This place is awful. They're ridiculously cheap with their toppings--it's actually embarrassing. I watched an employee grab a ladle of cheese, dump half on a pizza, and then put the rest back. Really disappointing experience at Blaze. The employee started building our pizza without even asking what toppings we wanted, so we had to stop her and correct it. I also asked for salt and oregano, and she said "it's already in the oven" and refused to take it out until I insisted I wanted it on my pizza. When she finally did, she rolled her eyes at me. HORRIBLE customer service. My husband specifically asked for Vegas cheese (has an allergy) and you guessed it, got REGULAR cheese. Five stars for the build your own pizzas. One star for a filthy dining room -- every table was dirty, there was garbage and food on the floor. We were there for about 40 minutes and there were six and then five employees, but none of them came out from behind the counter even though it wasn't busy. Ambiance terrible because of employees: loud, all about each other vs customer. One girl was yelling across restaurant to a coworker. Lots of staff, but they were all huddled together talking and goofing around. At start, 2 employees going back n forth for a few minutes about who would start my order while I just stood there. Went to blaze Pizza early in December, food was really good, employees were nice, but it's the most poorly run business I've been to. They charged me wrong for a different order, and when I tried to have them correct it, they said they didn't know how and the manager would have to do it the next day. Called the manager, and he said he would issue me a credit for the amount overcharged, but then recharged me the entire amount all over again. still no resolution, he claims he gave me a credit, but it's clearly not showing up on my bank account, only the two full wrong charges are showing up. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!! I had put in a To-Go order, took a unpaid break went and picked up my food! They had forgotten all the utensils, ranch, and seasoning packets !!! I then went to take my second bite of the pizza and seen a long blonde hair in it! Me being a woman thinking it was my own went to pull it out and realized it was cooked in the Pizza and cheese! At this point I was going to call in notify them let it go and get a new cooked pizza! I then proceeded to move onto my salad! On the container of the salad it was covered in hard sauces and stuff all over the container. We went to Blaze Pizza for dinner. There were only a few people dining. The staff seemed very uninterested in us and we had to say our orders several times. They messed up on our order twice and had to wait for our salad and breadsticks while our pizza got cold. Several of the staff were sitting on the counters just talking, ignoring customers. Best made-to-order pizza in town. Hard to get into the parking lot because of Chick-fil-A is in the same lot. Signage in the floor is too small for directions to get in line to order food. Make sure you ask for more toppings if you want more! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I like being different, but not difficult. Asked for my sauce on top of the pizza, instead of next to the crust and you'd think I was asking for something impossible. UPDATE: Blaze is refunding our order in full due to the delayed delivery. So, kudos to them. I'm upgrading my review from 2 stars to 4 stars for them doing the right thing, but I'll leave my original review below for context. ---- Pizza took nearly two hours to show up and was cold when it arrived. The employee who answered the phone when I called to find out why it was taking so long was completely unhelpful, saying: They had no idea when the pizza would be delivered, there was nothing they could do to make things right for us, and wasn't interested in making sure we were happy customers. I hate to put a negative review for something that was mostly Door Dash's fault, but at the end of the day, efficient delivery is core to any pizza place's business. When I placed the order on Blaze's website, it wasn't clear that Door Dash would be fulfilling the order (I would have ordered from a different place had I known). On the plus side, the pizza was okay once we heated it up: The ingredients were fresh. The crust was good. The sauce was meh, but above average. I wish this place luck, but they need to train their employees better and they need to ditch Door Dash. Also, they should never let a delivery order go out the door that's been sitting on their counter for over an hour. read more

Worse service and pizza ever. Called in an order to pick up. Upon arrival, I was told they don't take call in orders. I showed them the telephone number i called and showed the credit card charge that was "pending" for Blaze Pizza. There was a pizza on the pick up shelf. I walked over and saw my name and cell phone number on the receipt. The employee maintained that couldn't be mine insisting again Blaze does not take orders over the phone--only online. I showed the employee my cell number, name and credit card. He said he'd have to call the boss. After all this, he decided the pizza was mine, but since the pizza was now cold, he had the other employee make a new pizza. Once we got home and tasted the pizza, we agreed we'd never go to Blaze Pizza again. The vegetarian pizza had one artichoke leaf sliced into 4 pieces, 4 pieces of chopped up olive, wilted stringy spinach and finished off with what looked and tasted like creamed cottage cheese. Wow seriously best pizza I have had in awhile. I always get the same type of pizza wherever I go. Pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños. I used mozzarella cheese and red sauce. i know it's basic if you compare it to the masterpieces they can make there however I wasn't at all disappointed. Ingredients are fresh and tasted fresh. the perfect amount of toppings on my pizza. I ordered online through the app which was easy to use. I chose to go in an pick up my pizza. We had a poor experience trying to order a pizza and a salad. When we arrived to pick up our pizza and salad we found out that our salad wasn't going to happen. Apparently they don't have lettuce. The store person was very unsure about being able to make a salad without lettuce. After finding out this situation where we requested a refund for the salad they said no! They were not going to give us a refund because they didn't have lettuce. After a lengthy argument to get our entitled refund the idiot that worked there finally understood that we should get some money back. He was able to give us our money back so that we could continue sadly on our way without a salad. The pizza was not bad, had a lot of red onions, very few pepperonis and meatballs. NONE of them came out as described. either missing toppings or too much garlic. most of staff barely speaks english and did not understand any of our requests to minimize gluten transfer, like simply use a clean cutting blade! overall terrible experience . Came in to show my friend what blaze was all about it happen to be her first time so we were really excited! We were the only people in line when we got in and the first thing that happened was nobody greeted us... I might mention that I used to run and operate a pizza place just like this one for 3 years so I know how it works.. employee seemed confused also nobody seem to stick to a station.. everybody was just wandering around... while customers in the line piled up. My friend ordered a half pizza that comes with either a salad or garlic knots she went with the garlic knots but then when we got our pizzas which they had plated for dining and we had to remind them that it was for takeout.. they said that they were out of garlic knots.. not only were they out but we had watched garlic knots come out of the oven.. sit there and then given to a lady that happen to be after us so she ended up getting our garlic knots... super all over the place .. they have abandoned the system they aren't using their numbers and they are completely unorganized by looking at the reviews this is clearly not the first time so I don't know if there's even a manager working at this location but definitely somebody should take a look into it whether it's corporate or A district manager... i'd say go to the one in Washington. read more
