HORRIBLE! Usually don't have a problem but this time was red oculus! It started before I even got in the store I wanted some jalapeño cheesy bread so I was going to call ahead so I didn't have to wait for it to be made I looked the number up on yelp and I called twice a Indian woman answered the phone and when I asked if this was the location on Elverta she told me no this is the location on antelope - so I said screw it I went into the location and sure enough it was an Indian woman at the counter and she tried to tell me that I didn't just call this location OK maybe it's a coincidence but then they helped about 15 customers in front of me and apparently now the wait time for the cheesy bread to be made has doubled from last five times I was in there if I hadn't paid for all three of my items I would have already left it was ridiculous and she was completely rude read more

We had ordered 20pizzas for a party at 1pm and we had called 3hours early. 12:30pm came around and we knew we were going to be late so we called and let them know that we were still coming around 2:30pm. I wish I gave you an option for a negative * meaning they don't even deserve a one-star their customer service is horrible I called in for pizza breadsticks with olives on it and they want to charge me $7 and never told me on the phone that there would be an additional charge for toppings so when I get there the girl behind the counter says I think we have to charge you for the toppings and so she went and checked with the manager and the manager said yes we have to charge you and I said well they didn't say that to me on the phone when I place the order the girl behind the counter was very sweet very nice and said I'll take it off for you then the manager came out and said you took that off no you charge her and said if I went someplace else everybody charges for toppings and I have to pay for the toppings and so I said well just give me my money back because that's not what I was told on the phone and she's like oh really oh really so I said yes really just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else and you can lose a customer for a dollar 75 oh really horrible customer service horrible customer service I even called them because she is very rude and just horrible service read more

This location is always busy at dinner time. I recommend calling your order in ahead. I would also recommend requesting a receipt with your transaction as I was overcharged twice when I paid with my card. Food was as good as it can get for what it is. Staff is not very friendly but hopefully if they are doing their job you will be in and out. read more

While I can't say that I am a huge fan of the pizza, I am a fan of this place. The pizza is quick, cheap and a huge savior on nights that I am running late. My children like it and I like the fact that I have an options for after baseball game quick meals. I came here to order pizza and breadsticks for my family.. I had a coupon for buy one breadsticks get one free that i was going to use. The lady helping me went and asked another girl about the coupon and came back and put it under the counter mad we paid for our food. Our name was called and we got our pizzas there was no bread sticks i asked where they were and they were confused so they asked if I placed a separate order i told them no i gave the girl a coupon and they asked to see it the girl got it out of under the counter and looked at it then proceeded to tell me they didn't take it. AFTER i already paid and got my order i told them well she kept the coupon and didn't let me know or i would have paid for some. The girl didn't really care had a attitude instead of apologizing like she should of. I have managed restaurants and i think they should of honored the coupon or atleast compd one thing of breadsticks since it was their mistake. There aren't very polite no smile or nothing when they talk to you. If your not happy with your job find a new one.
