The service was fast and professional. Also, the pizza and wings was great. Thank you for your service during COVID-19. God Bless

Again called about 12:30 noon, just as previous but a different day and time; it seems we can't ever get seated where we want, due to not calling ahead for reservations! The first time we experienced this it was on a Saturday night about 6 pm... Yes, it was crowded and people waiting for tables; (We called around 4:15pm for reservation, but the young lady said she couldn't accept any more reservations until after 6pm. However, after arriving we told we should have made a reservation. We tried explaining that- but the Staff looked puzzled So, when we were given a high top table at the bar area- beggars can't be choosy. On today- we became "Patron Beggars" again for no apparent reason... The older woman at the desk, appeared a bit short fused- and the first thing she asked... Do you have a reservation? We responded with the exact same answer- we called but were told you were booked... It was not a FULL crowd! Booths were opened, tables sitting empty - but were BOOKED! She offered us a booth in the immediate entrance area that was open- but it was cold, damp and raining at about 1:15 pm on a Sunday! I suggested to my husband, let's find another restaurant- then she offered the high top table, or a small booth by the bathroom. We agreed to the small booth! Needless to say- our thoughts about spending all this money... Make it make Sense! I really felt, like I should be happy where ever Im seated. Not good Customer Service!! Our waitress Angel was good, attentive! She frequently visited our table in short interval! She was friendly- she asked my husband what was name, in which he couldn't remember . Then she asked him, what was his name? So, that's how that went! Great Servers! Our order STRAWBERRY CRUNCH SALAD Arugula, strawberries, slivered almonds, avocado and crumbled goat cheese tossed in housemade honey mustard vinaigrette - 14 (Arrive appetizing but quite small portion size). Glass of Sangria (Arrived with ice), never asked for it{Garnished with a dry lemon and lime that looked like it climbed to the top of the glass and died from extreme thirst}. Awwww!! I'm done writing- you get the picture by now! I don't know... It may be a while Oh yeah, Angel did get a 20% tip!

Desert table consisted of either small cube (one bite size) of either chocolate or carrot cake. Nothing else. Other years was worth paying the high price. The bread selection trays were always empty, unless you like rye and pumpernickle. After paying for 5 adults and one child, Over $200, plus tax and tips, I was extremely disappointed. I did, however give my waitress $30 tip for her great service. Next year, I'll still take the family to Easter brunch, but not at Caddyshack.

It seems to have all gone down hill. Can't anyone make a hamburger that is well done without tasting like shoe leather?? I can, perhaps I should work in the kitchen. As for service. I am so sick and tired of the same old guy waiting on me. Every time I go there it's him. How about some young blood! Get those young servers in the kitchen to come out and wait on tables. I am sure they could make a ton of tips. Have wait staff that actually engages the customers. As for the ambience I realized they just remodeled and it's an improvement, but there is room for a lot more improvement. So to some it up the place and the food is just boring!

I opened their website and ordered the pizzaboli online, to be picked up in about 25 mins. I received notification that the food was ready right as I was getting in my car to head over. I am a pizza snob and truthfully, boil isn't my favorite. This however made my whole night! The sauce, the meats, the never ending cheese? Perfection. And at 26.50 because of 1 topping, it was more than worth it. I cannot wait to order again! I want the million dollar cheesesteak next!!

Their description alone sold me: "Seeded Hudson roll, shaved ribeye, caramelized onions, and Cooper sharp cheese melted into a sauce. This right here is the main event." Say no more. Take my money and hand over the cheesesteak! At $16, I was optimistic but a little cautious. It arrived in a hefty white Styrofoam box that smelled incredible. The moment I opened the lid, I knew I had made the right decision--it was massive, drool-worthy, and everything I hoped it would be. One bite in and I was in food-vana. The meat-to-cheesy-sauce ratio was perfect, the roll was dense and chewy with just the right crisp on the outside, and it held everything together beautifully. No soggy mess, no flimsy bread--just pure cheesesteak glory. Honestly, it really did taste like a million bucks. We paired it with bacon cheese fries for the ultimate heart-stopping combo, and together it made the perfect carb-loaded, finger-licking, "oh my God this is good" kind of dinner. The total was $27.18 with tip--not cheap for cheesesteak and fries, but definitely not robbery given the quality and portions. Parking is plentiful since Amici's is in a strip mall, but we opted for takeout because the dinnertime rush was a little too chaotic. Either way, if I'm craving an amazing cheesesteak, Amici's is at the very top of my list.
