Just as I grabbed my order, this furious dude barges in yelling about how I cut him off in traffic earlier. Before I can even respond, he throws a punch but then out of nowhere the guy behind the counter jumps over it like he's been waiting for this moment his whole life and just beats the living hell out of the guy. The guy ran off and the cashier just dusted himself off. I said "are you ok man" and he looked me dead in the eye ana said "B*tch, this is Little Caesars. We always hot and ready." Five stars. Ordered pizza for my son's birthday per his request (I would have chosen differently) one of our pizzas arrived with ants. I don't care where the ants came from, the dasher car or the restaurant. I had to call several times for them to answer and then was informed their voicemail was full. In speaking with one of the employees he explained I needed to call Door Dash. I called the number on the receipt and I ordered through the Little Caesars app. As a company it is your responsibility to ensure your product arrives to your customer and they are satisfied. If you aren't going to take responsibility make list the correct number on the receipt or don't offer delivery through your app and redirect them to Door Dash. Extend an offer for a gift card for the inconvenience, as large as this company is (god knows why) you have the ability to give a refund. DO BETTER! read more

If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would. When I went in to pick up my order the lady working behind the counter seemed very annoyed that I was taking her time away from her cell phone. She looked at me several times and continued to use her phone and NOT acknowledge I was there. I definitely will not be going back to this establishment. read more

You can call ahead to request they make a fresh one, for when you arrive. Thanks again for your feedback, it helps us to improve. Sincerely, Ron Anderson" His only take-away (pardon the pun) from my email was that I complained about 'fresh Italian Cheese Bread'? He isn't proactive about having me come back to the store, ("If you visit the store again") which is odd, because if a customer had a poor experience, wouldn't the representative emailing the customer want to encourage said customer to come back; that, perhaps, it was an isolated incident? DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! The manager yelled at me and accused me of harassment. As he was yelling at me I told my daughter to start recording him yelling at me and then he stopped. The young girl who took my order read my order back to me, twice, and she read it back right. Then when I got there I opened the box to check and she noticed and said oh that was supposed to be pepperoni. Then goes and tells the manager I never ordered that. I asked him what did I have to gain with telling him that is what she read back to me and that is what I ordered and that's when he accused me of harassment and scared my kids. The girl must be his girlfriend or something because I asked him why he would treat a returning regular customer like that and he said that he doesn't appreciate me asking her why she told him I didnt order it. Omg. DO NOT GO HERE. Most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my entire life. Never have I been so disrespected as a loyal customer. I can not believe someone in management would treat a customer that way. Consistency in the food and service. The service is consistently poor and possibly the worst I've ever experienced every time I have ordered from here. We host multiple events ordering pizza, call in the order in advance. Consistently have to wait (10mins to 30mins one time). Been given the wrong order after waiting. Watched an employee explain to the manager that it wasn't his job to wait on customers, and then not make pizzas. 6 very young, very unsupervised employees who can't seem to get their acts together. This place would be out of business in a heart beat if people didn't need to feed kids as cheaply as possible... alas I guess you really do get what you pay for. read more

Incredibly slow service. This location is repeatedly bad. There seems to be no supervision and the employees like it that way. Today they claimed they were short staffed but there was a large group of employees huddled in back having a smoke break. There were 3 customers that walked in and back out after waiting for service.
