I ordered a pizza online from this Little Caesar's location on 05/26/2026. The delivery was right on time. However when we opened the box not all the ingredients were on the pizza!!!! This is the second time this has happened. I called and was on hold for over an hour! This is horrible customer service. I will try this place again! I will not recommend this place to anyone. A couple weeks ago we wanted pizza and based on the reviews, we chose not to get Little Caesars Pizza & went elsewhere. TODAY, due to time we decided to give them a try and I'm so glad we did! We got the 4 split pizza . It was "burn your tongue " fresh!!! Sauce was plenty and delicious. The crust was perfect with a nice crunch to it. We every piece. I will tell you this after watching the young man making pizza I will not ever go back there again. This place has went down hill. I see people sitting in the back playing on their phone, the young man making pizza keep touching his face (which is broke out) with his bare hands and touching the dough, cheese etc. The counter was dirty, yet the girls are standing around talking. Called 3 times with no answer. Then showed up to place an order. Asked what there phone number was and they said they didn't know but looked it up and there was the number 863 676 3000. I told them I called 3 times so I didn't have to wait on my pizzas. The girl told me there was something wrong with the internet and it wasn't working but I could tell it was a spontaneous lie. I sat down to wait for my pizzas and there was a heavyset girl with a headset for a phone on her head smirking at me. Game on. I called non-stop while I waited for my pizza. The first time the girl looked at me and said loud enough for me to hear "I don't know why, maybe because it wasn't close to the receiver" like that was why they were lazy and didn't answer the phone. Then I would pretend to be scrolling thru the internet on my phone calling non-stop while the heavyset girl answered all my calls to no avail. When my pizzas were done I took them and left but soon realized my pizzas we're so greasy they were soup. Literally couldn't take out a slice and hold it. would someone please get an ADULT in there to run things? i ordered my pizza at 1:20 pm told it would be 15 minutes - i got there and saw they again have the pretzel bread cheese pizza so i requested on of those as well ... i kid you not i waited over 20 minutes to get my previously ordered pizza as well as an pretzel one... there was lady sitting down when i went in, not sure what happened but she finally got up and walked out- all the employees working seemed like they were mad as there was no talking, no music and certainly no happy employees. read more
