She arrived on time, but they only assigned one technician to do her pedicure. After she finished, she had to wait another full hour before anyone was available to do her manicure. What should have been a normal appointment ended up taking until 2:00 PM--almost 2.5 hours--for a manicure and pedicure on a weekday. Unfortunately, the manicure was also poorly done. The technician filed her nail extensions so aggressively and deeply that it caused her skin to bleed. On top of that, the nails were unevenly shaped and did not look professionally finished. I understand that salons can get busy, but this was a weekday appointment, not a weekend rush, and we had specifically scheduled ahead of time. The long wait and, more importantly, the injury and uneven results made this a very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and care.

I arrived and was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. I booked the Hair Refresh and Facial Sculpting. Ari took great care of me and provided a lovely, relaxing service. Just what I needed after a week on the go! What's more, the owner's husband checked in with me to let me know they double-checked with the vendor regarding the products to ensure I would have a safe and relaxed experience. I was genuinely so touched. I also appreciated the self-dry station. Ari dried my hair a bit, but I had the opportunity to finish using my choice of their array of styling products on the vanity. This was honestly the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I specifically asked for dip…read morepowder on my hands, and before starting, I was told they offered it. However, once they started doing my nails, they suddenly began applying gel instead. I immediately told the technician that I did not want gel and asked her not to continue, but she continued anyway. On top of that, I had already chosen my color, and they did not tell me until after they had started that they had very limited dip powder colors available. They then tried to give me a completely different color than the one I had selected. To make matters worse, I was charged double for removing my existing polish and applying the new polish. If I had been told upfront that there were limited dip colors and that there would be additional charges, I could have made an informed decision before they started. The entire experience felt misleading, rushed, and extremely frustrating. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and clearly communicated it, yet I did not receive the service I asked for and was charged more than I expected. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning. There are plenty of nail salons where you should be able to trust that the service you request is the service you'll receive.

I picked the 3 one on the pedicure so it wasn't the basic one. I know a little Vietnamese and the owner talks about people coming in like they are fat girls. Ye I know they talk about us but the owner online nice when you are at the cashier area. Not a good vibe and the place is a bit dirty and the bathroom needs to be cleaned. My nail polish is on my skin in a few places. Not good. I was given it them a rest from the gels and they were like we don't like you because we can't charge you a lot of money for a chemical that may be pretty bad for you. Soon to tell.
