See photo of website that I checked today. I even had my wife call them to confirm because it is April 23rd and I wasn't sure if the season started yet. No one answers the phone. They just have a recording saying to check their website for days and hours. So we drove there. The ticket booth had a lighted sign that says, "Open" and listed their hours as Noon - 6PM Monday through Sunday starting April 19th but no one was there and many rides had tarps over them. We walked around looking for someone and finally found a person who worked there. They said they are only open on weekends. My wife explained that she called and no one answers the phone. The person said that we should have checked the website for their hours. She said, "We did and it says you are open." As does the lit up sign at the ticket booth! The person said, "Well all the rides are closed and covered with tarps." Anyway, my granddaughter started crying. She was so disappointed because we had told her all about the rides and bounce house and she had been so excited to go. We couldn't go back on the weekend because she was leaving to go back home to Maine on Friday. This place has gone downhill. This is the second time in the last year that it has been closed when it was supposed to be open and I will not subject my grand kids to this nonsense and disappointment, nor will I give my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service. Save your money and go someplace where they will treat you right!

We arrived towards the end of the traditional lunch rush however it is a Sunday and the kids don't have school tomorrow so it was definitely busier. Upon arrival we requested a table for 5. Looking around it was clear there were several open tables. The hostess Jordan was very short with us in all honesty she was rude and dismissive. She told us it would be at least 30 minutes after she just sat 3 parties before us without hesitation. If it wasn't clear there was open tables I wouldn't have minded. About 30 minutes later I went to check with her and she rolled her eyes and said we were next in line and she'd let us know. We were the only party waiting. When we were sat it was at a table that had been clean and unoccupied for the entire time we had waited. I am quite sure anyone reading this can understand why that was frustrating. Her rude attitude and demeanor truly put a damper on our afternoon that was meant to be a fun family event to celebrate my cousin. The food was pretty good but it couldn't save the experience.

We had an awesome time here for my school-aged kids' birthday. While we love coming here in…read moregeneral, the birthday party was particularly fabulous and the focus of this review. It's well organized and there is a small area and a large area right by the entrance, flanking the ticket redemption area, the drink counter, and the employee desk. Great location for it. There's two flatscreen TVs in the large area and one flatscreen TV in the small one. Ability to turn off/on lights. We were able to fit high 20's number of kids in the small party area. Service and coordination was particularly great. Megan was our lead person, and she provided excellent concierge service. We were frankly surprised how great she was and attentive. We just assumed we'd be in for some chaos but nope, guided us, paced us, and was very attentive. You bring your own drinks and cake, and they have pizza baked in house. The pizza is really good. Wow. Move over boring kid birthday pizza. They take the cake back for you and cut it up and serve it. They clean up. They help with pizza distribution. They wheel in and out the carts with gifts (and coats this time of year) into and out of the party area. So if you want to stay around longer after the party area reservation, you're welcome to and they've got multiple carts to keep your things. The distribution of some of the credits on cards before and after was great. And the A or B on the cards of the kids to divide up the laser tag was great. And our kid got to do both times since it was their birthday. The area and place/setting is fun. Lots of different types of games. Everything was working -- a rarity for an arcade. There's better or worse use of credits, of course, as there is everywhere. I loved the variety though. There were electronic games, claw games, multiplayer games, violent and non-violent, physical sport/skill games (basketball shooting, ski ball, drop ball), and both ticket earning and non-ticket earning games. The redemption area has a large variety of choices and they're displayed well to enable kids to make choices without long queues. The laser tag area is surprisingly large and very fun for the kids. It's gotta be 2-3x larger than the rest of the arcade. The price here was great. Lots of folks will seek outer suburbs of Boston for good prices but all in this was a steal compared to some other options. And the other families loved it. Kids were raving about it through the school week, and multiple people said they're going to bring their families back here again soon and many for birthday parties.

It's rectangular and super thick and i didn't think much of it until my son wolfed down two slices so fast i was not believing. so I had one. and i tried another weird pie called CBLT or something and it looked scary drizzled with ranch but crazy good! I think im just going to make excuses to come here again to try the pizza...the arcade games are definitely not really for little kids but pretty fun for older kids and grownups but it's nice that even if you have teensy kid points you can still get decent toy prizes and candy.

They still use tickets rather than digital points on a card. Still use tokens too. Bring some cash in to skip the main office line. The building definitely needs some love cosmetic wise. When you step in, it's a throwback for sure. But the kids and families overall seem to all enjoy during their visit. We definitely did. It's a great visit while it's cold out. This place is basically an indoor carnival filled with old school (and new) arcade games, huge indoor playground ($12 per kid), two-story carousel, indoor roller coaster, and another moderate speed spinning ride called the Himalaya. Based on other folks photos I spotted a Ferris wheel within the playground. Not sure if it's still there or functional though. Great toddler area where they have a bunch of games and coin-op rides. Some were super throwback. A few candle pin bowling lanes that's coin op too. Supposedly there's a Ferris wheel indoor too.. Good amount of parking--although it's a little rough shape so leave your Ferrari at home. Bring the mini van. They have hand sanitizer all around so keep the germs down. Enjoy and have a fun time.

The 4 player ticket games might only have 1 or 2 of the 4 card readers(how you pay for arcades) at the half price while other spots at the same game have higher prices! We realized after overpaying multiple times. Then the baseball speed oitch game is broken and uncalibrated but still on and operable just enough to take your money but unable to register correct speeds thrown and distribute tickets accordingly. Frustrating. The rick and morty game was frustrating customers left and right because it didnt work properly. The ball toss game where you knock over clown dolls was rigged and the 30 point clowns were impossible to knock down even with a fastball. The arcade was low on employees which put too much workload on the few employees actually working. I saw the same guy pour drinks, hand out food, doing ticket redemptions, fixing games, and patrolling. This arcade has potential but you really need to get everything functioning properly. Also stop only putting half price games in some of the card readers while other readers on the same game show full price. No bubble hickey is criminal.
