It took three trips to this venue to finally get him acclimated to the team. Dr. McJett and her team is so patient and supportive of our little maniac. She has recommended so many helpful tips to help us. Our Max had an ear infection and he would not put us treat him at home. After several attempts, Dr. McJett was able to pack it and allow the healing to begin. At least to a point where we could start home treatment. Other local vets were unsuccessful. I Love the fact that they will always give you a price estimate upfront, before they start the service. No surprises. No "Invoice Shock". Just honest upfront cost reports. The team here treats us like family...no better than family. Like employees. Offering a service that's tailored for you. So bring your fur buddies here and let "LHAH" attend to your needs. I cannot rave enough about Action Pack Liberty Hill. We have 2 great danes that are used to having…read morefamily home with them. We do have to travel frequently and Action Pack has become a 2nd home. We no longer live in Liberty Hill (we actually live 2 hours away, and do the drive and plan all flights around ensuring we can bring our boys here). One of our very first stays our older dane had a health emergency, we didn't even see the issue prior to dropping off and within a couple of hours we got a call from one of the staff and they managed that visit end to end for us. They got him to an emergency vet, stayed with him for awhile, then once he was hydrated and well did the driving to pick him up, and then adjusted his care for extra attention once onsite. Our two boys are vastly different in age and play needs, and pretty joined at the hip - they modify the play for our older boy, even when they have a yard full of dogs, they can tell when he's reached his limit and just needs quiet. They are so attentive to know that our younger boy was struggling without the other and got them back together again. Here we are 2 1/2 years later of using them soley and when we arrive our boys eagerly hop out of the vehicle and run in and then anxiously await to go back to play. We have used other places and have watched our dogs panic and put the brakes on and refuse to go through the door. They have absolutely never hesitated here. So grateful for the care and attention they place on our fur family!

After boarding her this time (we've been customers there for years), we were told she displayed behaviors such as growling and was no longer welcome to return. What I find most concerning is that this facility also promotes dog training services, yet there was no effort to discuss what may have triggered her behavior, offer recommendations, suggest training options, or work with us on a plan for future success. Instead, we were simply told not to bring her back. I fully understand that any boarding facility has the right to make decisions based on safety concerns. However, anxious and fearful behaviors are not uncommon in boarding environments, and I expected a business that offers training services to have a more knowledgeable and supportive approach. As pet owners, we trust boarding facilities to care for our dogs during what can already be a stressful experience. Rather than feeling supported, we left feeling judged and dismissed. If your dog struggles with anxiety or fear in unfamiliar situations, I would encourage you to ask detailed questions about how those behaviors are assessed and managed before booking. We'll gladly be taking our business elsewhere and won't be back with our current dog or any future dogs.

When it came time to consider the end, the doctors were with me, sat in the floor while I considered my choices. once I knew there was only one choice, they worked with me and his moms work schedule. At the time I worked from home but she was in south Austin for work as a nurse. They stayed open late on a Monday while we spent our last moments with Zeppelin. I know how much I want to leave work on time but I never felt rushed by them. I still get teary eyed as I still go once a week to get my other senior pup his meds, it breaks my heart to go there as a reminder of Zeppelin, but it is also testament to how much we appreciate them that I keep coming back. We got an appointment with Dr. Pruitt for Friday, June 13 at 3 pm. Since we were new, we were told the appointment was going to be an hour long. We arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. Got called into the room around 3 pm. Intake took 10 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes until an MA checked in on us to tell us that there was an emergency and it wouldn't be long until Dr. Pruitt came. Waited another 10 minutes (be mindful that it was 3:41 pm already); Dr. Pruitt came in at 3:43 pm. We finished at 4 pm, waited for our paperwork, and paid at 4:06 pm. The whole appointment, besides the waiting portion, took a good 20-30 minutes, so I don't understand why the appointment was supposed to be 1 hour long. Honestly, not much to say... other than the fact that we should not have been waiting that long at all! It was a waste of time and if I knew we were going to be waiting that long, I would've rescheduled or gone somewhere else. Pricing- $94 for annual bird check up $36.60 for nail trimmings $41 for bird fecal $114 for gram staining, which we will do once we get results from bird fecal test. Our total came out to be $174... Overall, if we didn't wait that long, I would've given 4-5 stars, but because it was also our first visit, it honestly could've gone a lot better. Obviously emergencies happen, but it could've been brought to our attention that the waiting period may be a bit longer.

This is sketchy and suspicious as hell. I've been trying to get my dog seen since the beginning of June. And have just had awful customer service. Booked an appointment today from 3:15pm-4:15pm got text confirmation, sent answers to follow up questions, called support and nothing. Apparently they aren't even open today? Don't offer appointments on days you aren't going to offer phone support. That's basic common sense. Save yourself the stress and headache. The convenience you think this service will have for you is not worth their inconsistency, the lack of transparency, and overall lack of professionalism that you can clearly see in all of the scorned reviews. Can't wait to see how many times they say they've tried to contact me but don't!

When she arrived, my baby had a rush of energy and wanted to play outside in the grass. She assured me that it was okay to take our time and let her enjoy outside one last time. We sat and she listened to my stories about her life, and when she wanted to go inside, we went in and she was given the sedative. She was so peaceful and laid in her bed. Then, she passed while the doctor and I talked about her life and how wonderful she was. It was the hardest day of my life, but the easiest day of my sweet baby Gracie's. It was worth every penny. I have never seen such a peaceful ending. There are not words big enough to communicate my gratitude. The end of her life was so sacred, which is more than most of us people get. This has helped my grieving process immensely. I know for certain this was the best ending that could have been for my sweet angel. Thank you so much.
