We love Tony's when we need a quick & fast, pick me up. We always ordered the slices to go. They hear them up and then you're good to go. Big slices too! Think Costco size but a little smaller. Tony's NYC Pizza used to be our "go to pizza place" on Marco Island~~no mas! Tonight Sunday, March 8~~we arrived at 8:25 PM and placed an order for a slice of pizza and a salad to eat at Tony's, The cashier was extremely annoyed when she announced "We close at 9:00 PM." I replied, "No problem~~we'll be done well before closing. When we finish eating, we asked for a small box for our salad. She dropped the takeout box on the floor, and then asked if we wanted another box. We replied, "Yes, Thank you!" Very annoyed she then brought another box, and just dropped it on top of the pizza and walked away. Unfortunately, we WON'T BE BACK. What a shame for the owners when obviously "unhappy" people who work for you are the cause for losing good customers and the "reputation" of your business. read more

I was so excited when I opened up the first of the four Sicilian pizzas I had ordered, they looked incredible. Unfortunately, they tasted like cardboard. Very sparse amount of meat and vegetables, and they simply were big pieces of bread that were dry and had no flavor or taste. Pizza is ok. Sometimes the toppings slide off the top. Customer service is hit and miss. The girl with curly hair and spandex shorts on ignored us the entire time. We were confused and called over another employee. She seems to only pay attention and flirt with the older men who seem to tip well. read more

Finally, decent pizza on Marco. Been disappointed with some recommendations from locals on pizza. But happened by here after hitting the local contract post office to get a document notarized, Keep In Touch, which is highly recommended for getting something notarized. But back to the pizza. Almost as good as the New York style pizza I enjoyed in San Francisco. I had two slices, meat lovers and Margherita. Both were excellent. Importantly the slices were huge. Wow, just wow. I am actually eating this amazing pizza as I write. I didn't even wait to take a picture. Needed a place to grab lunch and write a talk for church and found this gem while I was waiting for my daughter to finish up her week as a counselor at a special needs camp. Saw Tony's, saw the good reviews and tried it out. The service was friendly and good. The pizza by the slice look far better than most, and they have a large selection. I got the combo minus onions and peppers. They say no soggy crust, and they aren't lying. The crust was delicious and crisp. The ingredients were so fresh. The sausage was real Italian sausage. The use fresh mushrooms. Everything is fresh. This was one of the two best pizzas I have had in Florida and one of the best anywhere. It may be small, but it is a cute restaurant with a NY flavor. Can't recommend Tony's enough. Now, about to grab a second slice of this really, really good pizza. Come to Tony's and get your own. Oh, by the way, Marco Island rocks. Being from New York, it is very hard to find great pizza on Marco Island. We walked into Tony's on a Thursday night in season and it was like walking into a local pizza parlor in NY or NJ. It has a fun mural dedicated to NYC on the wall, and really awesome covers on the lights with pictures of the Brooklyn Bridge, Grand Central Station and more. You order at the counter and if you eat in, they'll bring the food to you. Drinks are self-serve at a fountain, and as another Yelper noted, there is no beer or alcohol for sale. We ordered a large Brooklyn Meat pizza which comes with pepperoni, meatballs, ham, sausage and bacon. It took about 15 minutes to cook and was packed with toppings. The crust was really think and well-cooked and the cheese and toppings were delicious. The sauce was light which made the pizza not messy. There were about three other tables of people dining in, and lots of activity with people coming to pick-up phone orders. The service was very friendly and helpful. While in town we visited this as most of the Collier Blvd. restaurants (good and otherwise) were packed. It was a good experience overall: got 2 pizzas and a calzone. First and foremost, get a calzone! I'm so glad I did - these are hearty and large. It's a meal in itself (depending on what you get as ingredients) and very flavorful. One of our pizzas was the wrong one (some of that's on me, as I should have checked before we left but I was oh so hungry) but called right as we got home and seemingly got Tony himself who was incredibly helpful and sent a Venmo for the money back for that pizza. Isn't that nice? I did want to try Bronx pie but was outvoted, so next time in town will revisit to get it. One last time - GET A CALZONE! read more

Oh my goodness! This was the best pizza I've had in many, many years! It was full of flavor, and that sauce was incredible! It was so good, I went back 3 times while on our week vacation! I had a slice of Margarita, a slice of mushroom, tomato, fresh mozzarella, with balsamic, a slice of white pizza, and a slice of pepperoni. All were incredible and very large slices, too! I'm back home now, but still craving Tony's Pizza! The inside is a little small, but there are tables to dine in. Lunch time gets a little busy, but we went at 11am (in July) and easily found a table. The restaurant was very clean and employees were very friendly. Plenty of parking, too, as it's in a shopping center. I HIGHLY recommend Tony's Pizza!!! read more

While the pizza is great, the time they tell you for pick up is WAY off. First time, my son waited 30 extra min. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Same thing this time except it was an HOUR after they told us it would be ready (which was already a 50 min wait). This is unacceptable. If I knew the time was 2 hours I wouldn't have ordered and done something else. And no one wants to come and sit in the little restaurant for an hour when they could be waiting at home with family instead. Lost our business.
