Hady did an excellent job! On to the food! The salad bar always has the freshest ingredients, along with great soup. One of these days I'll try that pizza from the brick oven, but I can never turn my back on the white chicken lasagna. Hubby claims the baked spaghetti with meat sauce is the best he's ever had. That was the end of the call. When we got there to get the food, there was a Muslim guy named Andrew at the counter. When we tried to hand him a $100 bill, he said they don't take $100 bills. Then we tried to pay with our card and he said the card machine is broken. He then tried to get rude and be a smart aleck saying he asked if we were paying with card over the phone. Yes, indeed he did ask if we were paying with card but that was it. He didn't use his effective communication skills and say, "our card machine is broken and we do not accept bills over a certain amount" over the phone so we'd know ahead of time. We were even willing to leave and get smaller bills and come back to get the food. My husband told him that he should eb better at communicating to customers BUT because he was being rude and told my husband "he doesn't want his business anyway", we left and didn't return. I do know that Andrew's cousin and brother own the franchise. Hopefully they will read this review and use it to correct the unprofessionalism that's being displayed by the person potential customers have to interact with on a daily basis. I would NOT recommend anyone come here. Since he feels the need to tell customers he doesn't need their business, it could potentially drive this establishment into the ground. It will not last long in Wauchula with this kind of behavior.
