Prickly Pear Margarita

Have your ID if you want to sit outside or in the bar - it's Utah! The shrimp tacos had great flavor - highly recommend. Get the basil vinaigrette dressing - refreshing! I only wish the side salad was bigger, it was very small in a cup for soup. A very busy place, since it's right at the entrance of the park, but ordering at the bar made it easy and the food was pretty quick to come out. The flight of beers was just perfect way to sample and it was hard to pick a favorite. It was a perfect day sitting outside after a hike.

Had amazing dinner here tonight.Despite it being busy, great service and not a long wait for our food. We had Elk burger, hamburger,Mediterranean couscous salad with salmon & Fresca salad with jalapeño dressing fresesca salad wirh chicken. Everything was delicious!

After hiking 6 miles in Zion, we were thirsty and hungry. So a beer (Zion Pale Ale & Conviction Stout) along with a chicken club, hit the spot. Their onion rings are delish. Sat on the patio watching all the hikers return from Zion. They looked like they were in better shape than me! Came back to have dinner a few hours later. Shared a beer salad, fish & chips, chicken tacos and s'mores bread pudding (enormous!) so yummy and our server Jesse was a delight.

Not a bad price point!

Great views!! The food is good and the staff are friendly. We eat here for dinner and again for lunch. I recommend the wings, but out of the 6 of us, there wasn't a bad option on the menu! As for drinks, I recommend Juicy IPA

Great patio to hang out with your dog, drink tasty beer, have a burger, and watch the hikers get geared up. Nice shade too.

There's a tavern side and a separate kid-friendly restaurant side. They have some good beers, but I ordered the whiskey Arnold Palmer that didn't taste great. They must've used some well bottle. However overall great vibes and it was nice chillin outside with a beautiful view.

My boyfriend and I came during off season so we were sat immediately. It was decorated very sweet for Christmas with tons of lights! We got the pub pretzels which were fantastic - so soft, warm, & chewy with not too much salt. The queso and house made brown mustard was good too! Perfect app. I got the emerald burger which is a vegan burger with the classic toppings and seasoned fries. The burger was good! Fries had a nice seasoning on them. My boyfriend got the zion brew burger and said it was a little bland/dry, but not bad. He got the chimichurri fries, and those were good. They had a nice tang to them but not sure if worth the extra $3. We also ordered onion rings which comes with a LOT. Eyes were bigger than our stomach! The BBQ ranch was okay. Maybe a blooming onion-type sauce would be better. Our waitress was extremely fast and nice. To improve this experience I would say thinner and/or crispier fries, different sauce for the onion rings and maybe a bit more love for the burgers. BUT overall, a good experience. It hit the burger craving!

Zion Canyon Brew Pub is the perfect place to land after a full day of hiking. The location could not be more convenient since it sits right next to the walk-in entrance to the park. The patio has misters that feel incredible on hot days and the views are absolutely unreal. The service is friendly and quick, and the beer is great with lots of easy-drinking options that hit perfectly after hours on the trails. The food was solid and exactly what you want post-hike. Overall, it's a must-stop spot for anyone visiting Zion and looking to relax, refuel, and take in the scenery.

Plastic cup with lipstick on the rim still.

After some hikes we walked in to share a burger. It took a while before someone helped us and brought water out. The cups were disgusting. You could scratch dried food off them and one still had lipstick on the rim. Ordered the Zion Brew Burger. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Very messy to eat so make sure you have lots of napkins. Fries were okay and not hot. Don't know if it was worth $22.

Zion Brew Pub, which was recommended by my mother-in-law, was loved it so much we went twice! Food: Our first visit I had the IPA Sriracha Chicken Club with chimichurri fries and pub pretzels -- all incredible, while my wife enjoyed a Classic Burger. On our second visit, I ordered the Summer Berry Salad with Grilled Salmon, which was the perfect light and refreshing meal after hiking The Narrows. Service: Our waitress, Stevie, was awesome! Friendly, attentive, and in constant communication throughout both visits. Aesthetic: Beautiful outdoor seating with stunning views of Zion, plus plenty of comfortable indoor seating that made the whole experience feel both relaxed and scenic.

We stopped by this brew pub and had a really pleasant experience. The layout is great, with a distinct bar side and restaurant side, and since it wasn't too busy, we were able to snag a spot with unbelievable views of Zion. Parking was a breeze and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. While we tried a beer flight, we honestly only enjoyed about 1/4 of the pours--but the real star of the show was the Prickly Pear Lemonade. It was absolutely the highlight of the visit and lived up to the rave reviews! It's a solid, easy-going spot to relax and take in the scenery after a day of exploring.

Took a while to get our food but it was delicious. Good portions, I had the quinoa burger and chimichurri fries, which were outstanding. Service was good. We had an issue with flat Diet Coke. But server worked with us on this issue. A bit pricey but everything in Springdale is.

