It an hour and a half to get out single pizza. We ordered our pizza at 8:25pm and didn't get it until 10:00pm.

Ordered online for a pickup and reached there on time. Once arrived you've to join the line of cars in pickup drive through which moves very slowly. It took us more than 15 mins just to pickup the food after it was ready. I believe they should have an option like parking in the lot and texting the parking spot number to them so they can bring it out which will be much quicker and lesser headache for everyone. read more

Honestly, we never have any issues with our orders from this branch. We've ordered quite a few times now since we moved here over 2 years ago and every time we have, the food is delivered quickly and always with a smile. Delivery train wreck!!! Order was taken by what seemed to be a robotic male version of "Alexa", to the point where It seemed to be condescending. After taking my order and repeating everything back to me twice I was told my order would take 25 to 45 minutes. About 2 minutes later I received a phone call stating I wasn't charged for the delivery fee. After giving my credit card information again I received another phone call. I ordered a 12 inch Italian pizza with thin crust online on September 10, 2022. This had to be the worst pizza I have every had. The crust was not done. I could still taste the dough it was made from. The topping tasted like rejects from a second-rate restaurant. I did, however, learn a valuable lesson. I was very happy to see Dominoes open their new location in Alamogordo. When I ordered my pizza and came to pick it up, I noticed they nickeled and dimed me for every little thing. When you have a promotion for 2 topping pizza for a set price, don't surprise your customers by adding on an extra fee because one of the toppings is Chicken. That is absolutely ridiculous. Then, the lady behind the cash register ask what kind of sauce do you like and I told her and also asked how many sauces am I allowed and she said as many as you want. So I asked for 3 sauces. Then they charge me for each extra sauce without telling me. Dominoes is such a ripoff and there pizza is OK. I would much rather eat at Papa Johns as there Pizza is fresher and you know what you're paying. Look for my next review of the Dominoes on HAFB in Alamogordo. They are even worst. read more

There have been a few purchases where whoever made my meal deserves a major raise and then there are MOST of the other times when the food is prepared shitty and its obvious in the way it looks and tastes. Forget asking for extra sauce.. that means you will get even less than the less that they put anyway. When I called the other day about the mistake (which I usually just eat it and shut up) the guy on the phone acted like he could care less. No empathy or care at all! We are in town for work and called late night to order a pizza. James answered the call and was so nice and helpful at 12:30am! He wasn't annoyed or aggravated with our late order. We had previously been at another establishment that is open until 1am, and the service there made us feel like an annoyance for ordering an appetizer and a couple of drinks. My complaint is not with the pizza, but the staff. I called and ordered a large for pickup. It cost me 12.95. The dude on the phone that took my order had no intention of telling me about the online special of a large for 5.99. Maybe my fault? this is a different review then my original i ordered the new specialty chicken and it was surprisingly good i was skeptical at first but thought i'd wing it differently (pun intended) but got the bacon tomato chicken and it was really good i actually added it to my usual pasta bowl and it was just perfect at first before i bought them i compared it to chicken nuggets or boneless wings but it's truly a product of it's own.
