store manager!