Elevated Elk Burger

Zion Canyon Brew Pub After hiking The Narrows, we came here for dinner and I went with the Elevated Elk Burger (24): locally sourced elk, sautéed mushrooms, Swiss, fry sauce, and crispy salt & vinegar onions. I paired it with the recommended Springdale Amber and it was a great match. For 3 extra dollars I replaced the fries with the salad. I don't usually go to places that have elk meat so I was excited to try it again. Definitely a great burger, the meat was fantastic, especially alongside the onions. The views of Zion were excellent, especially from the outdoor patio. Only downside was the service, super slow despite the place not being busy. Great scenery and solid burger

It definitely did not disappoint! I had a bit of a hard time finding this place as it's in an industrial area and kind of hiding, but it was worth the journey. For my drink, I ordered the blackberry smash, which was a mule with a fruity twist. It was delicious and much stronger than other drinks I've had in this area. For my meal, I went with the highly-acclaimed fish and chips, which did indeed live up to their hype. The fish was perfectly fried and the fries had a good bite to them. I also really enjoyed the fry sauce that tagged along with the dish. Our server was also wonderful and made helpful suggestions throughout the meal. This was a great experience and I would definitely return for future meals when I'm in the area!

Ok, for the food, the fried pickles were the best thing we had, get those. Light and crispy batter with a decently thick pickle chip inside, really good. The food, fish and chips, spicy reuben, chicken sandwich, and bbq wings. Fish and chips, decent enough, nothing to write home about, delicate batter, great flavor. Spicy Reuben...what a trainwreck, the meat was stringy and annoying to eat. The sauerkraut was sweet? Just terrible. The bbq wings were as described, so not bad. The chicken sandwich was not great either, chicken was dry and kind of hard to eat. The garlic parm fries though? Amazing. Get those as your side. We also had the Guavala and the Hef, both were really good and a steal at $6 each. They also have a small store front with no prices, frustrating. Overall, won't be back again, maybe we just came on a bad day, but once was enough.

Our only complaint, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars was the service was SO SLOW. We waited about 20 minutes to get seated, totally understandable, but once we were seated it was about 15 minutes before we saw our waitress, then another 20 minutes before they brought our drinks(we ordered food the same time we ordered drinks). Once food came we saw her one time in the middle and then didn't see her again for another 30 minutes. We ordered desserts, waited about 15 minutes for those and didn't get one of our desserts delivered. So it was a rough service experience. The food was really good and the outside patio was great seating! We will come back but hopefully have better service!

My husband thinks the steak (locally raised) is one of the best steaks he's ever had. He also enjoyed their burgers. The tamarind glazed salmon and risotto dish, salads and mashed potatoes were my favorite, but truly, everything brought to the table was high-quality and delicious. Including the dessert (key lime pie and crème brûlée). Our server, Whitney, was wonderful. She is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu and potential adjustments (made recommendations that accommodated my gluten-free diet). She was a real joy and made the dining experience all the more special. We will definitely be back!

One thing to note is that the chips and salsa are ordered separately, and the queso is an added extra charge on top of that. For our meals, we ordered the special swordfish taco and the carne asada tacos. Both proteins lacked flavor and were heavily covered with pineapple salsa, which overpowered everything else. The tacos themselves were very bland and desperately needed salt. Once we added salt, they became much more enjoyable. The same went for the rice and beans -- both were pretty flavorless until seasoned. The highlight of our experience was Jimenez (Hopefully I'm spelling his name correctly) who did a great job handling a very busy bar section. Service was attentive despite how packed it was, and we appreciated that. Overall, the food just did not meet expectations, especially for the price point. Sadly, Bit & Spur would be a hard pass for us if we return to Springdale.

My husband is a meatloaf lover, so he got the bacon wrap meatloaf. He said it was just OK, the appearance was amazing in a little tower, but it really needed a sauce on it. It was kind of dry. he ordered some gravy to go on top and our waiter brought him out some and that made all the difference. Could also just be how we're used to eating meatloaf and my husband thinks every meat has to have a sauce. Lol He also got the French onion soup and thought it was absolutely amazing and scarfed down every bite of it. That was recommended to us by the waiter as one of his favorites. I got the filet mignon and chose to top it with truffle butter, I was not disappointed. It was cooked perfectly, nice and lean, and the truffle butter was done just right not over the top, paired perfectly with the steak. I would highly recommend that. We got the calamari which was nicely battered (lightly) It was cooked correctly, and they even added fried okra in with the pepper mix. That was something unique to me, but it actually paired perfectly and I really enjoyed it. The aïoli that came with it was delightful as well. So overall, we would definitely recommend this. It is nice on the inside, but I wouldn't say upscale suit and tie kind of place, I did feel a little out of place walking in there and hiking boots and sweat though.
