The staff is so friendly! Food takes a little longer than most restaurants but it's worth the wait! Their fresh juices are also good and worth every cent! Though it can be a bit overwhelming, I love the variety in their menu! I truly hope the quality of food never changes! This place is clean, orderly, service is great and the food is superb. We just happened upon it, gave it a shot, and will probably come back or try to find another location closer to home if possible. Hopefully it's just as good as this one Also, their personalized salsa is pretty good and I like the music selection (oldies/Motown). Major props to Martin the manager for doing a spectacular job. This restaurant has such amazing crapes. I went to go order crapes to go and the variety was great. There were some types that i have never seen before and let me tell you it was delicious. The service was great and the wait time was not bad at all I ordered 6 crapes for me and my family, and it took around 15 minutes. Not a bad wait at all. This Sunday my father and I went out for brunch at Loaded Cafe. I was craving some good ole French toast and I remember a friend once recommended this restaurant for brunch so I decided to give it a try. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a warm welcome by the lady in the front desk. She proceeded to take us to our table with no wait time. We were then greeted by our server, Ivannia who gave nothing less than excellent service! She gave us a full list of items that they offer, which was very helpful since it was our first time visiting. The food came out promptly and was delish as my friend recommended! We spotted the manager on duty and he too welcomed us and was very friendly and attentive. I live very close to this restaurant and have been here 3 times. Of those 3 times I can tell you that service is painfully slow. They're very friendly but the food just takes far too long to come out. Once it does come the food is good, no complaints but no stand out flavors either. HOWEVER... they are MUCH faster when you call for take out. My fairly large order was ready in 15 minutes and I walked over and got my food. The food is delicious... the service not so much. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or simply need more training. The waitresses forgot my iced coffee and didn't realize it until I asked for it to be cancelled at which point she brought it out and said it was complimentary for the wait. Afterwards the mgr came out and offered dessert- I don't know about you but I don't want stuff to get comped-- just do your job. Nope. I think as much as the mgr tried to make up for stuff-- his staff just kept forgetting. We asked a DIFFERENT waitress for a refill on our water- we told her on her way to the kitchen, we even had the cup at the end of the table but she just walked right out w/a towel and proceeded to wipe down tables. I watched her to see if she'd remember at any point- nope.. walked by numerous times by our table. We got our water when I asked the mgr. for it. And side note.. I wasn't waving down the mgr all these times.. he's just very active on the floor. Which is always a plus. Again, the food is delicious but the service could use some help. They have other locations, which have been around for a while- they might consider having one of those waitresses come show them a thing or two. read more

Today has been such a good day, we've been getting great customer service everywhere and this place was not the exception. We came for lunch and our order did take quite a bit but we knew the food would be worth it so we didn't complain. We got our food and it was delicious and well worth the wait. A short time later a gentleman approached us I believe he's the manager and his name is Martin. He brought over a delicious crepe for dessert and apologized for the delay on our food. We definitely loved the food but what we loved the most is that even without us complaining they noticed a small flaw and immediately wanted to fix it. It definitely speaks volumes about their attention to detail and customer service. read more

My family enjoys breakfast restaurants in the South Bay area. We learned of the new Loaded Cafe in Lawndale, (not being aware of the others in the chain) and went to try it out. Overall, we are glad we found it. Good menu. Nice, pleasant, and spacious interior design. Good and friendly staff. Food was tasty. With one caveat... I'm not sure if the chefs used an excessive amount of butter or other fats. But I walked away feeling like the food was just too heavy. Perhaps they'll make an adjustment in that regard. Ok. So i had the bacon, sausage and eggs which come with 2 pancakes. I received 1 slice of bacon, and half of a sausage. Thw sausage was cold in the center and taste like a Jimmy Deans microwaved sausage you'd buy at Wal-Mart. The bacon was decent. The cook on the eggs was partially sub-par, slightly overdone but nonetheless they were edible. The pancakes were broken and severly under cooked. Extreme taste and texture of raw batter.
