Little Pecks is hands down the best coffee spot in Troy. The oat milk vanilla latte (hot or iced) is truly unmatched--smooth, flavorful, and consistently perfect every time. The baristas are soooooo nice and genuinely friendly; they take the time to learn your name, which makes every visit feel personal. The ambience is phenomenal--warm, inviting, and perfect for enjoying a slow morning or catching up with friends. On top of the amazing coffee, the food options are unique and absolutely delicious, and the pastries are always fresh and so tasty. Everything about this place--from the drinks to the people to the atmosphere--makes it a true gem.

We stopped in for coffee and it didn't rock our world. My cappuccino was average and the americano was like diner coffee. Although it's kinda cool inside the bathroom is dirty. The service was slow because they're so busy and they ran out of ceramic cups for indoor dining. Honestly I don't know why it's so busy and maybe my experience was a one off but I won't be here again.

    Can't really get much better.

Come for the coffee and breakfast, stay for the back room. But seriously...I have, more than once now, found myself sitting in the backroom of Little Pecks for 2+ hours sipping delicious coffee, reading, and getting work done. The ambiance of warm sun, combined with the brick walls, plants, and subtle sound of running water makes for an elite experience. The coffee is sourced from Tandem coffee roasters based out of Portland, ME, which is a roaster that I have found never disappoints. Drip is excellent, and the espresso beverages are always well made (I recommend a cortado or an espresso tonic). Food options are spot on as well. The vegan breakfast burrito is top notch (no, i'm not vegan...but that doesn't matter), and the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit is fantastic. This spot really checks all the boxes. Definitely worth a drop in (or an afternoon in the backroom) if you're from or in the area.

Ambiance was nice but the coffee and latte were watery. The egg items were greasy, recommend cooking with butter.

Need somewhere to do work or study? Little pecks is probably one of the most aesthetic coffee shops I've ever been to. Very friendly staff. Be sure to remember your order since they don't take names. I sat out in the back, where they have this roofed sunlit courtyard full of plants and rustic decor. Even with the crowds it felt serene just sitting there. Along one of the walls is a fountain of sorts, so you have calm water sounds in the background. I got the latte, which had a balanced taste to it - not too sweet, and not too bitter.

The ambiance at Little Pecks is stunning. I remember the first time I came here, expecting a small coffee shop, but as I walked in, I discovered a little oasis filled with greenery, cute lights, lovely tables, and lots of people working. It's such a cozy spot, and I absolutely adore the vibes. I typically come for the coffee--love their cappuccinos and iced lattes. Recently, I tried their breakfast burrito, which was pretty decent! I still need to explore more of their food options, but it's definitely the coffee and atmosphere that keep me coming back.

This is my halfway stop between Philly and Vermont for a delicious breakfast sandwich and good coffee. The bacon egg cheese on biscuit with the zucchini pickles and sauce is one of a kind. Service is always nice, good seating in the back, lots of plants.

This cafe is super cute! I love how drinks come in glass mason jars. The seating area in this place is insane! There's a beautiful outdoor area with good lighting and you can also stay cool with inside seats as well. The matcha latte was pretty good, staff was super nice and the ambiance was really nice.

Absolutely love coming here for breakfast! Anytime we visit Albany, we have to stop by. Their breakfast burrito hits every time and their lattes are made with homemade syrups! This time, we also got the egg and cheese biscuit with bacon and a wild berry knot (not pictured). Both were yummy. If you can, sit out back in the covered patio area. There's a lot of live plants and some water features that make it a neat space.

Visited this relaxing cafe for a quick breakfast with friends and found it was full of little joys in every corner! Located inside was the front counter and the shop section to the right. Straight ahead from the entrance was the hallway that led to the patio. As for food, I ordered the egg + cheese biscuit with additional bacon. This was a powerful combination that was much too delicious and flavor-packed to not order another one to-go. My friends and I enjoyed our hot food and well-crafted coffee in the patio, which was definitely the noteworthy spot at Little Pecks. I loved how tucked away and timeless it was. The airy space had a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural light, fresh plants, and cozy string lights swaying gently along the breeze. My delicious breakfast, paired with the rustic decor and warm ambience, made a memorable combination that I hope to experience here again. Way to go, Little Pecks!

