    Summary: I spent $470 for them to not fix my problem, and they were extremely difficult to get a hold of over the phone. I would never recommend them Our oven stopped working, so Mitch came out to take a look. He diagnosed the problem, recommended a replacement part, and ordered it for us when we went ahead with the repair. He was professional, offered us a cash discount since the part was expensive, and emailed us a receipt. We paided in cash a day or two later. Overall, it was a very good experience. However, things went downhill from there. The part was originally going to take a week to arrive. After waiting a week and not hearing back from Mitch, I gave them a call and left a message. I didn't get a call back that day or the next, so I called again asking if the part had arrived. I still didn't hear back that day or the next. I finally heard back on the third day after the second call saying that my part had arrived and asking when Mitch could install it. Thankful that I received a call back, I set up a date and time for the repair. Mitch showed up, repaired the oven, and everything seemed to be working great. However after Mitch left, we noticed that the oven door was getting usually hot when we turned on the oven. This was not happening before the repair, so I gave Mitch a call to see if he could come back and figure out why this was happening. Again I never received a call back. After calling once a day for 5 days, I finally got a hold of someone and scheduled another appointment with Mitch. Mitch came out again, checked to see if the oven was calibrated correctly, and did some other diagnostics. He wasn't sure exactly why this was happening, but had a few ideas. I was hesitant to sink more money into the oven, so I told him I would think about it and get back to him. After a few days, I gave him a call and left a message about fixing the oven, but he never called me back. Soon my oven quit working again, so I eventually gave up and contacted another company. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. In the end, it looks like I spent $470 on MSM Appliances for them to not fix my problem. I would never recommend them due to extreme difficulty in contacting them over the phone and not fixing the problem.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company due to poor communication, scheduling…read moreissues, and unprofessional customer service. My first appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM-5:00 PM. I was told I would receive a confirmation call the day before, but I never received one. Instead, the technician called at 1:00 PM saying he was already there. I was at work and unable to leave immediately, especially since I had not received any prior notice. For my second appointment, I scheduled a 1:00 PM-4:00 PM window. The day before, I received a notification changing the appointment to 9:00 AM-11:00 AM while I was at work. When I called, I was told that the appointment time I scheduled was only a "suggestion" and that my inability to make the new time was my problem. When I requested a supervisor, I was met with hostility and was yelled at for asking to speak with one. Instead of being connected to a supervisor, I was transferred to another representative to reschedule. After explaining multiple times that I get off work at 1:00 PM and need approximately 30 minutes to arrive, I was assured this would not be an issue. However, the day of the technician called saying he had finished early and wanted to come several hours before the agreed time. When I explained I could arrive by 1:30 PM, he insisted on arriving at 1:00 PM anyway. My final interaction was with a supervisor, Isabella. I called to express my concerns about the repeated scheduling and communication failures. She repeatedly interrupted me, would not allow me to finish speaking, accused me of talking over her, and ultimately disconnected the call before my concerns were addressed. The entire experience demonstrated a lack of basic communication, professionalism, and customer service. Customers should not have to repeatedly rearrange their schedules because appointment windows are changed without proper notice, nor should they be treated disrespectfully when trying to resolve legitimate concerns. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sharing my experience on other review platforms so potential customers are aware of how these issues were handled.
