I placed an order to be picked up. It's about a 25-mile round trip from my house and back. I had ordered a pizza with pepperoni and bacon on one side and sausage, mushrooms and onions on the other side. I also ordered a 3-meat pizza . When I arrived home and opened the pizzas the 3-meat was fine. The other pizza had the sausage on the wrong side. There was a tiny bit of mushrooms and no onions. I had to pick off the sausage and transfer it to the correct side but it fellI called the store and they offered to remake the pizza; however, that would have been another round trip. Awesome pizza, idk why people leave bad reviews. The people in there are nice, and fast. And the place honestly is in good shape inside. It looks about as clean as you would expect a little Caesar's. The outside of the store is a little rough, but it's all around pretty good. For me being a college student, having an entire large pizza for $8 is a great deal. Even though I'm sure ingredients quality is low, it tastes pretty good and the price is unbeatable. Compare that to round table or pizza factory, a large pizza will run you like $25 read more

Like Sean O. said they hardly had any hot and ready pizzas ready. Only 3 when we were here at 6.10 pm. We ordered on line through their app. Our order was ready 5 minutes past the due time which isn't bad at all. We also ordered hot wings and paid with a card. When we got there they told us they didn't have any hot wings (the app doesn't tell you they're out of wings) they told us we could choose either a 1Lt soda or crazy bread instead. Since we got a soda free with our order we chose the crazy bread. When we got home we realized that the wings cost more than those two options so we called and explained that to the manager and she offered us free wings on our next visit. Nice, thanks for that! I decided to have pizza and not only was it close I had had their pizza before. In looking up their menu online to check out their prices -- I happened to have very little Cash today -- I saw that they were still running their lunch special -- the Lunch Combo-- which is a cheese and pepperoni deep dish pizza with a soda. I walked in and while the attendant was in the back, I assumed she was working on their order so prepared to wait patiently but she came out in about -- 30 seconds -- smiling. I told her what I wanted, she rang me up, I paid, she got the box, -- which was behind her in what I could tell right away was a warmer, when she handed me the box. With another smile she reminded me to not forget my soda. Looking around I asked, where, as I saw only the big liter size ones. She pointed and said in the corner. After choosing from an assortment I realized I didn't have any napkins, saw some on the counter area, got some, and headed out the door. Now the reason I am giving this review mainly is to show -- if you go at lunch time -- you can get a fast meal-- . I was in and out in approximately 7 minutes! Some reviews I have read have some 'words' to say about their wait times. I'll post again later when I have the occasion to order and pick up in that custom way. I never really had any problems with little Caesar's. But recently the crew they hired are young girls with no manners. I ordered my pizza online and came in when it was suppose to ready. I walked in and no one greeted me or even acknowledged I entered. Even after several eye contact moments. This girl looked at me and went back to cutting pizza. Maybe that was her only job? She wasn't allowed to cross the threshold or make eye contact with customers. Keep back toward them so you cant interact with customer. Finally 15 minutes later someone came out and greeted me but not before serving two other people who came in after me. I told them I was here to pick up my pizza I ordered online and she looked confused. I can't imagine she doesn't know what online means. So I showed her my order on my phone. She was like hmmm we never got it. I said well I got an email saying it was ready. Then I heard a girl in the back say she thinks she gave my pizza to the last lady. Compensated with buffalo wings for their mistake. I'm about to go pick up another pizza. Lets see how this goes..... read more

I wish they would send some employees to Redding to learn how to make bread sticks. Been there 3 separate times and ordered bread sticks. They were horrible each time, no parmesan, very little garlic and under cooked once. Hope they get it sorted out, shouldn't be hard to do bread sticks! read more

I'd say it's good,and very affordable. But today I ordered a pizza and let me tell you this. I wasn't expecting the thing I saw. When I got home and opened my pizza box, The pizza was burnt, and it wasn't even cut. I had to cut it myself but it's okay because there was this new worker who was really nice to me his name is Alex Villalobos. He was very respectful asking me if I need any sauce, and asked if I needed anything to drink, and he even made eye contact. so excited to have little caesars open in our little town. went there for the first time today. the excitement was for nothing. we wanted to give them a few weeks of being open before we went so they had time to work the kinks out. apparently they need a lot more time than that. the place was dirty. that should have been my first clue, but they looked pretty busy. so i just figured they hadn't had time to keep up on things. we ordered 2 cheesy breads with pepperoni and a regular pepperoni pizza. they said it was gonna be awhile so went and ran some errands. went back to pick it up, opened what should have been cheesy bread to find a pepperoni pizza without the sauce. i explained to the worker at the counter, and he stated, we don't make cheesy bread here. i'm not sure what makes them so special. we have gotten cheesy bread all up and down the state and in nevada. and no one made any mention of the fact that they don't make it when i ordered it. there was no offer to make it right or to give us a refund. and now that i'm thinking of it i don't think he even apologized. i do realize it's little caesars and not a steak house, but it shouldn't be too much to ask for cleanliness and getting the order right. read more

I wish I could include a picture...the Deep Dish Meat Lovers pizza looks terrible. There are two little 'round' pizzas in the box. The pieces are not evenly covered with meat, each piece is randomly sprinkled with a very minimal amount of sausage and pepperoni. I specifically asked the counter girl to make sure that the pizza was not over baked or charred, but to my disappointment it is definitely over baked and very burned corners. When they first opened the food was pretty decent but they are going consistently down hill. Guess it's time to find another pizza place. read more

Probably one of the worst nights I've ate at little Caesar's. The Lady behind the counter was so rude. While paying I asked if they could cook it a little extra longer ( because I've gotten raw dough pizzas here before). So after I waited my 10-15 mins for my pizza received my pizza at the counter and checked both pizzas before picking up the box. My pepperoni pizza was raw crust still white and touching the crust you could feel nhow doughy it was. My 3meat was completely cooked to the perfect crust. As the cashier walked away she told the other Lady behind the wall and I quote "this bitch wants me to put her pizza back in the oven." Ummm hell no that one is not how you treat a customer.
