We stopped here because there weren't any restaurants in Apple Valley open when we got in town. Although most of the other reviews indicate the food isn't got and ready, we ordered thru the app and came thru the drive thru about 25 mins later and everything was good to go. No wait, just hot and ready pizza and crazy bread with a 2 liter coke. No problems. Thanks for being open when we were super hungry. The pizza isn't bad. It's a bit basic but it'll do the trick. We have visited this particular location every Friday for 4 months, always arriving at noon. it is always a 10-15 minute wait. there is never any "hot and ready" pizza. Today was their last chance. I will pay more, for better pizza and service, and go somewhere else. this is absolutely ridiculous. (I am currently in the drive-thru, and have been here 25 minutes.) Ordered thru the app. First, I arrived, but our order wasn't ready yet (no customers), so I went somewhere for about 8 minutes. I went back. Waited in a long line in drive-thru because no parking available. It became very busy. After waiting in a long line, I was told our order was incorrect. We have been here 3 times. The first 2 times they didn't have any of the hot n ready pepperoni pizzas.we ended up just getting what they did have instead both the 1st n second time.3rd time they had no hot n ready pizzas at all. Employees are miserable and won't even acknowledge you when you walk in. They will have you standing in line while making eye contact. Then when you finally ask for help about a certain order, and how much longer the time left on it is, they will tell you a random time. I'm grading this on an adjusted scale since it's Little Caesar's, not a high end restaurant. I always order through the app and pickup in the store from the pizza portal. Pizza is consistently good but I expect it to be a Little Caesers pizza, not a life changing experience. The staff is young so don't expect superior service all the time. There was an issue once where their computer system crashed and they didn't receive my online order. They took down my order and had it out in about 10 minutes. In my opinion this is one of the more consistent Little Caesers I have been to and I will continue to order pizzas! read more

Every time I go there is nothing hot and ready so there is no convenience factor of going to this location. Pizza seems to always be pretty inconsistently cooked. I've had a order wrong once what I recommend is using the pizza portal at this store I do see that helping but if your in a hurry your better to try somewhere else in town. Plus we live in a tourist area and they close so early as we're coming into summer time. read more

I would not suggest going to their location. There wasn't good customer service. We ordered an extra most bestest, they told us that the wait would be 6 minutes. No worries about it being longer, that wasn't the problem. When everyone who had ordered after us was getting all of their deep dish pizzas before us that was when I started getting frustrated. It started to hit 45 minutes of waiting. So I went inside and no one would even acknowledge me. I asked to speak to a manager and he acted like I was in the wrong for asking about why mine was made after 10-15 orders that had come in after mine. Yesterday we had a three meat pizza for $9.99. They had one already made, sitting in the box and ready to go. I asked when it was made, and rather than answering the question, they just said "it's good" and "it's not expired". Apparently, they have no way of knowing when a pizza is made. We took a chance, but unfortunately it was old and stale! My recommendation, be sure to order a custom pizza so you can be sure it is FRESH! It wasnt hot and ready. No cheese hot and ready pizzas, so I ordered one with custom toppings and waited, was told 8 minutes. 15 minutes later, they realized they never completed the order and so it hadn't been made. When I finally got it, it was barely edible and not cut thoroughly. I'm staying in a hotel room and had no knife or utensils to cut it. Went in to get 5 hot n' ready pizzas and had to wait 20 minutes because they were out! I guess that's what happens on a busy weekend! Usually, they have the pizzas ready. The staff is friendly. Do not order food here. The service and quality is the worst. I arrived around 6pm and waited and waited at the window for someone to take my order--with no success, so I walked to the front to try walk in but the door was locked. I walked back to the service window and waited again. I would estimate that there were about 4 or 5 employees inside and some were walking around and should have seen me. I had to rap on the window for a very long time before anyone came and I was able to order. The girl said. "That's not my job but I'll take it." It gets worse. A man who had been sitting in his car waiting came over and asked where his order was. Another girl came to the window and apologized saying that there had been a mistake and no one had made his order! He was furious because he had also been waiting for a very long time! I have no idea what the employees were doing in there, but it wasn't doing their jobs. To top it all, when it came, my pizza was luke-warm. This place should either close down or find some new employees and a supervisor that actually does their job. Horrendous read more

Ok, so Little Ceaser's is not the place to go fora great pizza. We all know that. But it is the place to go when you need a quick solution for dinner. At least it should be. This place doesn't even have that going for it. You can try calling ahead to have them set aside a pizza for you, but it won't do any good. You will still be told you need to wait 15 minutes or more. The staff is apathetic to put it mildly. I guess if waiting up to 45 min. for Pizza that tastes like tomato paste on cardboard served by Beavis and Butthead cos players is your thing, then you have come to the right place. Otherwise it is worth the 20+ minute drive to The Washington location just to avoid this place. read more

The customer service we received was great... the pizza was not. I would give customer service 5 stars and the pizza a 1 Star. This is my first time visiting this location of Little Caesar's pizza and will not be going back. Usually all the chains' pizza tastes the same. The pepperoni pizza here tasted different then the other chains and it was not good. It tasted bitter. I ordered a specialty pizza and it was not cooked all the way and tasted so bad that it went straight into the garbage. I do not like giving poor reviews, however, I hope that this location can fix how they make the pizzas so they taste like other locations. read more

I only give this one star because it won't let you give zero stars. After pulling up to the drive thru window I waited almost five minutes before anyone came to the window. The girl finally came to the window and I placed my order. One cheese pizza and breadsticks. She said they didn't have any cheese pizzas and asked if I'd like to wait. She told me to park and they'd bring it out in 7-10 minutes. After 15 minutes I was starting to get annoyed about the long wait. Finally after half hour of waiting I got out of my car and walked inside. The same girl who took my order asked me what I'd like not recognizing me. I think her I was still waiting for my cheese pizza and that I'd been waiting for half hour. She had no clue what I was talking about. I have her my receipt which was rang out at 4:53, it was 5:30 by this time. She finally went and got the pizza and gave it to me. Not once did she bother to apologize. I will not be going back. This location is being ran by a bunch of young teenagers. Each order always has something wrong with it. (Ie: wings instead of bread, buffalo wings instead of plain, waited for wings to be made and yet they were cold like straight out of the frig, etc). Also, the same person that takes your money from customers could be the same person that makes your pizza WITH O PLASTIC GLOVES ON. GROSS AND DISGUSTING. I tried to overlook it and zap it in the microwave to kill the germs, but still couldn't bring myself to eat it. Not one of those teenage workers had plastic gloves on when touching the ingredients to make your pizza, bread, wings, etc. Not one. I went in for a "hot-n-ready" cheese pizza on a weeknight just to grab a quick meal. Ended up waiting twenty minutes for it. During the wait I got to listen to the employees tell each other to shut their fat mouths and kiss their $&@/. It's a $6 clump of grease, so I don't have high expectations, but there are a couple of other pizza places just a little further down the street that I'll probably try first next time. For the same wait time I can get something a little more palatable without worrying about what the kids will hear. read more
