Located past downtown Livermore near the Trader Joe's. This little center looks newer like it got a refresh recently which is nice. Little Cesar is located more on the left side of the strip mall. Plenty of parking. Picked up their special Fantastic Four in one pizza. 8 slices, 4 different flavors. They are doing this special for the movie. Would easily feed a small family. Nothing gourmet or spectacular but a quick, easy dinner. read more

I'm truly confused by all the negative reviews. I was stuck in this plaza earlier tonight (waiting for other kiddo to finish an extracurricular activity) with hungry kids in tow. Decided to get a large cheese pizza on a whim to eat in the car. I was able to easily order online with the ability to track the order: when it's placed in the oven, getting packed up and ready for pick-up. The entire process from when I placed the order to when I picked it up took about 12 minutes! I was even able to input a code in the Pizza Portal to skip the line at the register! Granted I only ordered one item but it came out piping hot and delicious. It has been over 2 decades since I had this brand of pizza. I remember it to be square shaped and lackluster but tonight, I was very impressed with their pizza. I am glad I didn't read all the negative reviews before giving them a try! read more

I'm not sure how long this owner has been taking advantage of the community, but residents should be calling corporate as often as possible until action is taken to remove him. As mentioned in other posts, this owner seems to treat this LC franchise like it's his personal chain, altering prices and combos on a whim to suit his own interests. Essentially, he does whatever he wants. I don't have any issues with LC as a company or their food, but I take serious issue with unscrupulous owners who disregard corporate pricing guidelines and hike prices or manipulate combos to squeeze more money out of customers. Make no mistake, this is stealing--if corporate sets specific prices and a franchise owner changes them to charge more or rearranges combos to trick customers into spending more, that's unethical. With the cost of living already high, it's appalling that this individual is trying to exploit the community for every extra penny. To the owner: You are a disgrace to the business community. Your business practices lack integrity, and you're doing a disservice to the hardworking people who have the misfortune of supporting your establishment. I specifically clarified light cheese on my cheese pizza when I called in to order. I had not left the parking lot yet as I wanted to see my pizza, because last time they messed up my order as well. To no surprise the pizza did not look like it was light cheese, I went inside to talk to the individual who took my order and he argued with me about my order and how it was light cheese. This particular location pisses me off. Little Caesars biggest promotion is the $5 Hot N Ready pizza. They have mass marketing for it- TV commercial campaigns, radio ads, etc. So I came to this location and my pizza came to $6.52 after tax. Why? I asked the weird clerk behind the counter, who I actually think is the owner. He said, "We make our own price." I reminded him that the $5 Hot N Ready commercials can be seen at least once an hour on any major network TV channel. Then he told me that this store is a franchise, and therefore they can raise the prices. Well that explains it. But it also makes you look like assholes- you're going to use the Little Caesars name, but not honor their biggest promotion. Also, I hate their upsell tactics. I just want the pizza! I don't want the pizza, crazy bread, and soda. I don't even drink soda. When I tell them I don't drink soda, they say I can have two crazy breads... it makes them sound so desperate. At least the pizza is good 4/5 times, and at $6.52, that is a high enough chance it'll be good for me. read more

Decided to pick up a pizza Saturday night around 10:10 on the way home from Discovery Bay.....They person in front of us got the last pizza that was already made and the guy working said it would be a few minutes for another one to come out.....I have no problem waiting a few minutes if a HOT fresh pizza was going to come out. They were VERY friendly and apologized that they ran out of pizza....They close at 10:30 on a Saturday night so I am pretty sure they didn't want to make to many pizzas in case no one bought them before they closed....Pizza came out HOT and when we got home we were surprised on how delicious it was.....I haven't had one of their pizza's in so long so I really didn't know what to expect......It's in a great location, cheap pizza, and friendly to boot....We will be back read more

Yes, it's a good deal. A large, okay tasting pizza for $5. 2.5 Stars, had it not been for my issue today.. Everytime I've gone here, I've had to wait at least 5 minutes. Today I waited over 20. Hot and ready my ass. I waited mostly for the cheesy bread, that's fine, whatever. But when I've been waiting for 10 minutes, and someone comes in and says they want every pizza that's ready to go, SAVE ONE for the person who already paid! I then had to wait for another pizza! Honestly, I don't trust this place. In my 20 minutes of sitting there waiting, I had to listen to the salesman running the register tell everyone who walked in "you want this deal, it'll save you money," when in turn you end up spending more. And what is wanting me to report them is what he did to some poor woman. The charge was $16 and change, and as she was signing the reciept he says, "I'll have to give you the extra in cash - I accidently charged you $18 (and change). Or if you want, I can just throw in an extra crazy bread." And she did. She fell for his little trap. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that he did that on purpose, considering what I had witnessed of his behavior for 20+ minutes. Please do not fall for this trap. I would venture to say well over 15 years. I'm going to be straight up and say the Crazy Bread might be made from the magical elves, most likely "Little Caesar" himself (Mike Ilitch be damned!). I love that stuff even when it is not that great. The parm to butter to garlic ratio can be thrown off, but that's nothing a little Crazy Sauce can't fix. AMIRIGHT? The pizza is crap. For the price, it's way better than Totino's pizza or whatever else is in the grocery frozen aisle. Am I pulling out the crap pizza? Oh yes I am! OK, so really at this location, reading the previous reviews, the customer service might be the issue. The guy that helped me was OK. I have been going to Livermore Little Caesars for years... but, lately I think they must be under new management.... I think they should call it the $5.00 dollar pizza for $6.54 special Hot and NEVER EVER ready ... even at lunch time... when they know they are going to have customers they never have any ready... it's not like they have a ton of pizza's to chose from... I can't understand why they can't make a few in advance. Usually the pizza is ok... but, the two I got today smelled so bad on the way home ... I had to open the windows in the car... This is my first review on yelp,but I had to say something.This will be the last time I order from this location. I picked up my food and the order was wrong. I went back in to get it fixed and Bharat told me he wouldn't fix my order even though I was fine paying more to have it fixed. When I asked for the manager he told me he was the manager. So I asked for a phone number of someone that would help resolve this and he gave me a wrong number. Had to call another establishment to get the owners phone number. The owner showed up and got me the Hawaiian pizza all the while Bharat was still being rude saying he almost called the police. I just wanted my pizza. I must be buying pizza from a different restaurant from all these other reviewers, because every single time I've been here the service has been excellent and the employees have done everything in their power to make things right. When the Tracy branch couldn't honor the hot and ready deal by providing pizza that was neither hot nor ready at a price other than what was agreed upon over the phone, this branch stepped in and made things right with the correct pricing and a great attitude. I've never been a big fan, but my son's favorite pizza is Little Cesars. Up until today I'd gladly bring him by to pick up a pizza at the most random times. Today was different because instead of giving my son what we ordered he came back with a "deal" and $5 lighter of cash. My son was given crazy bread instead of cheesy bread and the women at the front counter refused to return the money. It's cheap enough that it's not really the point of the money, but the principle of selling someone something and not giving them what they asked for and/or a refund. read more
