Don't know why we bother order ahead of time when instead of giving us a fresh cooked to order pizza they give us what looks and tastes like the hot n ready that has been been sitting all day and reheated. It's so hit or miss what you're going to get. Caesars was our GO TO in Vegas and we've tried to make it our GO TO here, but it's hard to justify going back when this is the product they serve. Customer service is great but food quality is POOR unfortunately. They've also raised their tiny sauce pack prices from 50 cents to a dollar each. I have very very low expectations for this place. And they always meet those low expectations. I have learned that you ONLY ask what is hot and ready or you could be waiting about 2 hours for a pizza. By hot and ready, they mean old and dried out. Parking lot is terrible. I've almost been hit several times. They're always out of stuff, dips and drinks. They give you hot drinks even though they have a fridge for them. I just left here empty handed though because I asked the person at the drive thru speaker what they had hot and ready. He said "one pepperoni". I was like "that's all you have?" And he said "you want crazy bread?" And I said "all you have is one pepperoni?" And he said "yeah, see you at the window". And I was like "hello, hello?" And nothing so I just left. The past two times I've gone our orders were incorrect and the staff almost acted like we were inconveniencing them when we asked for the correct order. I ordered 20 pizzas from LittleCaesars on Friday. I called at around 1:00 and placed the order and asked to be able to pick up the pizzas at 5:00 for an event. I offered to come pay for the pizzas at 3:00 when I got off work and was told that I didn't need to do that just to pay when I picked up the pizzas at 5:00. When I got there a couple of minutes before 5:00 the girl at the counter didn't know about my order. She walked around the back looking around. Picked up a paper and showed it to someone then came and charged me for the pizzas. I then asked for the pizzas and she said it would be at least 15 minutes or so. They had not cooked my pizzas yet.
