Ordered a pizza similar to what we had 4 weeks earlier. Took two bites and it tasted doughy, like no sauce. Both my wife and I agreed. Called little Cesar's and shared our concern. The person on the phone was concerned and offered to remake our pizza for us, great. I picked up the remade pizza and brought with me the pie in question. Another person, possibly the manager, defended the questionable pie with her pencil pointing out the sauce. I shared I had ordered Addtl sauce and still cannot see what she is talking about and that my taste buds didn't taste sauce. She showed me the remade pizza and I shared there was sauce but very little and I had ordered Addtl sauce! I then shared when the little guy manager was there I never had a problem. She had some disgusting reference to him and I shared I didn't appreciate her reference to someone I had the utmost respect for. At this point I realized I was not getting my dissatisfaction realized and shared I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LITTLE CESARS, EVER!!! read more

I have been buying pizza's from here for years. I know they are not considered a high-end pizza joint, but the app makes it easy and the custom made ones are actually pretty good. Ordered from here today, and received an email that my pizza was ready. When I got there, that had given my pizza away and I was told another person with the same first name had ordered the same exact pizza. So, no stress, I should have my pizza in a minute or two. That did not happen, 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I demanded a refund and got it. Will never order from there again. Lots of pizza on the island. We arrived to Marco Island at around 1030pm and almost everything was closed. Our kids were utterly famished after the long trip. We saw Little Caesar's was open on Google Maps, so rather than have something for dinner from 7 Eleven which, would have been depressing, we called up and placed an order. They had everything ready in about 10 minutes. And while it wasn't mind blowing or particularly notable, it was hot and went down nicely. No complaints. Overall 3 stars. We ordered Italian cheese bread and there was no Italian seasoning... Just the cheese. Our favorite Little Caesars item is the Italian cheese bread so we know exactly how it's supposed to be. No buttery topping or spices. Just cheese! We ordered a thin crust large round pizza with pepperoni ham and mushroom. There was no pepperoni and I couldn't find any sauce... It was dry ham and mushroom pizza. They didn't get anything right in our order... Won't go to this location again! read more

This location makes the best pizza I've had from Little Caesar's so far! They always make sure it's well done! I've NEVER had doughy pizza like I have had at other locations! We have debates in our family about which "fast food" pizza joint is the best. My sister and I agree on Pizza Hut (though there isn't one on Marco Island) and others swear by Little Caesar's. I have to admit that Little Caesar's is winning over my tastebuds, and I love the fact that they deliver on an island that needs more delivery options. The stuffed crust pizzas, especially the one with pepperoni and cheese, is a revelation. And their Italian Cheese Bread is also really delicious. They have pick-up and delivery via Doordash, and prices are very reasonable. read more

I've been coming here for years. they consistently have hot and ready pizza that's always great. On top of that the special order pizzas are just as good as most of the other expensive Italian restaurants on this island. Came here after a very long car ride. They had special going 2 for $10. Not a bad deal. The children literally inhaled lol the pizza . We order cheese and pepperoni pizza, and dome breadsticks. The service was absolutely amazing. read more

I, like many Americans, have eaten little caesars in various locations and you always know pretty much what you're getting. This isn't the case at this franchise location and it's a good thing! Their pizza is consistently cooked and always tasty. Hands down, this is the tastiest pizza on Marco island. The owner really cares about the restaurant and the quality shows. For a $5 pizza, their hot and ready pizzas are good. Their new Extra Most Bestest pizzas are ridiculously good, especially for only $6. I always order my pizzas with a side of crazy bread and some garlic butter dips. read more

Ordered the new thin pizza they are advertising with onions and green peppers. I'm from the Chicago area so I was really looking forward to the pizza and it being cut in squares like it showed on the internet. I get the pizza home and its not the new its the regular thin crust and cut the normal way. I called them and they couldn't explain to me why all they said was it was for the pepperoni only, asked why they didn't state that when I called, they couldn't answer. I call Little Ceasars melted cheese on card board. Their deep dish is always raw. Proof when you take the toppings off the dough is slimy. I'll never go back I will stick with Joey's Pizza - thin crispy Chicago square cut sausage pizza only way to go! Lets be clear this is not your NYC pizza but its darn good, made fresh and you cannot beat the price!!!! We are a frequent customer and the owner has always, always been polite, professional and made sure I was happy. They are willing to make the pie u want if u ask. This is a chain pizza place, no sit down to eat area only take out. Little Caesars often changes their menu and offers up different pizza so ask what's new. I like the deep dish pizza best! Anyway, let's get down to business about what you want out of any Little Caesar's and that's the drinks. They serve shots at the counter that are already pre-packaged. Unfortunately I overdrank and got pretty ill but the selection was outstanding, ranging from cheezy jalapeno to garlic butter. Awful service. Mother and son (owners) fought in front of us. We called in and got there on time and then waited an additional thirty minutes because they did not have our order ready or even written down. They did seem stressed but I didn't appreciate the service or the fact that there was no apology made or any action taken to make sure that we were satisfied customers.
