Sometimes it is difficult for me to get a hold of them to get an appointment but I feel like scheduling online was best and if they missed my call they'd text me back. I'm a frequent massage customer due to all my aches and pains and I prefer Thai massages the most. I usually drive all the way to walnut creek but so happy to have this place close by! The massage was relaxing with perfect pressure. Price is reasonable and the facilities are clean. I'll be back for my regular massages here!

I occasionally get migraines accompanied by occipital neuralgia and I know nerve inflammation is largely part of it so I decided to try a more intense massage which was a great decision. Massage: I walked into the suite greeted by the receptionist, then was quickly given the intake form to fill out. They brought out a wooden basin to soak my feet in hot water while I was filling it out. My feet were dried off, I was given slippers, and was shown to the massage room. I chose the Signature Thai Massage which I really needed. The back walking was intense (again, it was my first time but I really enjoyed it!), and the accupressure massages + balm and stretches were my absolute favorite. My masseuse was Anna and she was so lovely. She managed to crack my back during some leg stretches which was SO NICE because I'm never able to crack my own back. I added on an indian head massage (because of my migraine and nerve inflammation in my neck). Cost: Very affordable and worth the price. I also liked how I could book the same day and be accomodated so quickly. Hygiene/Facility: The spa is a suite, located in the 2nd floor of a shopping plaza. It's quiet when you walk inside the hallway which makes it a peaceful transition when walking outside back into the noisy world. The spa itself is small, quaint, clean, and has a refreshments table with tea, coffee, and snacks. They have 3 massage rooms (I believe, or more?) which have double beds, but they're very spacious inside and have ample room to place your belongings + move around if you're doing a couples massage. Overall I loved this experience and will definitely be coming back. The staff was very kind and attentive.

The walk to our tub was one of my favorite parts. The garden-like pathways with all the trees and flowers made it feel like we had left the Bay Area for a little while. It was peaceful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our private tub was surprisingly spacious and included a changing area with a bench, mirror, hooks, and even a shower, which was a nice bonus. We were also happy that our tub was open to the sky instead of covered-- it was so nice being able to look up at the clouds while soaking. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be at night under a clear sky full of stars. We came because we were incredibly sore after some intense workouts, and spending an hour here was exactly what we needed. It was clean, private, relaxing, and absolutely worth the money. We'll definitely be back!!!

We will definitely be back soon

Keep in mind that is not your typical massage place. Foot massages are done in a big open room with space for 10+ people. They usually separate you a bit if space allows. Weird since I booked an appt but whatev. They then took me to the foot massage room which was empty. An older gentleman was to help me for my foot massage. This is where it gets ho-hum. He went to get the pot of water and put my feet in the water (he didn't ask if the temp was okay or anything). He then went back to chit chat for a bit before taking my feet out of water, wrapping them both up and putting them on the ottoman and leaving to dump the water. I then put my airpods in and waited. And waited. 5 mins later he came and started on the massage. The massage honestly was more like a rub. I felt like he was scratching me from time to time. He also didn't speak English and when I asked him to give firm pressure he completely stopped and had to go get someone to translate. However he still didn't give stronger pressure. OMG. I just tried to relax but it wasn't fulfilling. It was also cold in the room. He also didn't touch either of my big toes or massage them out. WEIRD. After this foot rub, he then told me "Ok full body" and didn't say anything else like where I was going or what. At this point I was so confused but I asked for a female for the full body experience. When I went into the room it was COLD and BRIGHT! The woman didn't ask anything about pressure or no no spots or anything. It was so cold in there. She also applied cold lotion - geez. The massage was just okay. Overall my experience was so so - I wish they would have known I was coming, had dimmed the lights, have staff that speak fluent English so we can ask for things to the actual masseuse helping us and that they would use warmed lotion and have the heat on, on cold days. Also a massage is not a RUB down. A 2 hour massage should elicit a nice nap, and feelings of relaxation not uncertainty when you are finished. I tipped 18% and the guy at the counter looked at me weird, as if I left $5. I was turned off completely by this attitude. They assume they are doing a good job maybe? I don't know if I will be back. There is hefty competition in the area and I don't know if its worth it.
