For fast food sushi and hibachi this place ranks! Good quality sushi rolled well and appealing to the eye as sushi should be! Hibachi Beef was cooked medium...which is rare! Pun intended. Full of flavor. They even made a simple roll of cream cheese and crab for my kiddo because she likes simple! Most places we have been to make a scene like you're asking to substitute gold for silver. The extra treat was the Coconut Bubble tea with passionfruit pop. So refreshing for a summer day! We will definitely be back! Great addition to Abilene. Yes, Little Ninja has good, affordable sushi and great standard hibachi offerings, but what makes them stand out (and what no one else in town offers, to my knowledge) are the lesser known items like their bubble tea and their ramen bowls. I've ate here plenty of times, it used to be amazing. This time I ordered a steak and shrimp hibachi, as well as a steak hibachi. I got home and opened it up, and the steak was RAW. They said it is medium rare, but it is RAW. When I called to let them know, they were just refusing that it was raw. I offered to bring it back to them to show them and get a refund, but they refused to give a refund, only to make a different one. While it may not be the best sushi I've ever had it's the best I've had in the area. The overall price I paid for everything was a bit high in my opinion but the food was good. I did purchase the miso soup and ginger salad since the rolls do not come with those items. I have yet to be disappointed by Little Ninja. This place has delicious ramen & sushi, and it always tastes fresh. The only thing I don't favor is the bubble tea because the little "bubbles" remind me of the flavor toppings that might go on top of yogurt in a yogurt shop. So after seeing that this restaurant was given an average of 4 stars, I decided to check this place out for myself.....And man was I really was disappointed in the flavor/quality of their food. I really don't know who gave them 4 stars but I don't think they're anywhere close. Other than their special teas and decent sushi, the entrees I ordered (teriyaki beef/ chicken with fried rice) were very bland. I definitely think Mians and szechuan and even Hashi cooks better than Little Ninja. The restaurant is very clean, but their food is basic. After two bites, I couldn't even finish the meal. We tried little ninja for the first time the other day and was pleasantly surprised at the price. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and my husband got the spicy miso ramen. Everything was so good. We liked coming here and getting a bubble tea. The last two times the bubble tea wasn't good. The very last time it was absolutely terrible. I got coconut and it tasted like coffee.
