My most recent experience wasn't the best, I just didn't receive the brow shaping I was hoping for. As many times as I've been here I still haven't met Avani, the owner. I did find someone who did an amazing Job. She did absolutely fantastic. Her name was Chanda. She was the best I've had so far. It's just difficult when the artist isn't there consistently. My best tip is to call before you go if you are really particular about your brows to see who is going to be there working. If you aren't very particular about your brows, try the artist out and find one that fits your style. Hope that helps.

I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. I'm so upset my birthday is next week. My eyebrows looks terrible.

Needless to say I contacted them and had to go back in on Monday and have them removed I was in severe pain for two days my eyes were extremely red and irritated. They did remove the lashes but in no way would give me even half a refund it was $165 wasted. I didn't expect a full refund but a partial refund would have been appreciated since I have no longer able to wear the lashes.
