No chef's tweeks here. It's just the way you remember it. Eggplant parm on the lunch memu is a perfect portion size. Spaghetti is comfort food and an appropriate side. Olive Garden's salad and bread sticks never disappoint. Olive Garden's establishment is spic & span clean. From tables, floors, counters, bathrooms...kudos to management. Staff doesn't hang around idlely. The clean, polish, bus tables, assist one another in table deliveries, refilling beverages. Attitude is everything and this bunch of hires are top notch. All I wanted was soup and breadsticks so I ordered the soup salad and breadsticks for a hearty meal. We arrived after 4 pm for a late lunch/early dinner. Parking was easy as the dinner crowd had not arrived yet. We were seated immediately and the waitress took our drink order quickly. This is a perfect clone of every other Olive Garden. The wife and I had just rolled in to St. George after our surprisingly nice drive from SoCal. We settled into our hotel, the TowneHill Suites (see my review), and were ready for a late lunch possible early dinner. The Olive Garden would not normally be my first choice, but it was close by, the thought of all you can eat breadsticks and salad, along with some marginal Italian food piqued our taste buds and empty stomachs. So, off we went expecting it to be a light crowd since it was about 2:30pm on a Thursday. It was crowded even around 2pm to 3pm. It is a pretty large restaurant, but it was buzzing with people inhaling breadsticks and servers running to their tables to fulfill the "all you can eat" mantra of Olive Garden. It was a short 10 minute wait for us to get our table and join in to the breadstick frenzy. We came to find out that the crowd was likely due to the fact that the all you can eat lunch was available until 3pm. People were hustling in to beat that deadline. Our server was Sidney and she did a great job of keeping up with the demanding crowd in her section. As quickly as she served up breadsticks, tossed salads and dolled out pasta dishes, she was at our table to take our drink order and our first request of, you guessed it, breadsticks. When she returned with the drinks and sticks, I was not ready to order as I was still perusing the sticky menu. So off she went to find more breadsticks to toss to the apparently starving animals in her section. Both the wife and I decided to order from the all you can eat lunch section and did so just under the wire at 2:45pm. The wife, not surprisingly, went for her go to Italian dish, Fettuccini Alfredo. Also not surprisingly, she had a special request, "is it possible to add chicken to the pasta?". Sidney acknowledge that it would be an up charge and the wife agreed (see ProTip below). I went for the Eggplant Parmesan. While we munched on our, wait for it, breadsticks (they serve three in a basket, kind weird for a table of two??), Sidney brought out our first bowl of all you can eat salad and tossed it up for us. We served ourselves and enjoyed the cold, Italian dressing laced salad as we awaited our entrees which came out amazingly fast as I was not done enjoying the salad when they came out. Again, a feat since the place was packed. The first impression of the wife's dish was, boy that's kinda small. Small bowl of Fettuccini Alfredo with some nicely grilled chicken on top. On the other hand, my large dish was set down with two large and thick slices of Eggplant Parm and a surprising side of spaghetti and sauce. I had not noticed that that would be included when I read the menu. Sidney grated some fresh Parmesan on our dishes and hustled off. The wife enjoyed her Alfredo and I thoroughly enjoyed my eggplant and pasta. My only regret is that I would have liked more sauce on the eggplant. I am an overly aggressive sauce person, so that is just my personal taste. I would recommend my dish to anyone that likes eggplant. Have to add that the dishes came out piping hot and that is always great. Sidney asked if we wanted (are you tired of this yet?) a second order of breadsticks. In unison the wife said "No" and I said "Yes:. Sidney took that as a yes and went off to find some. As I was halfway through my meal and getting towards being full, I stopped Sidney and asked her to cancel our sticks order. She immediately apologized for the delay, but I assured her it was because I was getting full and would not eat them if they showed up. Well, to be honest I may have eaten them even though I was full. I wanted to stop that from happening. Was it the best Italian food we have ever had? No. Was it good and filling? Yes. It was pretty standard Olive Garden fare. The service was impressive and that was nice. Sidney, and it appeared the other servers, were busting their tails keeping up with the crowd. With the fast serving of our meals, the kitchen was also doing a great job. I recommend this restaurant if you are hungry and need a quick Italian-ish food fix. ProTip: Check on the up charge since the meal, as is, was $10.99 and the chicken up charge was about $5. Not complaining, as the wife gets what she wants, but just a warning or some might say a "ProTip". Go. Eat Well. Have Fun! read more

