Time food here is decent but the service sucks big time not sure why if I was only 1 of the 3 guests here with 4 servers working you would think they would be on top of it hopefully you get get Lizeth she sucks she brought us our food and that was it she didn't bring us any napkins or knives for the food or checked up on us we had to ask someone else for napkins when she finally checked up on us was because she bought us the bill and we were done eating we asked for a box to go and she forgot to bring that also finally after 5-10 min she finally came back to ask us if we wants more coffee we were like no were still waiting for the To go box and she simply grind at us and walked away so we just got us and got the box and payed at the register i really hate bad service she didn't deserve a tip at all but I still gave her a small tip that she didn't deserve hopefully they can work on server here since it wasn't the 1st with bad service read more

The staff Meleny was incredibly friendly and efficient. She provided great suggestions for my kids and I. We definitely will come back.

The good: the ambience is clean and inviting. Food has fresh ingredients (fruit, veggies). The so-so: Machaca tasted somewhat bland but that could be due to personal preference. The sauces have the appearance of canned sauce. Good flavor but could benefit from fresher preparation. Room for improvement: The price is relatively high for the portion size/quality. The service is ok but could definitely benefit from more consistency. We were not provided with place settings until after the food was served. Our party of 8 ordered 7 waters but only 5 were served. The waitress did bring an extra plate for a shared entree and checked in regularly so that was a nice touch. Overall the experience was average. Nothing stood out as amazing that would prompt me to return any time soon. read more

Basic breakfast that I could've done myself at home. called my order in, they told me it would be a 20 minute wait, I arrived about 25 minutes after and I still had to wait in the dinning area to get assisted by a host. overpriced food with bad service. Always heard a lot of great things about this place and it's super close to home so I'm not sure why I haven't tried it. I finally tried it today and I have to say that it was really strong on some fronts but the food could also be improved in other areas. I ordered the iced coffee flight and I'll give that a 4.5 out of five. Very creative and the coffee was delicious. No complaints there. I ordered the Tacos ahogados and honestly I could've made them better at home. I'm not Gordon Ramsay or anything but the sauce that they used to cover the tacos with tasted straight out of a can. They cover the tacos with yellow cheese, so I asked him to substitute it with queso fresco instead. I ordered the spicy sauce and it was very mild. It tasted like the El Pato sauce. The service was solid. Nothing to complain about there. Our waitress was very friendly. I think I'll give this place another try, a lot of their menu seems pretty tasty and interesting. read more

Omg! I love this place I went twice! They serve you complimentary conchas their food was so good! They can get busy and packed but you might get lucky and not wait at all. I've been to this location several times. Came here with my dad and when we asked for utensils we were given some plastic ones because they were out of clean ones. My shock factor was on a whole other level. My poor dad ate his food with the plastic fork while I waited to be given a butter knife to be able to eat my food, which was no longer hot at that point. Small, mom and pop vibe place located in a small shopping strip mall. Place could use some cosmetic maintenance/upgrades but it was clean. It was pretty busy, a lot of takeout orders too. Good prices and good food, my over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. Really liked the strawberry almond crepes! Our server was really nice and attentive. Came with my brother for the first time on a Sunday. A wait was expected not an issue. Our issue was we had already waited 45 minutes to be seated and additional 35 minutes for food. We ordered the strawberry banana pancakes and Nutella and strawberry creeps and from the pictures we were expecting them to be LOADED with toppings but they were very disappointing toppings for the cost . I ordered green chilaquiles and I've had beans at other places before but these tasted alarming processed and fake was not an enjoyable . Left a majority of my plate :( Creeps tasted very eggy and the pancakes were very thin compared to the fluffy ones we saw in pictures It also was very alarming to hear that workers did not know who certain tables belonged too. We got there and waited 10 minutes for a table (place was literally empty) and no one even came over to get us a table, finally we got one and we sat at the table for 20 minutes and no waitress came to help or even ask if we wanted water! I visited with a friend who gave rave reviews about their $7 menu specials. We went on a week day and it was crowded but they were busy with to go. I ordered the chicken enchilada plate with beans and rice and it was not flavorful. The red sauce was tasty, I put that on everything but I only ate half the plate. My friend ordered the chicken enchiladas torta but wanted the sauce on the side. They brought her the torta split with a different sauce on each. In addition, her food was cold. My friend brushed it off, she said she would warm it up at home. Lastly, my friend asked for a to go box. Do you know, the box was dirty?! The top looked cleaned and under was a used one!
