I was very pleasantly surprised. Now, keep in mind that this is a fast food restaurant off the boardwalk of the beach. It's going to be a bit more pricey. Grilled Chicken Sandwich - simple but I enjoyed it. Fried Shrimp Platter - good size shrimp and came with a lot of shrimp and fries. I liked it. Shrimp tacos - very good serving and very tasty. I would probably ask for sauce on the side because they are heavy handed. Spicy Chicken Sandwich - this was good but not great. Overall, the portion sizes and food was overall very good. The service was also very nice. Whatever sauces, utensils and napkins you needed, they will provide if you ask. If I come back to PPB, I would definitely come back here. The one annoying thing is that a lot of birds hang around the eating area for obvious reasons. read more

I loved that they were participating in bundle package. For 30 dollars we received rides and a slice of pizza and a drink from little macs on the boardwalk. The slices were huge and fresh !!! Should we set out the find the perfect sausage sandwich not knowing point pleasant boardwalk we figured the biggest place would be the best. Boy were we wrong. We ordered a sausage sandwich and french fries The sausage had bone parts in it where I almost lost a couple of molars. The bread was kind of stale and I could have counted on my one hand the amount a little pieces of peppers and strain of onion or two that were on the sandwich. Next were the French fries which came out cold and they gave you a little packets of ketchup that really resembled some kind of chemical tomato with water. A great afternoon on the boardwalk. We had some pizza, fries, sandwiches, and drinks and we were not diappointed. The service was fast and friendly. The pizza is a solid NY style and the slice is very big. I recommend the Italian sausage with peppers and onions. The place was busy, but we were able to get a nice table outside. Stopped here on a Thursday night for a cheese steak, fries and lemonade. The cheese steak was actually decent, I would rate it above Midway in Seaside Heights. The French fries were good also, not soggy at all. As far as price, our total was $20. High, but it's a boardwalk place, everything is overpriced on the boardwalk. Service was quick, but the people that work here all seem angry. And not a glove in sight. They handle your food AND your money bare handed. As for the numerous complaints of "they wouldn't give me free water", two things. They are a seasonal business, and they SELL water. They have no obligation to give you water for free, no matter how greedy you feel that is. If you can't afford a three dollar water maybe you should get a second job before you take a vacation. This is a Point Pleasant boardwalk staple. If you're in the mood for pizza and board walk classics, this should be the one of the first places on your radar. Many boardwalk spots come and go, but Little Mac's has been here forever. Creative and tasty pizza options. cheesesteaks, fries, seafood. Freshness is questionable. Prices are high, but look where you are, tourists spend. Food is good, but not amazing. It should get the job done for a hungry visitor. Just went the other day and left satisfied. It's a difficult situation when you're kids are hungry and you're unfamiliar with the boardwalk you're on. This was the first food place we found closest to the kids rides so we called it a day and ordered. Pizza is an outstanding $4.50 a slice so we ordered a whole pizza at $24 in order to save a little. The picnic tables are dirty and they have nothing out for you to clean them. They call your food order not a number or name so really anyone could take it. Pizza was average at best. What you got yourself here is disgusting thrown together quickly reheated previously frozen tasteless garbage. It's offensively expensive and I'm no cheap chick. Absolutely disgusting. The establishment has awful policies; no free water cups, beg for napkins/ketchup and get a little. The food was so bad it could get shut down if they were inspected properly. The burger was scary bad, no taste and the temperature of the burger was inconsistent starting from medium to medium rare and maybe even rare near the end. I've been to PPB plenty of times, but never tried this place, because the prices are some of the highest on the boardwalk. Wanting something different however, we got the fried zucchini and the bacon cheese fries. I have to say they were both very good. The fried zucchini was excellent, but no marinara sauce! Every Spring we go down to Point Pleasant Boardwalk on the first warm weekend that comes up. While there we usually have a coupon for free boardwalk fries at Little Mac's. So we always stop in and get our food here. It's also one of the closest places to eat to the rides that our son always goes on. Because it's the boardwalk it's usually packed and the service is fast and furious. This spot on the boardwalk is great because they have inside seating as well as a large area of seats outside around the building. Having kids it's nice to be able to sit down at a picnic table with all our stuff if we need to. We typically get a few slices of pizza and the boardwalk fries. These are essentials for survival on the boardwalk and Little Mac's has a good slice that is larger than your local pie slice and some great salty french fries. This has become one of our yearly traditions at Point Pleasant Boardwalk and we will keep it going for hopefully years to come. Grad a slice next time your on this part of the boardwalk. read more

Today we were at the beach (off season, empty) I took my 4 year old up to the bathroom and he was super thirsty. I had water for him on the beach along wth my wallet but we were walking right past so I figured I would grab him a cup First the worker told me they don't have tap water- maybe he thought I was stupid Then the manager came out and he said he would not give my son a cup of water and I could buy a bottle Wow- they lost my business and I will never go back especially when there are 3 other better pizza places on the boardwalk Also, just to see someone else's response, I asked Joey Tomatoes who gladly gave my son a cup of water. This spot won't serve you a cup of ice water from their drink fountain, forcing you to pay $3 for a bottle of water. Not even Disney is that selfish! I'm sure their employees don't grab a $3 bottle of Aquafina every time they need a drink. When asked why they don't serve cups of water they specifically said "so that you buy the bottle." Got some plain and white/broccoli pizza here today. Beautiful day, so the place had a good amount of customers. The pizza slices were HUGE, thin crust but not crispy; some seriously good crust being baked there. Probably one of the worst food service I've ever gotten. They don't even write the order down they just charge you. They forgot so many things we had to wait for a very long time. I ordered a wrap with chicken and bacon and they gave me 90% lettuce, and bacon chips. Wouldn't recommend. read more

This place is absolutely horrendous. My family and I had gone here yesterday and my sister and mother both ordered hotdogs, and my other sister ordered a cheeseburger. The meat looked fake. Looked horrible upon presentation. All 3 of them had vomited on the way home....coincidence? I think not. Could have been a virus but I was perfectly fine and I didn't order anything so that rules out that. And the fact they charged my sister $2 for a slice of swiss cheese on a burger is also ridiculous. Took a day trip to Point Pleasant with the kids and stopped here to eat before we went home. Well, big mistake. Worst food ever! I took one bite of my pizza and it was disgusting. I gave some to my 1 year old and he actually spit it out! My sister ordered a hot dog and it had this crusty yellowish gunk on it. Gross! She also had ordered chicken tenders and FF - well the FF tasted as if they had been fried, left to sit and fried again. And the chicken had black chunks inside.
