Very discouraging, and you should not order from this restaurant. I spent almost $100.00, and the food arrived hot and timely, but it was wrong. I ordered two pizzas, one was supposed to be pepperoni, and the other was an Awesome combo. I also ordered the Antipasto Salad. Instead, I got bread sticks, and a chicken salad. The Chicken was raw, or undercooked. I didn't notice the salad until just now, so I'm out of luck on getting it replaced. They did replace the pizza, and I know they would replace the salad if I called them back, but the purpose of ordering out was to NOT HAVE TO STRESS on stuff, and just stay in. We were passing thru Susanville yesterday and wanted some lunch. I've seen this Pizza Factory before and have always had good luck and consistency with this franchised chain. All the locations seem to have the same quality more or less. The prices aren't bad either. We ordered a small Hawaiian ($14) and a Small Calzone that was stuffed with pepperoni, ham, onions, green peppers, red pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. That seemed like a good deal for $11. We decided to dine in and our food was ready in 10 minutes or so. I love the crust here at Pizza Factory, hand tossed and chewy on the edges and crisp underneath. I usually order extra crispy. The taste was the same as other locations I've been to, so that's a good thing. My Calzone was most fab with a crispy crust on both sides. A Calzone is sort of like a folded over pizza and sealed with all the fillings cooking inside. If you've never had on, you should try it! I'm glad we stopped in here and have a decent place in Susanville to stop for food. read more

When visiting my parents for the weekend we ordered delivery from here one night and were happy that it was as easy as it ended up being to order gluten free. They have lots of different choices on their menu aside from pizza making the variety excellent and there's bound to be something for everyone. We ordered a gf pizza with pesto and chicken and a regular meat lovers pizza. After we put in the order online we called to confirm that they could prep the pizza with some allergy precautions. The person who answered was very helpful and informed me that they put the gf pizzas on foil and use separate utensils for preparation. So awesome. Pizzas arrived quickly with a friendly delivery driver. We really enjoyed everything we ordered and my parents who have eaten at the restaurant several times confirmed that they consistently deliver excellent quality food. Went to this location yesterday and was immediately disgusted. I saw a female worker drop plastic gloves on the floor and pick them back up without washing her hands. She then started playing with other co-workers who were prepping food. I asked to speak to the manager, but he was one of the same co-workers playing in the kitchen with his employees (throwing dough at each other) and play-fighting. I told him what I witnessed his employee did, and he responded "I'll yell at her not to do it again". We were driving South back from Eugene Oregon and we decided to get something different so we looked up a pizza place and susanville. Well and had great reviews and so we tried it. I'm trying not to eat any gluten so we got the cauliflower crust and they are small. But not really small like those kind of DiGiorno little tiny pizzas you get at the store they were pretty good size small 12in. We both got vegetarian with extra sauce and cheese. They actually put the extra sauce on which was nice. I asked for so many things I got onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, jalapenos, sun-dried tomatoes it was one of the best pizzas I've had with the cauliflower crust. Very crispy but not burnt. The cauliflower crust or thin if you've never had we were from out of town and they let us use the restroom since we are passing through and that was nice especially during this covid-19. We were very careful washed her hands. When we pulled up they have the pizza ready and waiting for us and it was really warm everything was as promised. We would definitely eat there again. Do not tip! I tipped 20% and I don't understand why. First, you order at the counter instead of from your table. When they brought our appetizer, the waitress asked, "Anything else I can get you?" I requested some salt as there was no salt shaker on my table. She told me to go across the room and grab one myself from the table behind the salad bar. Not great. I did as she said. Later, when they brought our main dish, she asked again if I needed anything else. I asked for a fork and knife since my wife had one but I didn't. The waitress pointed me towards a tray with plastic spoons and knives on the other side of the dining room. I didn't like using plastic, so I went to the ordering desk and asked for proper silverware, which they provided. Don't get me wrong, the food was okay, and maybe this is the kind of place where you serve yourself. I ordered a large Pizza which is 10 slices and generally fills the box. When I arrived at the designated pick up time, the Pizza wasn't even started and I was told it would be another half hour. I waited the extra half hour and I was given a medium 8 slice pizza in a large box. Spoke with a cashier and she said it looked wrong, that she would grab the manager. Spoke with the manager and she argued stating that she knew it came out on a large pan and I was incorrect. Then she proceeded to count the slices (8). She then stated she would cut one of the pieces to make it into ten slices and tried to grab the box from me. I refused and left unsatisfied. Got home and the pizza wasn't even cooked properly, it was still doughy and raw in the middle and the cheese wasn't even melted. Had to them cook it in my own oven just to make it edible. We were staying at The Red Lion Suites last weekend, and decided to get a few sandwiches to go. We came in around 1pm on Sat so it wasn't very crowded. I went with a Turkey sandwich, added Mushrooms, and Olives on a Sesame Roll $8.95. My sandwich was quite delicious!! The bread was crispy and fresh. It reminded me of when I worked at Shakey's Pizza back in the 80's. My sandwich was pretty big so I saved half for the drive home on Sun. My husband enjoyed his Awesome Sub also on a toasted Sesame roll. read more

The workers there spend way too much talking and gossiping, and they sure love to make all their customers wait very long for their pizza. I called twice to place an order, arrive 45 mins later and they haven't make my pizza yet. I have to spend another 45 mins waiting for my order. This last time I went in to place an order, I left to Walmart to pick up some stuffs and came back 30 mins later to them just putting my pizza in the oven.