If I could give zero stars I would... beyond horrible The experience was horrible. Very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Wake up people it is 2025 and I did not see a sign at the city limits of St George with a race criteria list. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo with broccoli. The best thing about the meal was the broccoli and the iced tea. The chicken taste like rubber pressed process poultry and most likely pumped up with antibiotics. The fettuccine taste raw and the sauce was horrible. My husband said that his stomach was upset an hour after leaving the restaurant.The food was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend going there.A complete disappointment for Olive Garden.This restaurant is an embarrassment horrible to the brand. read more

I have to say that this location has had consistently amazing customer service since they opened back in the early 2000s. I have had very few issues over the last 20 years at this location but when I do, it is always taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction. I really appreciate that. Even if I send in something online, the manager or general manager always calls me within a couple of days. The atmosphere was great, same with the service. We always order the Shrimp Alfredo and split it since we get endless breadsticks and salad. We have eaten here before, and the food is great. However, tonight they told us there would be an up to 40 minute wait. After a 50 minute wait and checking where things were at we were told it would be up to 35 min more. We were a party of 6 with two kids and they asked us from the start. They said they only had 6 tables in the whole restaurant that sat 6 and that there was still 4 parties before us. This is obviously not truthful, we have eaten here many times and there are a lot more tables of 6 than 6! So all the people got seated that were waiting when we got there. They told us others had some kind of fast past! Not okay, deceitful and flat out wrong. We had to go eat elsewhere after we had all waited for so long! They all looked a bit lost at the front and kept asking each other what was happening but after gathering that's what they came up with. Ridiculous! read more

Its salty processed, the salad is caffeteria processed salad with white flour bread. The Shrimp scampi was salty and had only a few shrimp that cost $22, the eggplant parm was slightly better but not much. The value isnt there, I give it an F, the taste is an F. For $50 you can go to Texas Roadhouse and get a 16 ounce sirloin and an 11 ounce steak with a sweet potato, a better salad and great bread for 2 for the same price. Even Chuck ORama, the buffet blew it away. Im even surprissed it got a 3! and its over priced. The service was great, the food is bad, stay away. If I could give it a ZERO I would. FAKE CHICKEN. DONT ORDER ANYTHING CHICKEN IF YOU WXPECT TO TASTE REAL CHICKEN. My wife and I have been ordering the stuffed chicken Marsala for our whole marriage. 30 years. We share it. After the breadsticks, salad and Alfredo dipping sauce it's plenty to eat. We stopped going to OG when they took it off the menu. We just saw that they had brought it back so we wanted to give it a try again. Restaurant and staff were very nice and friendly. Service was great, it's just when you bite into a fake piece of chicken that tastes like a rubber chicken nugget isn't the experience I was looking for. After we looked into it about 5-6 years ago they changed their menu from real chicken to compressed crap chicken. Don't expect it to taste real. It isn't. read more

We ordered take away from here, so I'm not going to be hard on the food, but let's just say that pasta that is in a container for about 30 minutes (the time we had to travel) it gets a little sticky and the breadsticks a slight tough, but in all the flavors were great and the time eating the meal wonderful. My main concern was with ordering it. It seems that you pay for every little thing, but in it comes in abundance, you can ask for extra sauce on your pasta meal in the comments towards the end of the ordering, then they call to tell you that they are going to charge extra and that it's $8, which is the price for the extra sauce for eight servings in the catering section . After a phone call that was more like a pinball game be passed from one person to another we finally got someone that understands and got what we needed. How difficult would it be for a small check box on the items menu page to request another extra scoop of sauce. Food for thought. read more

