Closes way before 11 and won't let you order. Every time I've been to this location, the employees are very rude.

It's worth the drive to go to the Centerville or Kaysville location. I have yet to get any food on time from this Farmington location. They shouldn't even have "Hot and Ready" on the menu... As I have never been able to get one hot and ready. I have even ordered ahead at this location because of its convenient location to my house knowing that the 15 minute wait time for them to make it and put it in the portal should be worth it, but it's not. I waited over two hours to get my pizza. I understand that they are busy and maybe shortstaffed but if that's the case, they should have a sign out that says no hot and ready and they should stop taking online orders. read more

the employee told me that it was a 10 minute wait (I had asked for one half cheese half pepperoni btw) but when 20 minutes passed it was still NOT ready so the person I was with there went up to the counter and talked about it BUT the employee took the recite and crumbled it up and put it IN A TRASH CAN, and by now an hour had passed and OH LOOK the pizza wasn't ready, so I went up to the employee and ASKED ABOUT IT, guess what he told me. Their pizza is usually super hot and fresh, but when it's not, boy it is not and it is bad. There have been lots of times the pizza was bare; large areas of just crust were exposed and the sauce is cold and dried up. I would give 4 stars because when the quality is up, it's quite impressive. That being said, minus one star since the slices are NEVER cut all the way through and they're all sorts of sizes. If it's a hot one, the cheese pulls off the top and the tip of the slice rips off at the center. Now you have a floppy, bare trapezium slice of pizza instead of a cheesey triangle. It's a mess. I'm not joking. Bring a pizza slicer with you if you are going to a park or something, besides home. You're gonna need it. read more

I'm ill and sent my teenage daughter to pick up our pizza. AGAIN this location has made our pizza wrong. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni but they gave us this weird half pepperoni-half cheese bread pizza. We called their phone number for over 20 minutes. They don't answer the phone and now it is snowing again, so I will not send my daughter out in this weather. Multiple times this location in Centerville has messed up our pizza, and we end up having to drive back or checking it before we leave then wait in their parking lot for them to make the right pizza. I love the convenience of the drive-thru. Really, what could be better when you have a car full of whining, sleeping, or fighting ankle biters? Little Caesar's really came back from the brink with their hot and ready and we've been to this location more than I care to admit. I pretty much know what expect here. Yes, it's basically fast food pizza. But I take serious issue with the amount of time they allow the pizza to sit in the warmers. Once I got a pizza box that had a mark that would indicate it should have been thrown out an hour before I bought it. I had already gotten home by the time I noticed. On too many occasions lately we've gotten pizza so old that it is literally impossible to bite through. As in so tough that one bite would possibly be a choking hazard. I went on quite the hiatus, taking great care to only visit during a traffic times like Friday nights. After all that, we can feed our whole family on the run for 5 bucks. This establishments bathroom is beyond disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and with the pandemic and being a food place you'd think they'd keep it spotless like other places have done. So, I don't expect a lot from Little Caesars. But I expect a lot more than I got today. I've ordered from this location many times before, in the years that I have lived here. Recently (within the past few months) service level has been declining. I've been experiencing a long wait time in an empty store: nobody in the drivethrough, nobody in line, pizzas in the hot-n-ready waiting to go, but I still wait an average of ten minutes for one of the 5-6 people to wake up enough to come to the front and push buttons. Like I said: I don't expect much from Little Caesars. But I do value my time, so I tried to use their online app today. I selected the store location, put my order in, paid, and got a confirmation on the app, complete with an order number. When I arrived in store, 20 minutes later, the order was not ready. I waited another 10 minutes before being addressed (as per the usual), and then was told they "didn't have my order". I showed the girl behind the counter my approval screen, gave her the order number. 10 minutes goes by, and the manager walks to the front and says "we don't have your order, but I have a hot and ready I can sell you?". @LittleCaesars: Guys. Your market niche is fast food for cheap, and you have a mobile app to streamline that for your sub-optimal employees. If you can't perform your core function, what is the point? Especially when there is so much other food within reach that is just as cheap/cheaper, and there is another Caesars on 500 S Bountiful? You've lost me. @consumer: If you value your time, and want to buy from more competent businesspeople, go literally anywhere else. I won't be back until I see an "under new management and staff" banner. Just bought $100 dollars with of gift certificates from this location and the individual (who appeared to be a manager) acted completely bent out of shape that I was buying these. Not once tried to have any kind of conversation and not a thank you after making the purchase. I had to swipe all of the gift cards as well, which wasn't required of any other place I purchased gift cards today. I won't be supporting this location again. read more

