What really stood out to me was that he also noticed an issue with the ice maker and took the time to fix it, even though I hadn't originally expected or asked him to take care of it. He really went the extra mile, and I appreciated the effort and attention to detail. The refrigerator has been working great ever since. With a previous repair done by another technician, the fix only lasted a few months to maybe a year before the problem came back. Eventually when I asked him to just be honest about whether he was actually going to follow through and again.... Strung me along and would ghost me for days. More delays, more rescheduling, and no follow through. At this point I already paid full price for another Viking dishwasher and purchased a metal piece from someone else.
