My bf and I decided to try this place because one of our other breakfast spots had a ridiculous wait time. We have been to the Gardena and lawndale location and I must say I have been disappointed with the service at both locations . The food is good but nothing incredibly amazing . The pictures they post on social media are not up to par with the results you get. I keep returning, hoping there will be a different outcome but I just can't justify the service . My most recent encounter ( at the lawndale location ) involved the waitress forgetting to order my appetizer, I let it go, I figured it will be removed from the tab....I was very wrong , the waitress told me she needed her supervisor to remove it. The supervisor then comes and apologizes and tries to accommodate us by bringing us the missing food ( even though we were done eating and told them I didn't want it anymore ) . I appreciated him coming to me and apologizing so when he brought the food , we ate it as it was a small, very small (mediocre tasting) guacamole and chips ( literally less than 20 chips). The waitress returns and apologizes once more and is looking at the tab, even though they never deducted the appetizer . I mentioned it to her and she had the audacity to tell me that the manager usually doesn't go out of his way to fix things the way he did with me and that she couldn't change the tab. I wasn't upset but confused, they refused to subtract the item even though they forgot and brought it out after we finished eating and we're forced to pay because I no longer wanted to deal with them and it was only $5 ish dollars. I figured she really didn't care about her tip at this point . I have absolutely no desire to eat at any of their establishments. read more

I'm sitting right here in the parking lot writing this while it's fresh on my mind. I ordered online and I saw it was an entire hour wait. It would probably have been better to just come straight to the restaurant to order but keeping contact to a minimum should be a priority right now. I've never had to wait that long anywhere when ordering online so that's already a minus. I get there and they give me something I did not order. The girl was super nice and offered to remake it but I was already annoyed because I waited an hour already. I said it was fine and took my order but then when I double checked my order I can see that I had in fact ordered the correct item so I took it back. I asked for a refund on that part of the order so my other stuff wouldn't get cold but the girl at front just said she would remake my whole order. I really just wanted to get a refund because I was pissed off so I just walked out and am now sitting in my car. I have a really bad temper so it's best for me to remove myself from these situations but if I want a refund give me a damn refund. I know she was trying to be helpful but I didn't feel helped. I felt ignored and she just did what she wanted because not giving me my money back was best for her. When I got home my meal was supposed to include salsa and tortilla chips and these items were not included. Part of the reason I wanted a refund was I didn't want my French toast to get cold and she said they would remake it but I'm pretty sure they have me the same one because it's barely warm. Hidden gem in the South Bay. Right off the 405 freeway in Hawthorne .In a shopping complex . If you don't know it's here you will drive right by . Parking is hit or miss because of the businesses. We roll out of bed by 11am so essentially we beat the morning rush by getting here at noon lol we've been here about 5 times and every single time the service and food has been great. They have SOFT WAFFLES! Ive gone to so many breakfast spots that toast the waffles so much that its like cutting into a slice of burnt toast, but not here! Their chorizo con huevo plate is bomb too. Their food is good....when they actually get your order right. The last SEVERAL times I've ordered from them, they've forgotten something major. Hash Browns in the omelet, our drinks, pancakes, like, it's never JUST a condiment that they forget (even though they usually forget my sour cream, and it's not free), they always screw up our order royally. I've been here twice since Loaded opened & it has already become my favorite new diner. Better than any of the generic places in the area. If you're in the mood for breakfast this place is a must! Love coming here. This location has lots of seating. The food and the wait staff is excellent. This may not mean much to some but the bathroom is spotless....I personally think it's connected to to the cleanliness of the kitchen. Went there for the first time with my family last week and we ordered the Nutella waffles, Manacha burrito, strawberry lemonade, eggs sausage bacon plate and steak. Everything food related was PERFECT! The service however you need a little patience with. The guy was nice but he forgot this and that and wasn't really present- we had to track him down a couple of times. But the FOOD (what we were there for) WAS 5 Stars. They're having some issues with grub hub. Last time my order got cancelled, my order was "pickup" and somewhere along the way someone cancelled it for delivery reasons (supposedly I'm outside their delivery radius, not my main issue). And the restaurant had the food ready when I got there, so it didn't bother me. it was my first experience with the restaurant and miscommunication happens. Made the mistake of ordering via grub hub again and I got there exactly the time for pickup was stated on the app, and had to wait an additional 10 mins because they hadn't even started making it. The guy up front explained tht he was having issues all morning with grubhub, that they kept canceling orders and he got a new code now and my order went through, but he just hadn't looked at it (he said this a good 25 mins after the order initially was confirmed via email). Still not a big deal, tech issues happen. Got home and checked the order and it was wrong, got waffles instead of crepes (checked confirmation email and it just says banana & strawberries, so can't confirm what was entered and what was logged by the system).