Quality control is not their middle name. But given that I can order a pizza for $5, I'm not going to complain if there are a lot of bubbles in the crust, the slices are cut all lopsided, etc... Little caesars pizza is a meal I know all of my kids will eat, and enjoy! Do you know how hard it is for your average-mom-of-multiple-children to find something like that?! Especially, for under $10! My husband, & I don't turn our noses up, at it either. I like crazy bread. It's convenient that the Centerville location has a drive-thru. Beyond the hot and ready pepperoni pizza, and the crazy bread; there isn't too much that I order. Little caesars doesn't grace my table every night. I wouldn't classify it as a terribly healthy meal. I saw a TV commercial for Little Caesars' new stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and I figured I'd try it. It was Saturday afternoon, and I anticipated the Centerville store would be pretty busy, so I called ahead and placed an order. They said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. 15 minutes later I walked through the front door, cash in hand, and I found an empty lobby. There was nobody behind the counter. I could see half a dozen people in the back, either preparing food or chatting with one another, but nobody was at the register. For 2-3 minutes I tried catching the attention of somebody -- a couple of employees were actively ignoring me. Finally a teenage employee appeared, greeted me, and I told him "I have an order for Brian." The employee looked at his computer screen, eventually found my order, recited the total (~$19.50), I handed him a twenty, he gave me my change, and then disappeared into the back to get my food. After 3-4 more minutes of waiting, the employee reappeared and admitted that they had accidentally sold my order to someone else. "But I placed the order over the phone, and I'm early." "Yeah I know." "Why would you sell someone's order?" "Well I didn't do it. It was someone else!" "Ughhh... how long will it take to make another pizza?" "...15-20 minutes." "I can't wait another 20 minutes. What do you have ready?" The kid points to one pepperoni pizza sitting in the hot-box behind him. I gesture to another stack of pizzas, to his left, and ask about them; "Those are reserved." The irony was not lost on me. I tell him to just give me the pepperoni pizza. I drove the pizza home, opened the box and discovered it was room-temperature at best. And when I tried to tear a slice away, it took half of the neighboring slice with it; whoever cut the pizza didn't do it deep enough. This is when I realized the big issue. I paid for a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza ($9-$10) and the kid gave me a standard pepperoni pizza ($5-$6) instead. So not only did the restaurant screw-up, by selling my food to someone else, but then they gave me a cheaper product than what I paid for. Here's the thing Little Caesars Centerville, I get that you're not some high-end, gourmet pizzeria. Most people probably buy your food because it's cheap, and that's it. Just because the food is cheap, doesn't mean the customer service should suck. When you have under-trained employees who provide boneheaded customer service like I encountered, you're going to lose customers. read more

We were a long time customer and I really wanted to continue our family Little Caesars Thursday night pizza tradition. However, we have noticed a steady and increasing decline in quality and service. After the third consecutive week where they messed up our 2 topping pizzas, I realized I could no longer support the location. If it were possible to do zero stars this is what this location would get. They consistently give cold food. I just wanted to treat my kids with some crazy bread and pizza really quick. I have gone back inside on 3 different occasions and still given barely warm pizza and crazy bread. Especially the crazy bread!!! They said oh yeah let's get that and disappear in the back. Ten minutes (and no sign of them) later, I'm like hellooo and they come out and are like oh my gosh we forgot! - WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. Ten more minutes later I finally get my crazy bread. They were a little busy and told me it would be a 15 minute wait, ok that's fine. 30 minutes later still no pizza, when I spoke with the guy at the counter, he was helpful, went to see what happened to my pizza. 10 minutes later I walked out with my order. Ok so this is the best pizza in town! When I go on the drive thru it takes over 10mins and the pizza is cold but when I go inside the pizza in warm and when I'm in line for the pizza it takes 3mins I'm going to give it 4 stars because of the cold pizza and the long wait I don't recommend going in the drive thru. read more
