I hadn't had pizza from Little Caesar's for at least ten years, so I decided to give it a go. Ordering online was really easy and the pickup was efficient. I got an email upon placing the order and another when the pizza was ready. The email included a code to use to access the pizzas from the portal inside the store. Having not been there in so long, I decided to order a variety of pizzas. The pepperoni with cheese stuffed crust was the best. The pepperoni was peppery, and the crust was brushed with butter and parmesan. Also good was the deep dish with sausage. It could've used more sausage, but the crust was nice and crispy. The thin crust with cheese was not good. And the ultimate supreme was equally forgettable. Like so many other places, there are things to get and things to avoid. I will definitely get the pepperoni stuffed crust and the deep dish again. read more

Kind, helpful, and speedy customer service each time I grab a to-go order. Got crazy bread made to order with no cheese or butter. They do a real great job creating a made to order pizza as well. I got a pizza, no cheese. It was loaded with toppings. Onions, bell peppers, olives, and they certainly followed through with my double order of pineapple! They'd get that final star for sure if the price of each individual topping wasn't so high. Regardless, the flavor is really satisfying though. This store is WILDLY hit and miss. So much that I won't order from this location again. It a complete waste of money to get a pizza that has little to no secondary toppings. I've had this happen with pineapple, olives, sausage, and now green peppers. On top of that, what little clumped up green peppers there were, were mostly burned to char. Special kudos to the young man "gage" and the young lady also running the register at 5:20pm on 2-7-19 excellent customer service to guest as I waited for my pizza. Offered to volunteer to run the order for an elderly lady out to her car without even her asking. Grabbing her sodas and carrying out her pizza and breadsticks. The place is brand new. Super clean, super efficient, great quality pizza at an affordable price. Only wish they were wearing name badges so I could give a shout out to the young lady who was super friendly with guest as well and to be sure the young mans name was gage. Just Also to be clear I used the portal Mobile order and did not interact personally with these two young individuals this was based solely on observations as I watch them interact with guest. Logistics cause me to be unable to use my free 2 liter coupon. I work at one of the retailers in the same shopping center and we close at 9, out the door no earlier than 930. Twice now I've tried to use my coupon on the app and even though they close at 10- ordering using the app at 945, even 930 to get my promo soda won't work. And here's the kicker. I understand that apps aren't always in your control. Especially a place like this. But when I called to see what I could do- the workers gave me no resolution. I asked can you honor the code? Since it's the app that isn't working? Oh no sorry. Now, I work retail honey...I know there is some code you can enter to give me the $2.45 soda. Hell, use your employee discount or something. Holy smokes. Listen, everyone knows little Caesars is not too tier pizza, however this particular location gives top tier customer service they have two managers, a lady and a younger guy who's a little short. These two run a tight ship and they always have my stuff the way I like. They almost know me by name and whether it's the pizza portal or delivery it comes to me good and quality. The one or two times I've had issues these two managers don't hesitate to make sure I'm happy. Hopefully in the future these guys are multi store managers because if all your little Caesars ran like this one then you guys would be the freakin bomb. The servers here are extremely nice and professional. I came in on 3/10/19 around 6:15 My pizza was indeed ready, however this one girl who's name I forgot to ask for was amazing at customer service. She always had a smile and seemed to be very happy to be there. I thought she might have been a boss due to her knowledge of the menu but when I asked her about it she said that she was just an regular employee. She also had a small conversation with me, asking about my day and making sure I was satisfied with my pizza. I felt that she genuinely cared that I was happy with what I received. It made my night, I regret not asking her name. Kudos to the girl with blue eyes. I will be coming back to this establishment just for the amazing customer service. read more

The customer service here is on point!! I believe my cashier was Moses (I could be wrong) but there was a homeless man who stated he was hungry and these workers offered him some food. Came here around noon for some pizza, and it was not fun being ignored (5-7 minutes). First of all, you saw me which serving the gentleman in front of me, and as soon as he grabbed his things you decided to walk to the back and only came back out when the you heard the bell at the door rang. While placing my order, you tell me there's a 12 minute wait while I clearly saw 3 pizzas being cut and placed in boxes while you decided to walk back there. You would think they would have pizzas all ready for the lunch rush, but I guess they weren't prepared since customers love to wait. After I supposedly bought the last 2, the customer behind me was able to get the fresh ones that you were cutting while I was waiting? Now how is that being fair? Jordan B, as stated on my receipt should not lie to a customer about not having any pizza just to give it to the customer behind me. And number 2, if you decide to walk out on a customer at least acknowledge them first then go do what you have to do in the back. Servers are very professional. Rude customer came in and claimed to be first there (I was first, alone playing pin ball. Guess I blended in) and complained his pizza took too long. I didn't say anything and saw them constantly apologizing to this rude man even though he was in the wrong. He stood at the register, arms crossed, and angry. I go to this place all the time. I order a lunch combo and then I pick it up. Today the kid at the counter told me that I took too long to go pick up my pizza so they gave it away. He said I took 25 minutes and that is their policy. I showed him on my phone that I only made the phone call 15mins ago. I don't mind mistakes but this kid clearly LIED to my face. Got the thin crust pizza, it was terrible, just not as good as there regular pizza. It looked like it had been sitting there all day.

Work right next door to this place and these people are incredible. Neil and especially Lauren are always caring and absolutely hilarious. Extremely generous people who want the best for the people who come in. Seriously, give these people a raise! read more
