Since I don't want a gel pedicure I opted for a regular lacquer nail polish. The polish was a bit old & gooey but she added a few drops of nail polish thinner & it worked. My daughter had a gel manicure & she mentioned the color she chose also has that issue. I guess when you have so many options to choose from there are bond to be bottles that don't get regularly used. The experience was pleasant for my pedicure, but I would suggest making an appt.w/the younger male nail specialist for details on your manicure. It seems like he has a keen eye for details. They have leather massage chairs for pedicures, upgraded luxury seating for nail sets and they also have phone stands/bag hooks at your convenience. Kayla checked my daughter and I in and offered us the drink menu. They have all sorts of refreshments that they make in-house! I was seen by Kayla (ofc) and she immediately knew what I wanted. My usual is French tip pedi with a pink undercoat. Her work? Outstanding. My daughter was seen by Trinh. I'm going to be frank, she did not like her results but didn't mention it until later in the evening. The results were very streaky and I know that if she would have mentioned it, Kayla would have made things right. So we're going to try again in a few weeks. He is a free-style magician. He's literally an artist and I cannot express how amazing he is at creating designs.
