Food was fine but customer service was awful. Ordered pizza at 3:30 April 15. Went to pick up 45 minutes later at pickup time given. Walked in and kid said, 'Not ready'. The store was not busy at all. He then told us to move our car and when we started there wasn't anywhere to park he said to drive arou d the block. Went back to pickup pizza and was greeted by ' Its on the rack'. No thank you. No apology for it not being ready at specified time. We called in to talk to someone about bad customer service and we're met with equally rude service. Wanted to ask for our tip to be returned. read more

They try hard, but it's hit or miss if you get your order done. Most of the time it's ok. Tonight one of my two pizzas were done, they lost the other slip and I had to wait 20 more minuets... after 5 more orders were done, I finally got my second pizza. Kinda mad I tipped. read more

I went in the other night to grab a pizza, when I walked in there was two employees there just staring at me, when I tried talking to them they didn't talk to me. I said, you guys open right? They said did you have a online or call in order, but with an Attitude. I said I'm sorry I didn't know I had to call in first. With attitude and huge sigh and an eye roll the cashier swiped his card with anger and said "what can I get you!" I recommend their chicken bacon artichoke pizza. The wait is usually longer than normal if you sit in the waiting area. My recommendation would be to call ahead and pick it up later. Sometimes the staff seems to be a little slower when you stare. So maybe bring a friend so you can talk to someone while you're waiting. read more

The employees are so rude and unwilling to help the customer. I got the pumpkin pizza just before Halloween but wanted it with breakfast bacon rather than pepperoni, because I can't have it. When I asked them they talked about it for 3 minutes, no exaggerating before telling me no. So I asked for a normal large bacon pizza and made it into a pumpkin when I got home. Don't bother calling in a pizza early either because they'll claim you called the bountiful store or didn't call at all, even after showing them the call log on my phone. We used to love and frequent Papa Murphys all the time when we lived in other states. A few years ago the ones in Louisiana started shutting down and we were surprised to see them go. We were excited to move back to Utah and had high hopes for this Papa Murphys and to be able to get our Cowboy Pizza again. Last night was our second visit to this location and we won't be going back. Both times we've taken pizzas home from here it's not like other locations we've been to, the dough seems more like the soles of a tennis shoe than a pizza. They're EXTREMELY stingy in the amount of toppings they give you and the customer service was not pleasant. The locations in Louisiana which were easily twice as good as this location shut their doors and closed down...??? And THIS one somehow manages to stay open??? The take and bake pizzas feel m Walmart are better than here, plus you get more toppings from Walmart. Too many other nearby options, I don't need to spend my money at a place like this. read more

I have been to this location twice. One time they would not honor my coupon. There was no exploration date on it. The second time I grabbed two 20 oz. Sobe drinks out of the cooler because the one and ONLY sign on the cooler door advertized "All 20 0z. Drinks" $1. BUT guess what? "you have to pay more for Sobes." I invited the manages to view his sign on the cooler, but NO. he was too busy making dough. I hate this location and encourage all my friends to buy else where. read more

I go to this store frequently, and have always been satisfied. While they sometimes make a mistake on my order, they ALWAYS make it right. I had a disaster this weekend -- dropped the pizza on my floor while getting it out of the oven. I called the store to order a new one, happened to mention that I'd just picked one up and dropped it -- and they replaced the pizza free! That is above and beyond my expectation. Horrible service interaction with the owner tonight. We got there to pick up our regular order for $10 Tuesday and found it to be $20 for one large pizza because we had asked for extra veggies on half of it (apparently 1.50 is added for EACH veggie when "extra veggies" is requested.) Our pizza looked even more bare than it normally is. Definitely not a $20 pizza. We were not told on the phone about the extra fees and have never had them before and were surprised at our price so we questioned why $10 was added for extra (not even extra by the looks of it) veggies on only half the pizza. The owner was rude, not understanding and defensive the entire time, did not try to fix the problem in any way and we ended up just asking for a refund and leaving. Unnecessary ending. We absolutely love papa Murphy's and have only had good experiences until tonight. read more

Their thin crust deLite pizzas were great...and still are, but they have a really hard time with getting your call-in order and name right. A place that cannot train their employees to remember even the most basic skills like these is not worth going to in the future...unless you order at the place. Then it's probably fine. read more