I 100% agree with the reviewer who commented about the low rating here. Service was great! The restaurant was clean. Hostesses were friendly. The restroom was clean. Our waiter was awesome. The food was delicious. Was passing through from Vegas headed to Kanab and stopped in. It was Christmas Eve so I wasn't expecting must to be open but we didn't want fast food. This is not right off the freeway but its about a mile down the road right off the main road to the left and super easy to find. Walked in for an early dinner (4:30pm) no wait for a party of 2 and we were seated immediately. Social distancing enforced and every other table had decor on it. Jackson was our server and he was perfect! We had our drinks and soup, salad and breadsticks within minutes of sitting down. We didn't have an empty glass and always had refills without having to ask. Our orders were taken promptly when we were about halfway done with our soup/salad. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. A new batch of breadsticks were brought out with our food. Very pleased with the restaurant, the food and service. This Olive Garden is next door to Buffalo Wild Wings. Looking for a place to grab a late dinner this past Friday night, after checking into my hotel with my husband and our little girl dog, we ended up deciding to pick Olive Garden. To be honest, it has been a very long time since I last ate at Olive Garden since the previous dining experiences were rather poor (because of food and service). But decided to try this for dinner via take out because of their buy one, take one special $12.99 (prior to tax). So I made a phone order around 8:20 pm and then drove to pick it up (was told it would take about 15 minutes for order to be ready). My husband and I pulled up into their parking lot and an employee came out asking us if we had a pick up order. She asked for our name and then walked back to the restaurant and brought out our food (I had already paid for the order on the phone but you can also pay via curbside if you prefer). Then we headed back to the hotel to eat. We ordered: Buy one, take one special, $12.99 prior to tax: -Spaghetti With Meat Sauce: When I made the order, I was asked which order do I want cold and which order do I want hot (ideally this is a special deal in which you dine on one meal in the restaurant and then take the other meal home for you to enjoy for the next day, thus one meal being cold). So I opted for this meal to be cold. Thankfully this came in a microwave safe container that we were able to reheat in our hotel microwave (individually wrapped plastic utensil set also came with our order, parmesan cheese and 2 mint chocolates). My husband liked this item as it was filling and what you would expect from a classic dish like this. -Chicken Parmigiana: I ordered this item hot and was surprised that this came with 2 breaded chicken breasts. I gave one to my husband to share since I knew I wouldn't be eating both (it's really filling for me to eat just one). I liked the portion size of the noodles and thought it had a good chew. Definitely a good value since it comes with 2 chicken breasts. I thought the chicken tasted good and definitely made me feel satisfied -Soup: With this special, you get your choice of soup or salad. We opted for soup and got the Zupoa Toscana which has potato, kale, sausage. The portion of the soup was a meal size in itself. The soup had great flavor and was a perfect size for 2 to share. -Breadsticks: Came with 2 pieces. Was good but rather oily. ----------------------------- (Total= $14.00 after tax) For this carry out meal, you are only given a soup or salad and breadsticks for one meal, but not for the cold meal. Definitely a good value for 2-3 meals for the price. This definitely has changed my opinion of Olive Garden and would try them again, especially for this special. read more

Have eaten at a lot of Olive Gardens all over the country. This was a Family dinner on Sunday afternoon. Place was less than half full. Lots of servers which was a plus. 8 in our group from 4 years to 60's. Food was fresh and served hot. We had the Calamari appetizer which was really good. Between everyone we covered the menu items. Everyone was happy and no complaints. Servers did a great job keeping things updated and making sure we were happy. I would recommend this location. To often many locations get over ran and don't have the staff to adequately take care of it. You know what your getting into here and when it's done like here today it's great! read more
