Unfortunately when I picked up my sage green suit (which is the suit I am planning on wearing for my wedding) it was stained with this odd light tan mark that appeared to be makeup. Admittedly when I came back to ask them to clean it, they were gracious enough to clean the marks free of charge. It was difficult to communicate with them as well due to language barrier but I would be okay with that if it wasn't for the stained mark on the suits. That is absolutely unacceptable so I will not be recommending them. Although I appreciate their prices and the fact that they cleaned up their mess, it is a mess that should have never happened. I have included a photo of the before and after photo to allow you to make your own decision about the location. I'm sure that they have done adequate work based on previous reviews but unfortunately that was not my experience.

I have been here before to get a blazer hemmed and she did a great job. I brought 6 jackets/coats to be dry cleaned and they took great care of them. I dropped off my garments and was able to pick them up within a couple of weeks. When I went to pick them up, they were ready to go, I paid, and she helped bring all my jackets to the car. So kind! I did pay $130 for all 6, which felt like a lot but they did a great job and provided a higher level of service. I will be back when needed!

Thankfully, Dalla's gave it a shot and they were amazing. They removed all of the makeup stains and missed spots that the other dry cleaners didn't take care of. There was also a problem area on the sleeve that looked like the previous dry cleaners over treated. Dalla's was able to get that squared away also. My shirt and three piece suit was looking brand new when I picked it up. They worked with my fast turnaround needs as well, having this done within about a day and a half. We stopped by at least three or four times, and each visit, she offered thoughtful advice and tips, never rushing us. She helped us find the perfect tux, and her support didn't stop there, she guided us through fittings, accessories, shoes and alterations, making sure everything was just right.
