Before I get to the food, let me just say these folks are as sweet as pie. Idk if it was because they were slow but it felt like they genuinely wanted to know me as their neighbor and impress me with the meal. As another Yelper added, they are not wearing mask in there so just a heads up. We got the wings and 2 subs. I judge a deli off of their Italian. It's hard to mess up, and everyone sells one to compare. The Italian was meh. Nothing special, but hit the spot. The wings were very good. Not jumbo. Not super crispy. Not a killer sauce, but good. Expect something to be burned! Every time and I mean every time we order from here something is charred! First two times we ordered cheeseburgers and the burgers were literally hockey pucks made sure both times to ask for them to be cooked medium and was ignored second time felt like someone was playing a prank on me. After some time we decided to give them another shot and ordered a chicken parm sandwich and onion rings. Well, the onion rings were over cooked so badly, they were almost black and crumbled as you picked them up. Can't believe they were even allowed to let them leave the kitchen and the bread for the chicken parm sandwich was charred black. It's a shame because pizza is always excellent. My guess is the owner makes the pizza and he hires incompetent people to cook the rest of the food. Won't be back. There are plenty of other options in the area. read more

Perfectly located in the heart of Monroe. Go for a stroll around the park and stop by for a slice or a pie. My favorite are their wings. I just want to say I used K@D on Saturday to cater a bday party and the food was excellent. The 6 foot sub, baked ziti, mix sticks, chicken wings, chicken frances were great. The price was the best in the Monroe area. The food was done when they said it would be done. No complaints. I will def be using them again. read more

Mediocre pizza, hockey puck dried out hamburgers, cold French fries, linguine garlic and oil is minced chopped garlic from a jar, generic and bland, not much care or pride in the preparation pretty good for Subway type meatball hero's and deli sandwiches surprisingly so. It's kind of like average fast food. Not the go to Italian Food Entree or pizza spot. Plenty of better Italian spots in the town of Monroe. The service is brash when you order on the phone. They are not amenable if you ask for something other than the rote way they prepare like sauce on the side or extra cheese. Very brash customer service. Cold, stale, days old...all words I'd use to describe the food. Not to mention the racially charged experience in this "fine" establishment. No matter what u order they will tell u 45 minutes. Don't bank on it. The last 3 times I ordered a pie and wings, I was told just that....45 minutes. I have lived in Monroe for 3 years after moving from the west coast and I have struggled to find GOOD pizza. Tonight, I tried them for the first time. I called for delivery and asked for "The Works", minus anchovies in a size large. They simply asked for my address and phone number and stated that they would be about an hour to 45 minutes. After an hour, the delivery girl showed up and she was holding 2 boxes. I looked at her like she had 4 heads and explained I ordered one pizza. She said" no you didn't!" I said no, She said yes you did, you said the works and a large. I told her no, I specifically said " the works with no anchovies in a size large." The girl stepped back and said, well I am going to have to call them and she walks off to her car. Meanwhile , I am waiting and waiting and I finally walk out to her car to see what the problem is. She was just sitting in her car texting. I asked her what was going on and she said they were busy and she had to text them. I said to her, well in the meantime, my pizza is getting cold. She exclaims, "No it's not, it's in my car!" I was so frustrated, I asked her how much I owed her, gave her the money, and walked back into my home. I called to speak with a manger after this, and the gentleman on the phone was not so caring, just stating that he would talk to her. Really people!? Get some customer service skills! I will say, the pizza was delicious , however, I should not be treated terribly to get the pizza. My advice to this restaurant , repeat the order over the phone, give a price over the phone, teach your drivers to have some manners. Your customer service skills should match the quality of your pizza which was great!! read more

The pizza and buff wings are delicious. The service is okay but would be a lot better if it came with a smile. When you don't smile at your customers or thank them it sends a message that you don't care if they come back or not. I guess if you're a regular you get that smile. read more
