My son may not approve this picture but this is all I got lol any way after many recommendations we finally tried Littlerock Grill, everything was made fresh and it showed. My son loved the waffles said they had a good sweet taste. These fries, the fries are everything! So good! I wasn't a big fan of the bbq tri tip sandwich but I'm definitely going back and trying new things

We ate our food so fast we didn't have time for photos. This place has its charm. Looks straight out of an old movie diner vibe. Patricia was our server. She was alone. She works so hard and the service was so great we thought she was the owner. They're so lucky to have such a server. Smiling, kind, great recommendations, cleaned the place so well after a large party. Amazing. We will be back in our vegas to la drives.

Food was good! Pass this spot every time we hit Vegas never even noticed it until we were hungry and wanted something different. Looked on Yelp saw the reviews and pictures.. enough said. Hubby had tri tip sandwich with fries I had bacon burger wrapped in lettuce (don't judge me) and it was delicious. Service was friendly and prompt considering they had a large group who arrived before us. Added this spot to our list of places to stop at on our many trips to and from Vegas!

I haven't had something that was good. For breakfast I've had huevos rancheros are great and come with biscuits and gravy a lot of food. The breakfast burrito is also great the kids plates are plenty and my kids love. My kids enjoy the pizza for lunch. burger are my favorite the ranch is delish here not thick and mayoie. Onion rings are good. Chicken tortilla soup is good. There always busy which is a good sign that there serving up delicious food. The waitresses have always been different but so nice and friendly. Bathrooms are super clean. Thank you for being an A-1 business

This place was just what we needed after a weekend of camping nearby. The service was kind and accommodating for our large group (with restless kids), and the food was fantastic! Our sweet server gave us ice for our cooler (it was 105* outside!!), and my son who usually eats like a bird ate TWO kids pancake breakfasts!! I wish this little restaurant was in our hometown. We'd be here every weekend!

    The double bacon cheese burger.

There's a down home, country feel to the 49'er Saloon subtly referring to the California gold rush days of yore. Looks like an ideal place for bikers and horse riders. Hearty grub with hints of traditional regional American cuisine and full bar where you will not leave hungry. There's a formal dining room for larger gatherings for families and friends. Great place to eat after scrambling around Vasquez Rocks, visiting Animal Tracks, or just hungry on CA 14 frwy. Just get off the Crown Valley offramp and head due south for about a mile. 1) Wild Game Sausage: Walk On The Wild Side With Jalapeño-Cheddar Stuffed Elk With Roasted Peppers & Onions. Big portion enough for 2 meals since the Elk sausage is so rich. Elk sausage is ground fine and stuffed tightly in the casing for dense, firm texture. You're getting your money's worth. The Jalapeño has a nice, warm piquancy while the Cheddar gives a dairy fermented undertone. The julienned red and green bellpeppers are pleasantly al dente; the onions are caramelized to bring out their sweetness. It's all sautéed in an agrodolce/sweet-sour sauce along with a touch of garlic. 1a) Side dish: Nice little garden salad including green lettuce, diced purple onion, chopped tomato, grated carrot. Chose blue cheese dressing to use for the "Buffalo Burger". 2) "Buffalo Burger" is extra finely ground, plush, velvety Bison meat. So when I ordered it medium rare, the patty turned out mushy. Next time, I will order it medium to firm up and give more of a chaw to the meat. Opted for two slices of not too crispy, meaty bacon. Mayo, tomato, green lettuce leaf, grilled onions, cheddar cheese, dense brioche bun. I spread on the blue cheese dressing to give a little funk to what I thought would be the blood minerality of the Bison meat. It's another substantial dish. 2a) Side dish of standard French fries which was crisp as requested although it didn't quite have that ineffable earthy, mildly sweet, potato flavour 1-2a) Allegiance India Pale Ale, Lancaster CA was a good counter to both food items. Dry, heavy bodied, fruity with scents of orange zest, lacquer, touch of cleansing acidity. 49'er doesn't leave you hungry so didn't have enough room for dessert. I took the Elk sausage home and made sandwiches for two meals. So eating at the 49'er isn't as expensive due to the big portions. 4 stars

I really like that the store has such a wide variety of merchandise, treats, and food. They carry everything from local honey and candy to turkey burgers and more unusual meats like alligator, venison, elk, and frog legs if you're brave enough to try them. They also have a lot of nostalgic items that you may recognize from childhood, which makes it a bittersweet but fun place to walk through. It's definitely a great spot if you want to take a little trip down memory lane. I usually like to stop by to buy candy or order some garlic fries. There's so much to look at that you could easily spend over an hour browsing while waiting for your food. First of all... it's truly in the middle of nowhere, which somehow makes it even better. You pull up not knowing what to expect, and then suddenly it's everything. They have all the road trip essentials and then some -- homemade fudge, jams, salsa, fresh honey, and an impressive selection of jerky (alligator, elk, ostrich... you name it). There's also endless candy, nostalgic sodas, funnel cake, and Dole soft serve in just about every flavor you could want. But what really stands out is the selection of nostalgic toys, collector's items, and rare finds -- it's honestly mind-blowing. You can spend a lot of time just browsing and still not see everything. I always leave with more than I planned (in the best way), and it's become a must-stop every time we're passing through. And the date shake? Easily one of the best I've ever had. This place never disappoints -- it's become a must-stop every time we're passing through.
