Don't waste your time. Licenses never went through. They don't call or respond back. Completely waisted my rights time. Very disappointing

No invoice for service. Overcharged on parts. Misdiagnosed problem with ice maker and installed new part that wasn't needed. Failed to show up when promised, had a multitude of excuses. I do not recommend. read more

The guy came out right away to assess the problem. Then he charged me 1/2 the cost to fix it and won't return any phone messages. I've called many times and have left messages because they don't answer, and sometimes I can't even leave a message because the mailbox is full. The initial appointment was Jun 21. It's now Jul 28 and no response from these people. read more

These people came out through my Home Warranty company. What a joke. They came and fiddled with my built in microwave. Said they had to order parts. 2 weeks later I finally called and left message. They did return my call and said parts were supposed to come in that day and would be calling to set up appointment. 1 week later still no word. My Home Warranty company is Fidelity home warranties. They are worthless. Was on hold to try to talk to someone for 40 minutes. Paid money for nothing. My high blood pressure isn't worth pursuing this any further. Customer service for so many things has taken such a downturn. It's a sad thing to see that consumers get treated so poorly. read more

I was sent this company by my home warranty insurance for an appliance repair. They did not call me to set up an appointment, I had to call them. They set my appointment between 3pm-6pm and did not show up or answer the phone after several calls. The warranty company was also unsuccessful at reaching them. When they did call me back it was more than two hours after the time frame which was after 8pm. They stated they had no service and would still come out from Taft. So basically show up after 9pm. I changed my work schedule to be home and it would have been nice to get a phone call or text message saying he was going to be late or not coming at all. Would not recommend this company if you want things done in a timely manner. read more

I would rate this company a zero if I could. I have a washer that needed repair. This company was sent through my home warranty company. They technician came to diagnose the issue and never returned my calls after. Finally after over a month of waiting the home warranty company had to reassign the case to another company for no response. read more

Luis came to my house and charged two hundred and fifty dollars to replace a solenoid valve for my washer's hot water intake and a solenoid valve assembly/manifold for its cold water/detergent intake. Both parts are available online for about forty to sixty dollars combined, and Luis took about ten minutes to find the leak and about thirty five minutes to repair it. Additionally, Luis let his his teenage son (who evidently was working as a helper/apprentice) perform some of the repairs while Luis, I'm inferring, instructed him. Some may wonder about the quality of craftsmanship a teenager is able to deliver in these circumstances, but honestly it seems as though Luis is knowledgable, and his son pays attention to what he is doing, so I really don't have a problem with that--in fact it's cool to see that kind of bond between father and son. The issue I have with the service I received is that it basically took Luis and his son about 45 minutes to identify the problem and make this repair--Luis could have had it done in about half an hour by himself if he was working and not giving his son on-the-job training. I have no problem with him training his son while on the job, but considering the total cost I paid I can only assume that he charged two man-hours (at about ninety dollars per hour) to do a job that should have taken one man-hour to perform at the most. Considering this and also accounting for a thirty percent inflation to parts (which is customary), the actual cost of the repair should have been about eighty to one hundred dollars less. That would have been a fair price for all parties. Next time, I'll likely repair my washing machine (and my other appliances) myself. It'll take longer to troubleshoot and purchase the necessary spare parts, but it's simply easier than having to contend with shady, albeit competent, repair technicians. read more

I had an appointment for 3:30 on Friday, Dec. 8th. I received a call that said he might be an hour late. By 6 p.m. I was still waiting. A call to his number went to voice mail. Since I had plans for the evening and no call to tell me why he was late, I wrote a note and put it on my front gate. Today is the 13th and still no one has contacted me. I now have an appointment with another company. read more

We needed a washing machine repaired. Luis came out and diagnosed the problem. A week later he installed the part. The washer started doing the same thing with our first load of laundry. When we called and told him, he said he was going to get a hold of the manufacturer for direction. After multiple texts and phone calls, that was the last time we heard from him. We paid him, he cashed our checks, and our washing machine is still broken. I wouldn't recommend LM Appliance Repair. read more

Let me start by saying 3 different companies flaked on me before I finally found these guys and I was beyond frustrated at this point. I have a problematic fridge full of Manufacturer flaws. Most people shun you the second you say what kind. LM Appliance not only scheduled same day inspection, he did so after business hours to accommodate us. He called when he was running late. Courtesy goes a long way with me. He was honest about the issues with my fridge, and was informative about future issues I might expect. His repair price with parts and labor was reasonable and he offers a 3 month warranty. Fully licensed, bonded, and years of experience. read more

This would be the second time I've called Luis for appliance repair. First time was a dryer that he fixed no problem on a Saturday. This time our fridge went out and once again he was available on a Saturday. Knew exactly what was wrong had the parts on hand to fix it and now we have or fridge back and working. He is super trustworthy and honest and on time. Not only that his pricing is very reasonable. Thanks Luis again for saving the day! read more

I had a repair never work. Luis called me back when I had a problem and offered to make it good.

The came to my house and looked at my oven and stove hood.He was sent out by warrenty company. He told them it was an old problem and it wasent so the warrenty company wont pay for the fix. He wanted 150.00 to put in a 15$ part that takes 10min.to do. Icouldnt get him on the phone for 3 days finaly he text me and told me the price.Theres a lot better companies and more reasonable priced .I told the warrenty company if I need anything else I dont want him. read more

Most unreliable customer service and technicians and Today is October 1st and my dishwasher has been broken since the end of June. LM appliance came out to the house to diagnose the issue to order the parts. 3 weeks later got a call to schedule an appointment for the following week (week 4) the LM appliance technician forgot to order the main part but fixed everything else that I bundled for 1 deductable. 3 weeks later (September 18th) I got a call to schedule an appointment for that week. Scheduled an appointment time from 1pm to 6 pm. Took the day off work bc they won't give you a smaller time frame and he Showed up at 5:50 pm could have worked a full day. He replaced the computer board and ran a quick cycle and left. Loaded the daily dishes in for the family of 4 that we have been washing by hand for the past 2 months and the dishwasher won't complete a full cycle. Call them back to schedule another appointment on ASAP and soonest was October 1st between 1-6 again so I take another day off work. I get a call at 10 am that they need to cancel the appointment . I WILL NEVER USE LM APPLIANCE AGAIN . DONE!!! read more
