Always stop in to buy the $5 lunch special pizza with soft drink. These pizza makers are the worst never enough sauce and even less mozzarella. The Mozz tastes fake as well, does not taste like cheese. A few store like this will put companies out of pizza. I'm sure the owner is giving lessons on how to cut costs and save money? If I could give a zero I would. Customer service is awful. It's Dec 2021. The whole staff is in the back making pizzas maskless. But yelling at customers to wear masks. Nothing is ever hot and ready. Last week I stopped at this Little Ceasars to pick up a few stuffed crust pizzas after leaving the New Bedford area late. I called in my order which was made quickly and when I entered the store the staff was really polite and the food was done. I have been to a few other Little Ceasars in the past (I love terrible pizza) and I have to say that the staff here out shined the others. Ordered online, twice! Why twice? Because the first time was made incorrectly, but we only discovered it once we got the pizza home. Second time, same night, my wife reordered the same pizza and had it delivered. Not only did it have the same incorrect ingredients (asked for no cheese...she's allergic), but this time it had also been dropped/slid off a seat apparently because the whole (incorrectly made) pizza was up against one wall of the box. Tried calling the store at least 10 times with no answer. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Called in an order on 7/26 as the online order system didn't process. I had called an hour ahead with a precise pickup time of 6:15 pm so I could get the pizza on my dinner break. I arrived a few minutes after 6:15, and was told the order wasn't ready. I paid on my credit card, and after a few minutes asked for an update on the status of my order. *Only at this point* was I told that whomever took the phone order had "forgotten" to make the pizza, and it was just being made now. I was told it would be ready "in a few minutes." As I work security, my employer is very particular about how long I can be away from my post. Fortunately another employee was able to cover for me, or I would have been docked more than the cost of the pizza. Had I been informed that my order was lost when I first arrived, I definitely would not have waited. Please train your employees to inform customers of a mix-up like this BEFORE they're charged, so they have the option to wait or go elsewhere. Based on this experience, I highly doubt I'll return. Ordered a pizza by phone and was told 10 minutes. I always give extra time so went there in 20 minutes and sent my boyfriend in. He was told they never got a call for that pizza. I went in and showed her the call. She told me that she had a big order to finish that took ten minutes and was going to put mine in. Well it's been 20 minutes so pizza should be done or at least almost done. The guy that was in front of me came back in and they spoke in spanish but guess what she gave him my pizza and then lied about it and wasn't very nice about it either. I really like Little Carsers thin crust pizza. I have ordered it several times, and it is consistently good. My only suggestion is that I wish they had delivery. Being in a wheelchair and unable to drive, I can only order when there is someone around to pick it up. This location is HORRIBLE!! Your better off going to Tacobell right next store to it, I assure you. My husband went and ordered Two pizza's with the half pizza half cheese bread sticks and not only were both completely undercooked and raw but my husband asked for them to be made well done because we had got bacon on the cheese bread sticks and I am currently pregnant! When he had gotten home my children who normally LOVE pizza, didn't even want to eat there slices that's how nasty and raw looking an tasting these Two pizza's were. So I called to speak to management of some sort and all 3 time's that I called, someone picked up the phone and hung it up.‍ I WILL be going into the store tomorrow morning to speak to management about tonight's "situation" and corporate as well will be receiving a call Monday morning also. This is the first time I had ever tried this location/pizza company and I promise you it will most definitely be THE LAST!!! For almost $20.00 Domino's would have been a MUCH better decision and will be my family's decision from now on before thinking about this Little Caesars location again!! If I could give it no stars I would. The employee was rude and not attentive to the customers at all the food was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be going back. I ordered the five dollar lunch combo the pizza was nothing but sauce the employee almost forgot to give me my drink and when I received it it was piss warm. I was in there for a total of 15 minutes waiting on my pizza the employee didn't say but two words to me and the other customers. I do not recommend this location. read more

Do not order from this place at night they always have an excuse and say that they ran out of dough or they ran out of chicken wings. Ok the only thing they have going for them is $5 pizza but here are the issues. 1) it's very ghetto in there always loud rap music with workers swearing in the background 2) half the time you have to wait for a hot and ready pizza which defeats the purpose of "hot and ready" if it isn't ready. 3) if you use the app many of the time when you show up your still stuck waiting which defeats the purpose of the pizza portal 4) on 2 occasions I got marinara sauce with my crazy bread and the crazy bread was over cooked and marinara sauce was sour 5) you have to always check the pizza because they burn the pizza a lot at this location 6) the other day I went at noon and guess what no pizzas at lunch time that's insane when in a rush and there are no pizza of any kind it just turned noon and there was no people in there waiting it wasn't a mad house so why no pizzas? So I waited and then I ask for plates and napkins and they tell me they don't have any like wtf people. I went in there the other night, simple order, took no more time than expected... To that end, I was amazed at the conduct of front end staff. While she was nice enough... She was texting, she was engaging in a family that seemed to be hunkered down for the night, with mother and 1 of her kids hanging all over the counter and the others laying on the floor on their own phones texting(I should have just left). That said, Pizza was as expected, with no complaints. It's not gourmet. That said, keep the front end staff professional, maybe even take some hot soapy water to some trim, and maintain the wait area so people aren't just hanging out... and it'd be ok... 2 days later, I still feel dirty for going in there. read more

I guess it's my fault that I had the experience that I did because I was warned by a few people not to go to this location. Unfortunately, my family was hungry and had been sitting in the car for a couple hours so we wanted something quick and easy. First off there were no pizzas made and ready. The biggest issue was that the front end staff was extremely unprofessional! I actually had to wait outside for my order because I had to give the 2 girl employees room to wrestle with each other. Their language was awful and the all around conduct was unbelievable. I'm almost positive there was a manager on site as well who didn't seem to be bothered by the wrestling match happening in the front end of the store. Most unprofessional establishment I have ever seen. Employees in the waiting area joking and yelling to the ones who are SUPPOSED to be working. Everyone screaming in Portuguese. I didn't want to give any stars! I was completely grossed out! How unsanitary and unprofessional the girl was at the the Goggeshall street New Bedford location on Friday. Granted it was busy and as usual short handed on employees. I placed my order and waited for them to make my pizzas. While waiting the cashier was ringing out people then would go in the back and help out. She was putting her hands into the cheese then layering pepperoni on top. I realized she had no gloves on, she never washed her hands in between either, Then came back to cash out more people touching dirty money then making phone calls on her phone then back into the cheese and pepperoni to make more pizza. I was so grossed out! I didn't make a scene cause like I said it was busy. I just couldn't eat that after what I saw. I Got home threw them out went somewhere professional instead.
