Weekends and evenings are hectic, the place is packed and our wait was around 35 minutes. On weekday midday we were seated and served right away. Servers are very accomodating and attentive. All pizzas come with chili flakes and parmesean to add to your liking. The pepperoni and Il Tuffo were great too. The menu has a variety of pizzas with yummy sounding topping combos that keep you wanting to come back and try them all. The location is clean and lively, with a lot of varied seating indoor and out. After my last time at H-N-I-P I got the check, added on my own tip and paid. Then I pondered on the total. It seems funky -- why is it more than just the pizza and salad I ate... there's no tax in Oregon... Whuh? I look more closely at the bill and see that they already added on a tip...? I guess they just got a nearly 50% tip from me. Which might be the last tip because it's seriously irritating. In time I'll probably have a pizza craving that only they can fill, and go back.
