Another member of the Yelp community contacted me and asked me to update my review of Little Pops Pizza. In my original review, I said the pizzeria has changed hands multiple times. Well, I was speaking from my 15+ year experience in the area....I was informed that the same people have owned the pizzeria since 2009. I can't be certain...but I'm sure the name has changed since 2009. So if the same owners are changing the name of the pizzeria, one tends to wonder why... I don't ever leave reviews on places to eat or honestly even in general and I get that food is subjective and different for many people however, the bad reviews on here about little pops are just reduculis and obviously from people who wouldent know good pizza or fresh kitchen food if it smacked them square in the face.! Or, they have some weird food tasting disease and think that frozen Digiorno pizza is the S**T.? Regardless, my family has been eating here for years and have gotten to know the owners pretty well over that time. And They use fresh everything! Fresh cut pizza cheeze, handmade pizza sauce, fresh pasta and handmade dinners nothing frozen here and everything is cooked to order! If your in the area or your moving into the area and you want a resturaunt that has a menu with choices, excellent food and, quality that's family owned then this is your spot. Don't let a few negative Nancy's on yelp ruin your decision to try this pizzaria! By the way. You can thank me later! read more

Pros: Best pizza in Orange County. Loose slices are on expensive side but very big so I feel you do get your money's worth. I've gotten cold and hot sandwiches there that were also very good and well made. Service is solid. Never have had a problem with the counter help. Owner(guy who at least appears to run it) seems to really care about his product and making sure the food is of high quality. I can always respect somebody who cares about what they are charging the Public for. Not cheap with toppings. Cons: When ordering a specialty pie the prices are very high but I feel like the size of the pizza itself would be like getting 3 of their loose slices Selection varies. Sometimes I'll try something different and it's awesome, but then I go there for a few weeks and never see it again. It can also be bad luck and timing on my part too read more

Very good food usually and pizza especially. That being said I ordered a Turkey BLT sandwich and it only had Turkey and bacon on it. No lettuce and tomato on something labeled BLT? If it were just a BLT I would've gotten a bacon sandwich. The L and T literally take up 2/3 of the title. Come on guys. Still love you though and I'll give 4 stars read more

Steve and Lou are great business people. Takes pride in his food and ingredients. They are super accommodating to our picky requests. Convenience doesnt make up for rude customer service. My fiance and I have been coming here for yrs. The food is just ok and the portions are large. But it seems everytime we order something. They suddenly cant make it or are out. Its only when the owners not in, super funny. We ordered a tuna hero, very simple and straightforward. They dont make anymore tuna until spring. Umm ok thanks that makes sense. Take your business elsewhere to get properly accommodated. read more

Great food. Even makes a great burger. The BBQ chicken pizza is amazing. I frequently grab a slice of that for lunch. Really great pizza & wings. There is only one fault with this establishment...Several times when the owner is not there working the quality of the food drops. When he's there, everything is stellar. When he's not, it drops off slightly. I've come home once with a pie that was a waterfall of grease once. Even a couple botched orders. On a whole, it's a great place. It's just the staff needs to up their game when the owner is not present. read more

Great pizza but order 1 hour ahead. The penne a la vodka and grandma pizza are the best.

Very upset. This has been my favorite spot to eat for the past three years- I eat here all the time. I've ordered for delivery multiple times this week alone and twice my food was not delivered. Even after waiting 2+ hours for my food and calling multiple times- called at 9pm to be told my food must have been delivered to the wrong person and the kitchen was closed. My money will be refunded but now I have no dinner. As someone trying to support local businesses during this pandemic it's disappointing to receive such terrible service not once but twice in one week. Guess I'll be going hungry tonight. read more

Lil Pop's - very good pizza, pepperoni rolls & calzones!

Excellent food, pizza is good to very good. Haven't had much better other than NYC. They have great specials and their specialty pies are amazing! Everything is fresh and always consistent. Only downside is delivery can take a while at times. Place is immaculate clean and the owners are very friendly. read more

We love the pizza here but only when the owner is present. When he isn't there the pizza is sloppy. Cut unevenly, toppings not spread evenly and bubbles. Because we don't know when this will be we are not sure we should continue to order pizza here read more

I have to say they make an awesome Sicilian Pizza.......I really have not eaten any other items from them however the regular pizza is solid as well.....I would really suggest to try the Sicilian its just the best.... read more

Everyone here always knows exactly what they are doing. Steven and Lou, the owners, are always willing and ready to talk with you while you wait. They offer some of the best new York style pizza available and it's always fresh. Stop in for some of the garlic knots alone, they're worth it! read more

Over the 6 years I've been going there the food quality has fluctuated - but this is more about principle than anything. Price jumps....Little Pop's prices have recently jumped and pretty substantially. The 5$ special of 2 slices and a soda jumped to $5.50 -went in a few weeks back and within 2 days it was at $6.50 - So I decided to order a plain slice and a specialty slice and was charged $7.80 ( another local place for the same items is around 6.20) !! for 2 slices, once of which had ricotta and meat...I joked that I should've gotten a small pie and she just shrugged her shoulders, and the final straw was a week later when I went in and was charged almost $12 for a ham and turkey sub and a soda...I was shocked and asked why so much- she said there is 2 meats on the sub and ohh yeah because I got a bottle instead of a can of soda. I know inflation is inevitable but they seem to jump often here. Sorry but there are other places to go to. read more

The pizza here is by far the worst in the area,lacks taste and tastes horrible.I ordered a big order,they forgot the salad dressing for the salad,so I called and asked if they could drop me off some on a run,considering I'm just down the street. An hour later, and still waiting. Customer service is quite atrocious as well. Why should I waste gas twice because of their mistake?? read more
