In the area for business and tired of the same old offerings so found this place to order delivery to my hotel. Disappointed to say the least. After all was said and done spent $42.88 for a sub, 2 sodas and wings. The upcharges for adding a few generic hot peppers and 2 slices of pepperoni ($2.50) The sub was mostly bread, took over an hour to deliver (told me 30-45). Bottom of sub was soggy and fell apart after sticking to the container. Boneless wings were so dry and lacking "hot sauce" threw them away after trying 2 of them. All that money and didn't even have the decency to provide napkins when they knew they were delivering to a hotel. This place is on my never again list. Not sure why I woudl even give 3 stars to a one star place. Reading google reviews and the same canned responses from the managers here make me regret my decision. read more

I NEVER do reviews but this place todayyy! HORRIBLE! I ordered something that normally doesn't have any pork products in it due to dietary restriction I LOOKED at the menus it did NOT STATE that it contain pork products I started eating and immediately started itching with hives covering my body and my throat started to feel funny I then proceeded to call this place and asked if they cooked pork in the food. he told me yes. I then notified him that it does not state so on the menu. he then told me to put it in the fridge and bring it back tomorrow to get it made without pork it , what?! are you stupid? im headed to the hospital he then starts telling me he doesn't want me to come back. I was like you know by law you are suppose to label ingredients next to the meals so this doesn't happen. he was beyond nasty rude and just ignorant l. I wasn't even going to report them but since he felt the need to be sooo nasty to me on the phone for their mistake. This is a great place for a quick take out meal. My wife and I typically go here on a casual night when the both of us are too exhausted to cook dinner. Pizza: We enjoy the pizza, although lately the dough has been a bit thin and soggy. Calzones/Rolls: These are my favorite food items to purchase here. The dough is always well cooked (nice crust on the outside/soft on the inside). Garlic Knots: Very good and doughy just how I like them. I dont often give reviews unless it really bothers me. To be fair and honest I will unfortunately continue to eat here because they do have good food however, the people that run it suck. And good luck getting a delivery with a 2 liter of soda. My first bad experience started with delivery. I live a stones toss away yet I get charged with a delivery fee. I wouldn't care however it was not disclosed on the menu or phone call. Whatever move on. I order from here at least 1 to 2 times a week, as I order out a lot. 60 percent of the time I order a 2liter soda, yet I don't receive it 75 percent of time. I brought it to the attention of the owners/manager and I got completely disrespected and argued with. Chalked it up and moved on to continue ordering. I think what put the icing on the cake was tonight. I went in ordered two slices and garlic knots when I got to my car I noticed one slice was missing how I'm back in and nicely ask them that they forgot the Buffalo slice, however the man behind the counter proceeded to argue with me and telling me that I never ordered a buffalo slice and that's why he ask me if I wanted anything else after working a 14-hour shift I didn't think that was quite appropriate I asked him and maybe he made a mistake and didn't hear me he was completely disrespectful he didn't acknowledge me nor did they even heat to slice up the summit up that food is good that people that work there suck including the drivers read more
