Their 3rd party delivery service stole my pizza. After an hour of waiting, I called the store. They told me they were aware that my delivery was not going to be fulfilled and were waiting for me to call their store to remake the pizza. They told me they thought I was scamming them. read more

Trash food, worse service!!! my food delivery took 35 min after it was made and it's 5 min away. Ice cold, terrible quality. They make Dominos look gourmet. Cleanliness Food Service Though this spot has been open around us for a while, we were hesitant to give "another pizza place" a try. I regret waiting so long. My husband and I visited this location for an easy Wednesday date night, and we'll definitely be back. We had a Greek salad, bbq wings, a calzone, and the peanut butter cookies. I had been wanting to try Stoners out for a while since it's right by work but I finally pulled the trigger today. My pizza was ready for pickup quickly and I took it home only to realize it was made incorrectly. I called up there to let them know and they offered to refund or replace without hesitation. The only thing better than the customer service was the pizza itself! Super tasty and the perfect crust to topping ratio. This place opened up by our neighborhood and I had not even noticed it! I am glad to have another option for pizza near us. The menu has a lot of options and the have some good side dishes. I could not not wait to have the half baked cookies and they did not dididisappoint! Customer service was great! I messed up on my online order so I called and they fixed it right away. Ordered 2 bowls and a pizza through Rowlett Eats our local delivery food service. The pizza was 18" and pretty but it was a Hawaiian Pizza and needed more pineapple. The bowls were amazing! The Hawaiian bowl and Parmesan bowls were unique and different. We will be going back to order that in store one of these days when we get over there. Food was hot on arrival and tasty. read more

Coming from Chicago we are looking for a good pizza joint in Texas and it's been difficult. We had high hopes (no pun intended!) for Stoners b/c the reviews on both Google and Yelp are impressive! We ordered a carryout No Brainer pizza and a Meat Your Greens salad on Saturday. As others noted the cheese on the pizza is very tasty but there could've been more (no cheese pull to note). The dough was run of the mill. The biggest disappointment was the ham on the pizza. It was WAY over smoked and detracted from the whole pizza. The salad also had ham on it and we had the same experience - overwhelming smoke flavor that overtook the whole salad! We'll give this place another try bc we have learned in life to try things twice before dismissing it but we will definitely steer clear of the ham as a topping. read more

But be aware that ordering through the Yelp app means that you are ordering through Uber Eats, which is going to be more expensive for pickup than if you just order through Stoner's website. My $12 pizza became a $17 pizza through Uber Eats. What gets me mad is the Yelp app doesn't indicate clearly that the order is made through Uber Eats. read more