Great study spot! I've come to this place a couple of times with friends to study and it's so cute and makes a great place to focus! The greenhouse space is super open and bright The coffees are really great and the food comes really quick as well. One thing is that I had a hard time finding outlets that worked so just make sure to bring a power bank or having fully charged devices if you're coming here to work!

The vibe, space, fireplace and waterfall sound added up to an amazing relaxing place to have your second cup of coffee. My future cafe would totally have their vibe. I bet the owner loves ferns as there are like 10 hanging on the wall and maybe a plant hugger. I love the handmade table and rustic ambiance. Service is fast and not crowded on a cold winter morning. Cappuccino is well made with beautiful leave and down it like water. Perfect for my addict wife. I haven't tried the food but from the way they made coffee, I bet they are out of this world too.

Ask the Community - Little Pecks

    Is this kid friendly?

Absolutely! My kids especially love the brownies and hot chocolate. But it's a café for well behaved kids, as it wouldn't be a safe place to let little ones run around unattended.

Is this a good place to study? Wifi? Outlets?

I'm always surprised more people don't take advantage of this space for work/study. The wifi is free (and generally reliable) and there are outlets downstairs in the cafe section.… Read more

Found d some street parking, went to the order kiosk and placed my order based on what I could eat and recommendations from the employee at the register. I chose, lunch combo with chicken and chicken teriyaki plate. May be, just the chicken was overcooked and a little fibery, besides that, it was very flavorful. I do have a couple more options to try, with me enjoying the food, definitely makes it an option for a revisit. If you live pork and beef, you definitely have more options. The medium chicken sandwich had a little bit more spice than the mild same so so flavor a little dry also. Spicy Pork Bowl with SPICY MAYO. This had a nice flavor, a little bit sweet and a good amount of spice. The sauce was sweeter than I like. We wanted to try a nice variety since we had never been there and have been wanting to try the place for a while. All in all we found the food to be pretty good, not sure if we would order any of these items again though since we felt nothing knocked our socks off. We would like to try the poke bowl next. If you are ordering for pick up be careful about where you order it. Make sure you go to bespoke bowl's website. Important sidenote when ordering takeout here: We ended up going through what we thought was their website and it was some third-party site that was selling this restaurants food and we ended up paying between 12 and $15 more for our order. I showed it to the staff when I picked it up because I had looked at their menu in the store and saw the price difference. The staff seemed confused/surprised.

It was darkly lit inside (with pinkish/red lights no less); it was extremely loud to the point that I had trouble understanding what my wife was saying (which might not be the background music!); and the prices were expensive. The entire night they played 1980s New-wave British music which I don't mind, but had it been something I detest I would have lost my mind. We were seated at a tiny table with a small candle which provided some actual heat on the cold winter night. Our server was extremely helpful and though he didn't have all the answers he did offer to go and find out. They have a long menu but it doesn't have a lot of food options on it, with most of the pages devoted to alcohol. They had only one dessert option when we were there. My wife and I both ordered the Hanger Steak with fries, mushroom sauce, and green salad (about $40 each). Hanger steak is my favorite cut and hard to find so I jumped on it. Food came out in about 25 minutes, which is amazing considering how small their kitchen is. The steak was cooked perfectly (they didn't ask how we wanted it), smothered in a lovely mushroom sauce, and covered an ample portion of crispy homemade fries which were so good I would have thought them bagged frozen items. Even the basic salad which was just various types of lettuce was great. They aren't cheap, but they are focusing on "farm to table" and that means quality food at commensurate (fair?) prices. Burgers and chicken sandwiches are $15, so if you want something lighter but still tasty you can go that route. Speaking of light, if you go into the bathroom on the right you will find a cold, dark, tiny room lit solely by a PINK bulb. It feels like being on a spaceship (as if I know what that is like), and after when you leave seeing the main light in the restaurant is very jarring. It was a fun experience but not inexpensive and not one that checks the boxes that I look for in a restaurant. Dark, loud, and cramped might be hip for the young or "save the earth" crowd, but I am too old to give up creature comforts for such things. The food, though expensive, was absolutely outstanding in every way though and I won't forget that steak for a long time.
