What really sets this place apart is the service. Adrian is hands down one of the best servers we've had anywhere. He's attentive, personable, and makes the entire experience feel effortless. First they bring you a basket of eight wings, after that they bring you four at a time; and you can change the sauces at any time. We added some of those amazing shoestring fries and a drink. What I liked about Bonz wings is the sauces were inventive. I started with the Buffalo lime cilantro and that was the highlight sauce of this visit. Such a complex flavor profile. I went on to mild and then parmesan garlic. The other thing about these wings is there is a coating from the fryer that puts BDubs and Wingstop to shame.
