I went to the shop on amar. They came to my house to "fix" my washer. Nothing was really fix charged me crazy amount for the issue that was not fixed. They sent a "specialist" but it was just a run around. Don't go hear for any type of service. It's a scam! They only work in older washers and dryers. SCAM!!! read more

I check later and saw some of the negative reviews and was getting nervous. But they came out check out the stove replace a part and now our stove works. I think their price was reasonable. I know you can't meet everyone's needs and make everyone happy but this has to be the worst company ever I reached out because my refrigerator was making a loud noise and was leaking water 2 gentlemen showed up and don't get me wrong if you are over 70-75 years old and you are still working more power to you but this guys do not seem to be up to date with the new refrigerators they were in and out of my house within 4 maybe 5 minutes if that and DID NOT FIX NOTHING I paid $225 I had to call them back and again FIXED NOTHING and they not only do nothing but broke my ice maker and my light bulb I do not recommend them at all and when I called them to let them know that my ice maker was out and light bulb they wanted to recharge me so now I have a 6 month old brand new refrigerator that is still making the loud noise is still leaking water and now the ice maker is broken and my light bulb is out so would you think about using them be extra careful maybe they know how to fix very old appliances, but they do not know how to fix new ones. read more

NOPE. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I called and they had a Mario call me because he specially works on LG appliances. I had 2 issues with my dryer. It made a loud noise when turned on and it was not drying. Mario came, charged $180 and did not finish the job. He left seals unglued and didnt fix the problem with dryer not drying. He said he would come back to finish and he has not. When i call this business back about Mario they said they would see whats going on. NOPE. NO CALL BACK. I found this place by driving by. Actually my Father in law saw it, and let me know. I was looking for an appliance parts placed for one part that broke in my oven range. I only needed one part, and did not need the entire assembly that I would have had to purchase online. The person at the counter recommended I just cut the tubing and put on a new end piece. It was a much cheaper solution that solved the problem. I learned a lot about my stove, and especially what to do, and not do, when adding aluminum foil on the top. My 2nd visit was looking for a part for coin slide, and again were super helpful and had me talk to Vigil Appliance Repair about the spring, and how to fix it. Youtube video's only go so far. They also have a nice selection of used stoves, with some really cool antique ones. One had 6 oven doors, along with a gas range on the top. Unfortunately I don't think it would fit in my kitchen, but boy did it look cool! read more

This review is solely on the elder repairman's sleezy way on getting me to pay more than what was agreed upon. I came to their shop and had someone come out to fix my stove. They charge $60 to come out. I already know what's wrong with the stove. They didn't have the part so I special ordered it and had it delivery to my house. I had asked how much for the total service since I ordered the part myself. ( If they ordered the part, they would charge me $55. I only paid $28) The gentleman told me $125 if they do the service and $60 that I paid for them to come out initially would be deducted from the $125. Awesome. Great price. When the part came in, I called them and they arrived to fix the stove. I could see they had a hard time taking apart the stove and swapping out the part. Once it was done. He said I owed $185 minus $60 so the total is $125. I told him no that's not what we agreed upon. He said he had to charge more because it was difficult to take apart the stove. How is that my problem? And if the price went up for some reason. Let me know before starting the job. It's not my fault youre inexperienced and it took you longer than expected. We went back and fourth and I just paid the man and so he could leave. Will not be using them again. The lady at the store was very welcoming and kind. I apologise for the 1 star review but I do not appreciate the upcharge without my knowledge at all. On a positive note. The stove works now. Yay. read more

I don't recommend this place. $82.00 for coming to check washer that danced around, loud banging /vibrating during rinse causing the feet to fall off. We told Peter and his assistant that we repeatedly would screw the feet back on. We had told Peter this as well at his shop before he made house visit. When they arrived he said there's a foot missing I said yes and it's under washer because it came off with all the shaking and dancing. So his assistant screwed it back on. He and Peter turned on water in machine And saw how it shook. Peter asked for some clothes to place in washer he turned it on watched it agitate made it rinse. He said tub was spinning strong it was fine. He felt that all it needed was to screw on the front foot. I asked him if he should remove front washer panel to look inside for any problem he responded No that he observed what he needed to already. Assistant recommended either crazy gluing the feet so they wouldn't continue to fall off Or remove them all. That it wouldn't damage washer to sit directly on cement . Peter gave me $82.00 invoice. We told him that after a day or two the feet were going to fall off again and machine continue to dance since we had already done that! He replied 30 day warranty but he would have to charge us for any other repair work. WTH. I told him all those times my husband had done the same thing I could've been paying him 82.00 dollars. Peter agreed and left. Two wash loads later guess what same problem. $82.00 down the tubes or should I say in Peters pocket! We won't be calling him ever again and I don't recommend anyone calling this place. How are they still in business? read more

I would give this dump of a place a big fat zero!! The Evaporator Motor Fan needed to be replaced in my Refrigerator which was affecting the cooling system of the fridge. I initially ordered the part in Amazon but decided to try this place because I needed the part faster than what Amazon could deliver, so I decided to give this place a try since it is near our home. It was a Friday, I called the "Service" phone number and I believe the owner answered and instructed me to call a different number and speak to Kim for "Parts". I called Kim at 10 am, and in speaking to Kim, I attempted to give her the Model number of the old Evaporator Motor fan we has removed from our fridge and Kim said she needed the Refrigerator's Model Number instead. Then she said I needed to come into the store to pay for the part before they could order it and it would be in the same day by 3pm. I went in the store at 11 am and Kim greeted me by saying the owner had chewed her out (1st Red Flag) because she stated he was upset because she didn't upcharge me! She said he wanted her to charge me double for the part. I should of left then, but I really needed the part ASAP, we had been without our fridge for about 5 days now, so I believe i just ignored the red flag. About 2pm Kim calls me and says, the part won't be available until Monday due to the part not being in stock in there El Monte vendor and that they would drive to Fontana on Monday (2 red flag) I believe this was a made up story, I'm guessing the owner decided to make me wait since I already paid and he was upset Kim didn't upcharge me. Needless to say, the Amazon eventually arrived that Saturday, so I was able to fix the fridge with that part. On Monday I called Kim and asked for a refund instead and she said I couldn't get a refund because that's their store policy. So I decided to pick up the part and just eat the cost and have the part as pack up, should I need it in the future again. When I picked up the part, it was the incorrect part..They ordered a Coolant Fan, so I attempted to get a refund again and / or the correct part and KIM tried to shift the blame on ME!! Stating she ordered the part based on the model number I provided! She denied I attempted to give her the Model number of the Evaporator Motor Fan. AND to ADD INSULT TO INJURY, she called me a BITCH and stormed to the back of the store and the owner just kept saying he would try to see what he could do for me!!!! The guy looks like he can barely talk, let alone walk...I believe this place stays in business by ripping off people. ABSOLUTE CRAPPY PLACE.
